Отличный отель за умеренные деньги рядом с самым чревом Хургады.

Несмотря на то, что во всех отзывах пишут, что отель старый, это никак не повлияло на его техническую исправность и оснащённость. Всё было идеально. Великолепная огромная территория с бассейнами, барами и садами. Отличное много-много-разовое питание.

Perfect holiday

I really enjoyed my holiday here I went last minute booked for one week then booked a second week whilst I was there. The hotel was perfect for me the beach was a 2 minute walk through the hotel grounds, the pool and gym were perfect. The staff were absolutely great and made my holiday, they're all really friendly and good fun Essam in the Lobby bar went out of his way to make me feel at home, Faraq had us all doing Yoga and water aerobics and lots of other activities he's perfect for that job and got us all up when we were being lazy. I used the spa and Sabrine did the best massage I've ever had. Om counting the days until I can get back there. Thank you all so much.

Juste splendide je reviendrai sans soucis!

J’ai reserver cette hotel pour la piscine interieur ayant peur du temps qu’il pouvait faire et ayant eu froid au caire. Mais j’avoue ne meme pas etre aller voir ou elle était le soleil est belle et bien chaud même s’il peut y avoir un vent frais ou froid. Tout d’abord j’ai ete surclassé dans deux appartement une chambre car les deux chambres n’etaient pas dispo. Que dire! Pour nous c’était exceptionnelle! Le buffet de nourriture est très varié, il ya de quoi manger de très bonne chose et à boire toute la journée et le soir les buffets sont juste splendide! Et toujours réapprovisionné! Il existe des resto à la carte avec inscription au préalable. nous avons tester l’asian et l’orientale c’etait juste délicieux!!!! Le personnel est très serviable et adorable!!! Une mention spéciale à samia qui a illuminé nos repas. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour la propreté des lieux, la bienveillance et bienséance du personnel! Une des piscine est chauffé et c’est topissime mais la seule piscine.

Le mobilier est plutot vieillot. Et il ya peu de prise (j’ai toujours une rallonge donc se n’est pas si grave). Dommage que la piscine ou il y a les tobogans n’est pas chauffé. Peu d’activité sur place. Les matelas sont peu confortable aussi. Mais vraiment mm avec ces quelques défauts il en vaut le detour le personnels est top, la nourriture est top de top!!!!

Great stay with partner.

£375 All inclusive for 2 people for 7 nights in a bungalow overlooking the beach and Red Sea what isn’t to like. staff were great to and go above and beyond for you. would highly recommend this resort to everyone.

1) Reception team was very helpful and professional. 2) The super animation team was super talented.. every day they do different and exciting shows. 3) Room service was very good. 4) beach is very good in the swimming area. however, it is a bit far from the rooms (the hotel provides a car every 10 mins from the main entrance to the beach) and there is a large area at first not suitable for swimming because of the rocks … I suggest doing some activities on the beach at night and I believe this will be great. 5) Restaurant workers were very friendly and polite

1) Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very disappointing and not varied (almost the same food every day) 2) Some of the people serving the food are unfriendly and grumpy. 3) There was some unprepared food and took a while to be served.

Spending great time at this resort, especially good for families

We had great time at Pharaoh Azur Resort. The accommodation was very nice (we were at bungalows), and actually not too much hotels can normally fit our big family, but it was very comfortable for us in the bungalows. The sea was just like 100 meters away. The gardens of the hotel are very vibrant, full of green and full of birds. The staff was very nice and helpful. There are corals right at the beach, which you can reach through pierce. The coral reefs are separated though to protect them, so you can swim above then, you can swim around them. Animation was also very good. It was an international team of 5 or 6 animators. For some evening programs they were inviting local artists and performers.

Just some minor problems: the food was good, but we were missing seafood, and also local seafood. There were fish sometimes, but it was always pangasius, not the best choice, and definitely not from the region. Another problem was sometimes the lack of organisation: sometimes it was hard to find cups or glasses at the restaurant, and sometimes you had to wait for forks or spoons. During snack time it was nice to get pizza, our children loved it. But usually it was huge queue, and we were standing over one hour just to get it.

Great value.

Great range of facilities, good food and drinks and value for money. Great private beach.

Mattresses were flat and uncomfortable. The decor is getting a bit dated, needs some refurbishment.

all hotels in this area are good. however this stands out as all the staff are exceptionally helpful. they went above what to expect in getting us a room of our choice.

it would have been nice to have had a tv room. I am sure there must be a lot of sports fanatics who would like to watch football on a big screen.

Very satisfied.

We loved the food, the bungalow, the beach, the pool. We were very satisfied with the animators, with whom we played darts, volleyball, and gymnastics. The animator with curly hair and a ponytail was the friendliest, as he devoted himself very much to our children. We would still come because of him and we sincerely thank him.

Nice vacation

Location is not far away form center , staff is friendly and supportive. Food was delicious . Reception staff gave us nice room . It was clean and with nice view.

I liked the food (the lunch restaurant on the beach seems to be a very good idea), the large pool with warmed up water, the beach and the overall very good value for money. Clean facilities, enough room for the sunbeds both at the pool and on the private beach.

The beverages were not the best I've seen on an all-inclusive deal. The rooms require some revamping, the old furniture is not very appealing and the overall look and feel of the resort is outdated. The lack of free WiFi is a big minus but very cheap data sim cards are available at the airport.

Big pools, most of the staff were good.

Food variety, rooms are too small, AC in the room is too bad, no heaters in the pool and beach is far from the rooms there was a Taftaf to use yet it was far.

Own diving center is great to have! Best regards to all divers from "Kolja Coca-Cola"!

1) Surprisingly dirty sea in the snorkeling area, too much trash/rubbish in the sea 2) Variety of food in the restaurant could be improved... Every day was about the same although the quality was good... 3) Volleyball place. Put good sand there, too many injuries happen there when people fall on rough/rocky sand
