We had such an amazing time during our stay at this resort. The hotel manager, F&B manager, and all staff were welcoming and treated by so well. Celebrated my birthday at the resort, and they make me feel so special. Thank you so much! We are very grateful to everyone for going out of their way to make us feel at home while away from home. Your care and consideration were sincerely appreciated. It's definitely a wonderful place to stay.

- Staff was very hospitable and are always on top of things to make my stay as comfortable as possible
- Great Spa and wellness center
- breakfast
- caught a mahi mahi during a fishing trip, went straight to the chef to ask him if he can cook it for me. within an hour, he made a three course meal out of the fish (compliments to the chef)
- Pool area was nice and comfy but wished the pool had pool bar to enjoy drinks while on the water.
- The hotel is well taken care of in terms of landscaping and cleanliness
- The room seems to be a bit outdated
- No TV in the room
- Internet is a bit weak in some areas of the room

The service was terrible,
1)The phone number on Google Map didn't work.
2)Nobody told me I was not supposed to wear shorts for dinner when I checked in. While I wasn't aware of this, their staff yelled at me. The manager even scolded me. I was simply trying to enjoy my holiday!!! Zanzibar is very hot in December and I think it's totally reasonable to wear shorts. If you want to act like a three-star Michelin restaurant please improve your service at least.
3) There was a live band for dinner. The music was very good, but the sound system was so bad that it sounded like a disaster.
In short, poor accomodation, terrible management, a swaggering face as if we owe them money. Pls do not come and stay here. Other hotels at the same price will give you a much better service.
Unfriendly to Booking’s customers.

- the ambience and decoration of the hotel
- the incredible staff and their organization, attention for details and efficiency to answer your needs, all the time. This made our stay special.
- the facilities and activities available at the hotel (water sport, tennis, soccer, basket, pétanque, reef walk, spice tour and Zanzibar city)
- The quality and variety of the food served (breakfast lunch and dinner), specially dinners with theme nights, sit menu, rarely ate so well at a resort !
- bring us more sunshine for next time !

stunning property set in beautiful grounds right on the beach. The staff were amazing and it was just what we needed after a tiring safari.
It was a bit dark in the room which is not great if your eyesight is failing.

The staff really made the stay (the hotel manager would check in on us regularly, and all other staff were very polite and helpful). We even received a gift from the manager when leaving, which was a nice touch - we felt very welcomed guests.
The food quality was high.
Pool facilities very good.
Felt it was good value for money.
Only one complementary large bottle of water per day.
Breakfast hours could have been longer than 7:30-9:30.
Only set menu dinner available, would have been nice to have an alternative option of a dinner buffet.
Check out time 10am is earlier than we are used to.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful resorts I have been to. Perfect for wellness, recovery, romance, as it is a very quiet resort with loads of room for privacy (visited in June), but with some decent evening entertainment and ample of water sports activity near by if you need some action. I was taken very well care of. Will most probably return, so can highly recommend it.

i liked the location, staff were friendly
the AC wasn’t working and loud.
the food wasn’t great for the money you pay.
the room was not top notch
amenities like shampoo and lotion not 5star
quality of curtains made us not sleep properly
food in the buffet not labelled properly
cost of taxi was a rip off
full of mosquitos
it was a 3-star establishment disguised in 5-star facilities
considering we spent 1000£ for 2 nights it was not worth it at all

The hotel property is beautiful. It is lush and filled with trees and is well taken care of. The staff were extremely warm and attentive. Also the standard of the food was very high.
I liked the beach least however that doesn't mean that it isn't nice. It is quite windy which makes it perfect for kitesurfing, but that makes the water a bit rough. Also very strong tides means that the water basically disappears altogether a some point during the day.

Everything about the Breezes is perfect. It is elegant, spacious and the staff are exceptional.
It was great to be able to get help from Andrea at the front desk for planning my COVID testing as well as helping me with many other things that came up along the way. She was like a magician - she'd wave her magic wand and my problem would be solved!
I did 3 different activities at the Water Sports Center with Ali. He was so fun to hang out with - all of the guys at the center are great!
The staff were all lovely - Mtwana, Edibly, Liz, Gift, Axu (?) - and many names I don't remember.
I also had a fantastic massage at the beachfront tent set up specifically for that purpose. So relaxing!
Nothing!
