Ahmed Moneam and the team are amazing. Everyone is welcome and the staff will come and chat to you.

Food was nice. The staff was extremely welcoming. Manager Ahmed Moneam welcomed us in and during the stay he will make sure everything was ok. Ahmed helped us book excursion for my children during our stay. Kids loved the swimming pool, Aqua Park and theme park. The evening shows is fantastic we as a family really enjoyed it.

I think the à la cart needs improving but the service was excellent.

For a holiday like a dream facilities, foods and staff is perfect

Hotel facilities are very good. Amusement rides, Aqua park, pools, restaruants are amazing. All the staff are kind, smiley and warm. Manager Ahmed Moneam and front desk manager took care of us every time. They make you feel you are special. Foods are various and very delicious. Our holiday was like a dream. We are lloking forward to come again.

Recommended for all family with them kids you will find all you need plus a nice hospitality

Très bon séjour

Excellent hôtel. Personnel aux petits soins. Un large choix du buffet avec contrôle continu de la qualité des repas. Propreté impeccable. Les enfants se sont amusés au parc aquatique. Bref, le séjour était parfait. Un grand remerciement au directeur Ahmed et au chef cuisinier pour tous les services rendus.

Exceptional

Food was Amazing, everything you dream to eat you can find it , oriental egyptian food was more than waw I felt that Im eating at my home, thx for chief Shaaban , always around to ask about the food and if we need anything more place waw , Aqua & pools , animation team more than amazing , love the foam party , stuff sooo nice and friendly u always find the smile on their faces thx for abdullah from the reception soo friendly and espically thx to Ahmed A. Moniem the front manager , recommended place , first time to leave a place and feel sad that i wont see them the next day , thank u sooo much .

Everything was fine.. maybe the pillows are not that good and the beach needed a bus, the hotel needs to inforce the rules of using swimming suits in the pool.. it is not acceptable to have people going in the pool with t shirts

An Awesome Family Friendly Hotel

Massive pools and water slides. Great funfair after dark. Huge range of excellent food. Helpful friendly staff. About £1200 all inclusive for a family of 4 for 5 nights during school holidays was very good value I thought for a 5 star hotel. One of the cleaners made a brilliant elephant from towels and pillows that put a massive smile on my 9 year old daughters face. I don't think this place can ever feel crowded due to its size. A wonderful relaxing holiday.

If you're hoping to go swimming in the sea on the private beach you'll be very disappointed as the sea bed is just rocks, corals and lots of sea life in the form of hermit crabs and starfish. There appears to be a huge drop off just past red warning flags as well. You can go scuba diving and snorkeling though. The shower head needs a better spray, the water pressure is very high and it comes out like a jet spray.

We enjoyed our stay, my daughter had a lot of fun there.

The food was nice and the staff everywhere in the resort was really super, they were so helpful and supportive. We will surely visit it again and recommend it to our friends.

The room's furniture, design, and bathroom can be better than that to match the level of the resort.

Great staff, very helpful and kind. A lot of fun for the kids.

Wifi connection was really slow, it has been a problem for me. As a suggestion for such an hotel, it would be great to have heated water for the pools, so they could be more pleasant during winter and spring.

Exceptional

Room was spacious and clean, beds were massive and comfy. Nice bathroom too. Restaurants were great, food was delicious and we really good variety. Pools and waterslides were great fun, no queues at all. Plenty of sun loungers. Spa was also amazing.

Very Enjoyable family moments

Great Hotel and Superbe service/ The beach is very close to the hotel - 10 min walk and with a wonderful coral reef. The hotel staff is super helpful, friendly and caring and coming from Germany it is a real game changer ! Kids enjoy their time very much due to big water slide and at night with carousel, small roller-coast and much more Finally we had a health issue during the stay and having a competent doctor in the clinic inside the Hotel is a massive plus. Definitely will go again

The little down side was the food that just about average but at the end it is all good the weight :)

All in all it was a great, fun experience for all of us.

Everything was just great. From the easy check in, the facilities are well maintained and always kept clean, the activities always keep you entertained and the meals were all great. There is lots of things to do to occupy yourself or just relax.

The wifi is really terrible. Especially in the rooms. And l just had to buy a local sim card for that but then data is very exepensive in Egypt. Also house keeping staff might be a bit overwhelmed as our rooms never got cleaned before 5pm.

1) not enough animation for kids 2) paid luna park and games room 3) no juces (only chemical beverages) 4) food is ok, but not perfect 5) free cocktails and beer are very poor 6) sauna (without massage) ridiculously expensive 7) mattresses and rooms are old 8) shampoos, shower gel, conditioner in the room are very poor. shower stream is weak 9) in english pub in the hotel, there is no Britain or any decent beer. 10) annoying sales guys which try to sale you everything (like massage, oils, hairstyles, etc), while you’re trying to get relaxed near the pool.

A vacation to remember

Wonderful hotel..u feel it when u just enter the reception..its my first visit to this lovely hotel and all I can say that we enjoyed everything..Aqua park is the best..I went to the best hotels in egypt including aquaparks as my kids r swimmers and they swim everyday so hotel without aquapark won't be satisfying to them 😂 The food is so tasty ..i ate the best duck and grill ..Breakfast and bakeries r so fresh ..waiters so helpful..on the spot u sit on table they ask u about the drink..Ahmed from customer service check daily about ur satisfaction ..Didn't happened in any hotel before..Second day i told him I want to reserve in a la carte restaurant but its full..he called me 5 min later w reservations for us all..we went to the Asian w our girls a sushi starter and teriyaki beef main dish the dessert candied banana ice-cream the best experience ever..Samir hospitality in the Asian restaurant was the best..he took my girl who loves sushi to see how the make it and ordered 2 extra sushi for her 😂 the luna park is the best for kids my girls suggested that they can live in the hotel and were asking if this is possible.. one more thing the man in the water park came to us down to help us holding the big floater ..begad amazing service in this hotel ...am not surprised its rated superb in booking

we stayed in connected family..the rooms furniture and colors can be renovated..little bit old..but we didn't stay much anyway in the room because there's much to do downstairs😉😉

Terrible experience

Aquapark was fun.

10 out of 12 people in our group got sick (diarrhea, vomiting), while only eating at the resort. We brought this up at the reception and they told us they had never heard it before and if there was something wrong with the food, hundreds of people must have been sick. Right after the front-office manager left, a girl that was standing next to us in line said that 5 people out of their group were also sick, and had also told the reception. As such I have to conclude that they were lying to us and were just trying to sweep the problem under the rug. All in all I had a horrible experience with this resort and will never be coming back. I would NOT go here if you don't want to get sick and spend half of your vacation in bed.

The aqua park and rides were amazing. The rooms are modern and spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and professional. They are very accommodating to requests.

The AC in the rooms is not very reliable The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work well The food is mediocre (taste and quality)
