Good stay

The facilities..3 pools and one for adults only..food variety in the 3 buffets.

No Turkish coffee in the hotel even with charge. All inclusive menu is very limited and snack bars is not available with very limited active times through the day.

Not a 5-star hotel at all, more like 3.5. "All inclusive" is very limited. Alcohol and food is bad.

Beach access, helpful staff

Food - a lot to choose from, but everything is bland, low-quality ingredients, especially meat. Alcohol - absolute disaster. Bartenders can't compose even a Cuba Libre.

Amazing food and beautiful ambiance

Beautiful location and hotel area. The Thursday dinner presentation was really impressive and the food was great. The breakfast location is amazing with lots of options and really nice food as well. Compared to Stella Garden, the food is a lot better in Labranda and the general ambiance in this hotel is much more beautiful.

We were only staying for 1 night and were given a room close to the beach. Which would have been great, but the outdoor night club was playing music until 01:30 which was quite loud. The staff during dinner was sometimes a bit slow to provide drinks and cutlery.

staff are friendly food quality and variety

-non alcohol drinks are limited -juices are not fresh ( powder/ tang ) -fresh juice with extra charge (40 l.e ) -coffee machines except the one in the reception are filled with low quality (milk-coffee ) -animation team need to interact more with the guests ( however they are personally nice ) -medical facilities need more improvements ( in case of emergency hospital must be closer to the hotel not (70km) far )

Everything is great, Mr Mohammed at reception was very helpful and easy to collaborate

Our rooms were closed before doing check out, which take about 30 min to reopen

The worst 5 star hotel i have ever experienced

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly.

1- The food variety was poor, the quality was bad, and the snack time was limited and very cheap for a 5 star hotel 2- The beach was poor although a part of it was named the coral beach 3- Treatment of Egyptian guests is totally unacceptable, I reserved a snorkelling trip from your hotel and the trip was cancelled for ridiculuous reasons

Staff was very nice and helpful, animation team they was amazing and food was excellent, it was really quiet, room was clean

Amazing relaxing resort with very professional Management

Magde sobhi in the reception very professional and very supportive

The whole stuff support even if in other section and i sow them dealing with the aggressive clients in a very good way until they solve the issue and end up with a smile on the client face.

My kids enjoyed the stay but the wifi was weak, unable to play YouTube

I enjoyed the breakfast and the accommodation is good

The large number of children turned the resort into a children's amusement park..It became difficult for Couples to enjoy.. The restaurant is always crowded...

stay was okay, staff was trying to help, some modifications are needed to make the place more comfortable

pool bar, beachfront, disco and night life activities were nice

no tissues in the room, only 1 toilet roll half used. no proper shampoo or shower gel, instead a dispenser generating a very bad washing liquid that destroys the hair. hotel confirmed online that they will do their best to provide sea view rooms on ground floor and I paid extra based on this confirmation..after arriving only to discover there're no sea view rooms on ground floor and no refund will be given for price difference

Honestly very disappointed

- Animation was the best thing in the hotel - Landscape, pool and beach was good

- Staff wasn’t welcoming, Mohamed the reception supervisor at night shift was rude - Food wasn’t good - Rooms was okay - Car parking is far from the reception

I like the beach , Obama's coffe and the way he do his work with a smile he is in love with what he is doing! I like the pool especially the adult one. The staff was nice but not all of them some of them are frustrated from the guests but I can understand as the number of guests were unbearable long line infront of every bar and every single thing you need and only one man can help you in the bars which is not enough at all.

I did not like the food and the hotel recieve guests more than the capacity that it can bear as if you need anything even a plate go stand in a long line to get what you want, The food was very poor in variety And the dessert is the same everyday and very poor also There was a bad smell from the bathroom as if it needs some repair or something Also the beach bathroom is always unclean.

will not come back to this hotel

nothing special actually, food was good feels like home made food. i want to thank mr.mohamed in the reception for getting a connecting room while checking in.

-very slow for check in and check out. - bellman took more than one hour to bring our luggage after check out. - i was not really sure if this was a red sea coz the color of the water was green most of the days. couldnt make snorkeling. - stuff were not really on 5 stars hotel level while dealling with people. - the furniture is very old, need a renovation. - the hotel is good for max 4 stars

it was so good that I extended one more night!

the staff are the best in terms of help and rapid response to any requests! especially Khaled @ the reception , is the man to go to anytime for anything !

animation team is not versatile , specially when it comes to kids activities or kids club!
