Located near the beach and within walking distance to Dock Square, guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun activities and later watch the sunset from the deck or spend time around the fire pit at night. This home is comprised of a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home with a bonus attached 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment - when you rent this home, you are able to use both spaces! The apartment can be accessed from the interior of the main home, and also has a separate outside entrance, should you wish to use that as well. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a queen size bed, with 2 additional single size fold-out cots available for use as well. Linens, blankets, and towels are included as part of the rental, and the home's two kitchens are fully stocked with dinnerware, pots/pans, cooking equipment, etc. You also have access to a large grill and outdoor dining area on the wraparound deck. Set back and secluded in the forest, yet less than 2 miles to the closest beach and within walking distance to Dock Square restaurants and shopping, this property offers something for everyone! Please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the property and noise monitoring devices (only measures the level of sound, not able to record conversations) are located on the exterior of the property as well. The house was clean, open, bright, and comfortable. And the outside deck was perfect for our crew. We enjoyed be so close to town but also removed and quiet. The owners were super helpful. I highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

The house is charming, quiet and private but close enough to town to walk easily. The owner was always immediately responsive to questions and we appreciated that. We loved all the room to spread out (there were 8 of us) as well as the fire pit and front and back proch.

The house is definitely setup for a family vacation. We had 8 adults and all the children were under 8 yr. down to a 6 months old. The apartment was great for my son with the infante and his 3 yr. The house was safe and the kids really enjoyed the inside, deck and fire pit. Bonus front deck swing was a hit also. The down side was the floor was dirty on arrival. The kids bare feet turned black ! Also ALL the beds we horrible to sleep in. One thin mattress with and Iron frame on all beds. Really uncomfortable. Also you could hear conversations from the upstairs' while sitting in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well stocked and large. We loved the large counter space. Everyone enjoyed our stay but we all were looking for a good night sleep when we returned home.

My family of nine enjoyed our stay at the house. The location afforded us the ability to walk to the village in Kennebunkport by a quick walk. The house was located that allowed us to visit interesting places to see with easy access to all major roads and highways. The host Michael was very helpful and accessible if needed. Would give it more that 5 stars if I could.

A nice secluded location on a cul de sac. Surrounded by woods but close to town. A very large home with plenty of room for a large family/group get away. Very nice kitchen, large meal table, counter etc. Approximately ½ mile to downtown harbor-sidewalks all the way. Michael was very easy to work with and very responsive.

We had a group of families stay here for a long weekend and Michaels' place was perfect for our get together. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy and comfort, but the common areas were great for gathering. We really appreciated the large dining table so we could eat as a group together. Michael was very generous and quick to respond to any questions we had. Easy location to walk into downtown Kennebunkport for shopping, restaurants etc. I would highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. It was a short walking distance to town and had all the amenities we needed. This house is awesome with an excellent host who communicated well and was great to work with. The house is located within walking distance to the town. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. This is super handy as parking can be problematic, especially during their busy season. We found the house to be perfect not only for its location, for its size and simplicity as well. You’ll find most everything you need to cook and clean in the house with clear communications in the handy guestbook. The house is well maintained and I’d have to be really “nit picky” to find anything negative- as this is one of the best temporary home rentals I’ve stayed in that has met my family and my expectations. Thank you for sharing and providing a wonderful stay.

What a wonderful time we had in this beautiful house. We were mixed families of 15 pple in total and had more than enough room to be together but also escape for some time alone. The driveway and yard were great for the kids to run around and play and the fire pit was so perfect for a thanksgiving night fire. We will definitely be back to this house in the future!!

The property was dirty. The kitchen was not adequately supplied with the things needed to cook. The pots and pans were awful and when we took them out to use they were greasy. Air conditioning was inadequate for the house. The house was dark and gloomy and the lighting was awful. Outside had spiderwebs and was dirty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property.

This property is much more spacious than the photos look. We had 7 adults stay and had more than enough space and comfort. We easily walked to all activities in the port, grilled, had a bonfire, and felt secluded in the woods yet close to everything we wanted to do.
