Great location, staff is very welcoming and the apartment is very clean.

It's well located, it has laundry facilities and cable tv.
The matress and pillows are awful. The toilet's water tank takes an eternity to fill up and cleaning needs to improve since there were several cobwebs in the apartment.

can hear neighbors cough

The only positive point is the personnel (housekeeping and guard). It was very clean.
The place is very noisy. You can sleep only between 2 AM and 4 AM. Before and after is impossible due to the noise from the street. I asked to move to another flat in the back of the building, normally smaller and cheaper without asking for a refund for the difference, but the manager refused even if the flat stayed empty during my stay.
I was there in November and the temperature inside was never more than 16 °C, 60°F.
When I made the reservation, there is a bathtub in the description but only a shower.
I contacted Booking and the client service explained to me they can't help me because the owner is a private person and not a hotel. The apartments are managed by a real estate group that owns several buildings in CDMX

Location is good, wifi is not good, interrupts a lot, difficult to perform a video call
Wifi and toiletries, it only had one soap and half shampoo

the steps even if I specific I ask. for a lower floor they give me 3rd floor

Nothing
They changed my hotel and sent me to a new building in Platón street, not nice at all, old, doors in the kitchen were falling. One toilette paper for 5 days stay.
I asked since the beginning for a late check out in the original venue, but in the new place they even asked me to leave one hour earlier 11am because "they were already booked for that day".
Really disappointed.

Location was great, a couple of minutes walking from Presidente Masaryk to one side and to Antara to the other, lots of restaurants nearby and the street is actually really peaceful. Bonus if you have an appointment at the German Embassy since it's practically across the street.
The bed was actually pretty uncomfortable since the mattress seems to have lived its productive years already. The website states that the checkout time is at 12:00 but we were told a couple of hours before that we should leave by 11:00 or sooner since they were expecting other guests, which forced us to move our plans last second.

Location was excellent. Apartment was super clean. Staff members were amazing, specially Celestino!
We paid for an apartment with a street view. Got one at the lower level in the back of the building with absolutely no view. Staff informed us they were booked and no other apartments were available.
The bathroom had an unpleasant sewer smell. Aftet staff tried to take care of the issue, it got better.

Location is great, close to my destination, and secure area. Free parking was also good to have.
Cleaning service was totally lacking, none provided after arrival, toiletries were given in short supply daily only after requesting it.
No change of bedding was ever done or supplied, towels were not changed anytime.
Trash was never collected, not a single day did anyone enter the room to check cleanliness or to take out the trash, even after we left it remained in the room.
There is a nuisance noise, a non-relenting knocking sound that starts in the morning and ends well into the afternoon.

The kitchen was cery goid and the place was very clean.
The staff is great and very welcoming.
The sofa is a little small and unconfortable, we gave them our laundry (costs 100 mxn or you can do it yourself if you have soap) and our clothes shrinked :(

Great location, friendly staff and very clean
It would have been very convenient to have had a microwave oven in my unit...

The location is perfect, safe, nice to walk around, parks nearby, shops, malls, even street food at walking distance. The place it self is spacious and cozy, the kitchen is well equiped, the wifi works "like at home": super strong and stable signal. The owner is avaliable, friendly and kind, so they make your stay as nice as possible. The bed is super big and comfy.
We stayed for a week, and there were only 2 toilette rolls. I asked for more, but we had buy them ourselves in the super market. 2 is all they provide. Not that I mind paying for more rolls: I just would expect that the fee would include "as many as necessary". The sofas, both, were damaged, making them quite uncomfortable for 2 people to sit together. We were out most of the time, but the night we stayed and wanted to watch a movie, the sofa was a killler. The temperature of the water in the shower is very nice, but the amount is super little.

The location is lovely. The staff are helpful and polite. It's possible to use a wired connection to reduce the radiation levels in the apartment. The kitchen is functional and the balcony is small but nice to use for fresh air.
It was a bit cold but a heater was provided. I was unable to raise the blind in the bedroom because it was directly opposite the windows of the neighbouring apartment.

great place to stay, is just like a small apartment of yours
all was ok

Position
They had some constructions right out of the window of my room and two days out of three i woke up at 7 due to the noise which was loud and really unconfortable.
7.9
The location
The bathroom was extremely dated and had a very tall bath tub, which was very hard to go in. Old shower, the toilet was leaking from the bottom. Also, there was construction going on and after a couple of rainy days, there was a big leak by the entrance near the kitchen counter. Tne place has lots of stairs to go into the room. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you have a physical disability not the best place due to the stairs and bathtub. Also, the construction noise was extremely bothering, especially when they startes at 6:30 am. The location is excellent!!
