Everything was just perfect! Lovely house, nicely renovated with great taste. Definitely a place to return.

Breakfast wasn’t included we paid €15 each and it was ok.
House was so cold no heat.

Federica the host was amazing, she is super friendly and nice, helped us a lot to plan our visit.
The apartment was great! very clean and designed beautifully.
The pool was full with bugs, we didn't get in.
Moreover we did the cooking class, the chef was really nice but the food didn't meet our expectations. it was not good.

Beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious room and bathroom.
Welcoming personnel at breakfast and reception.
Quality breakfast served on the terasse with a lovely view to the garden of the property and the vineyards.
Warm and rustic livingrooms/common areas.

Il Paluffo is a well situated, well appointed villa located in the heart of Chianti, with comfortable up to date amenities and a friendly and most accommodating staff. Would go back in a heartbeat.

beautiful Tuscan Villa with spectacular view. Beautiful natural pool and great decorations . Garden is beautiful to ! Staff friendly
our stay was less relaxing than i expected, due problems with airconditioning in combination with heat wave .
Not much to do at the house itself. ( cooking class unavailable at the time we stayed ) But if you have a car it is a good
place to see much of beautiful Tuscany.

Everything about it. When traveling to a different country it's difficult to know how a place will really be. In everyday it was fabulous.
Breakfast too was very nice.

A very beautiful, magical property. Somewhere to relax for a few days.
Could do with a fridge in the b & b rooms and not always someone around if you need assistance or help with any questions or queries. USB chargers would be helpful.

I think they could improve their amenities, especially for the non BnB rooms.

Il Paluffo is a very nice place to stay in Tuscany. Great view and we loved the pool and the breakfast. Florence ja easy to reach by car and there are nice villages and restaurants near by.

We were back already for the second time as we absolutely love it there. Very quiet, breathtaking view over Tuscany, beautiful ancient rooms with modern bathrooms, the prettiest nature pool etc. Lovely breakfast, everything well adapted with Covid safety measures. Thanks very much, we will definitely be back!

Frederica the Manager was lovely and helpful (but you never really felt you were a welcomed visitor).
Lovely room but the bathroom was no where near it!
Lack of cups by the self service coffee station
Generally felt we were just left to it after checking in. No real time or attention paid to guests.

Awesome location, great place to stay. Very Friendly staff and owner.
For 6-7 nights stay we expect to have extra towels in the room or at least allow us to wash it. Toilet papers were also expected to be bought by guest irrespective of Number of days we are staying. These small things could help customer satisfaction reach 10/10
