Make sure to attent the Oriental Night

I was given the same room as one year ago, and things slightly improved, but this old and tired resort has a long way to go to match competitors such as the Wadi Lahmy Resort much further south. Food is a hit and miss, but the Oriental Evening the hotel had organised was splendid - any efforts they make goes quiet a stretch. It seems the cost is due to Makadi being regarded as a posh location but most guests would probably come because of the convenience.

This hotel is consistently falling behind and requires an update in all aspects. Covered parking would have been nice, too. I hope they soon start implementing the Ministry's directives on making Red Sea Resorts green, this hotel will benefit from these regulations; having the water run for up to 10 minutes before it gets warm is not acceptable for any place in the desert.

A place to relax and disconnect

The beach access. The swimming pool. The connection with the other hotels.

There wasn’t too many food options at the main restaurant. Internet works only at the lobby.

Do not use BOOKING.com. Fraud?!

Beach, Clean, decent, staff, great management system, friendly, happy & fun atmosphere.

Late checkin due to payment mis-terms & technical issue to Booking, actually it was the worst experience with Booking.com, I have booked 2 double rooms but the reservation was saying it is a single with the rate of double, then booking.com charge me extra 45$ fraud money for absoultely NOTHING!!!

Great experience

Great experience lemon and soul is one of the resorts of labranda and that makes everything up to high standard and reach my great expectation .the staff is friendly and helpful and one of the best is Mr.Mostafa in reception and all in resturant ,I tried dinner in cairo resturant and I loved oriental food. Staff in cafes and all around are doing their best to let you enjoy your stay.resort is not a sea side yet a shuttle bus is available every 10 minutes to take you to the beach .it takes few minutes by bus and 15 min walking and both are enjoyable.beach is sandy with unique service of drinks and other facilities the sea is really nice some rocks are scattered in few places,sea water is deep enough to enjoy snorckelling.food is great and varies everyday.breakfast is lovely ,lunch and dinner are different everyday with meat,chicken and fish dishes.desserts are lovely .ice cream was lovely.soft and hard drinks are all included in all inclusive reservation.my room was garden view .it was nice ,well furnished and with a nice balcony.I loved the place .thanks for lemon and soul. totally recommend it and looking forward to revisit it

The breakfast and dinner are good and the helpful staff very good

The lunch varity and the hotel are far from the sea You must get the shattle bus and we have a bad luck with the ticket to get lunch outside restrunt in tajine restrunt food was bad test and when we inter the room we find a big leprosy :( and we were changed the room

Awful

A few of the staff where friendly and 1 animation boys where good and entertaining.

The room what’s dirty when we arrived. Our air conditioning was leaked all over our clothing. A lot of the staff where rude and not friendly. The food options where awful and very repetitive. It was not fully all inclusive because you have to pay for cocktails and ice cream.

be me more clear about the facilities that they really have

the staff were really nice with us I would like mr \ Hedy for his good manner with us

the administration of the hotel didn’t help us well we met very bad situations because of the contradiction in information there is missing chain communication someone tell us something and the someone else say another thing they said there animation team in the hotel but there was a one nice guy doing everything in the same time but if want to another activity the animation guy would not be able to be with you !!!😞 they told us in the beginning that we can enjoy with animations team of the other hotel ,and first day was ok , but the second day the security guard deal with us badly cuz we entered the other hotel we sit with three of top level administrators for 1 hour and they didn’t help us specially ms\ heba the GM Secretary they admitted for us that what happened for was is wrong but didn’t apologize we told her that we will write an review on booking about this she mentioned that the hotel doesn’t care !!!!!!!!!!

Over exceeded my expectations and Super Super friendly staff

Staff friendliness, staff was super friendly. Food was very good, a shuttle bus to take you to the beach every 30 mins, staff always wants to help. Room was ok nothing fancy but accepted. I would like to suggest to add سلك شباك as the weather was much better than AC but because of mosquitoes we could not open the window.

Very good

All staff were great, resturant / bar / cleaning staff were amazing Beds were fantastic, room was clean Pools were great, food was good, loved the velcro on the curtains, to make sure no sun is peeping through in the morning 😉 Loved seeing and people using the vegetable garden 😍 Loved the yellow and green matching theme throughout the hotel ( apart from the beach towels 😢) Beach was OK....... Hopefully will be back soon 🙏

Beach posh sunbeds, had to pay extra, ( why, its ai) no sign to say extra and was already on it when the man came up to tell us Restaurant could be organised in a better way to stop the queues in certain parts. Payment drink bar other side of the pool, wasted no one used it, and the other bar was soooo busy Roof top bar, payment for drinks, not a problem, we paid, but it seemed to be a lot of payments for things whe it's all inclusive 😬

Good facilities, overpriced in overall

The room was comfortable, nice views to the desert, clean. The staff in general was very kind and always willing to help, food was ok and the beach facilities were great.

The prices for everything inside the resort are way to high, Europe prices. If you need anything from the shops they rip you off, 5 times what it would cost you in other parts of Egypt. Same with the transport options, what it cost you a bus from Luxor to there is the same as a 30min drive to Safaga/Hurgada. It feels a bit like they take advantage of tourist and overprice everything, not a good way to treat guests.

Exceptional

Loved this hotel - perfect for our needs as a couple - quiet, peaceful, laid back with tasteful soothing music & a huge, clean swimming pool. Staff couldn't be more obliging especially the restaurant staff & managers Mohamed Ali & the big boss who were always around to ensure smooth running of this newly-refurnished hotel. We previously stayed in the Labranda Club but much preferred this sister hotel - the rooms are much better & newer - less people & the endless Xmas music at the Labranda was getting on our nerves! There was an hourly beach shuttle or 10 min walk to the beach (which we liked as it was winter & perfect temperatures). The Lemon & Soul also has a prime, sheltered spot beach spot with calm, clear water.

Didn't like the security gestapo on the Lemon & Soul beach who wouldn't let you stray from that beach which was annoying as the better snorkelling areas was found elsewhere! (But for swimming it was perfect as the waters were calm & sheltered from the wind)

Food was good. Animation team was great; lots of shows and activities round the clock. Staff were friendly. Room was clean.
