La arquitectura del hotel era bonita
La atención del personal. La comida estuvo fea y solo había opción de buffet (que no tenía mucha variedad y que no se reponía con rapidez). La piscina estaba sucia. El estacionamiento era lejos de las habitaciones y no había personal para ayudarnos con las maletas ni guiarnos al checkin. Reciben personas no huéspedes y hacen fiestas ruidosas y no se da abasto a la cantidad de gente que asiste

we enjoyd the pools and the jacuzzi
the payment, i couldn´t pay with my credit card . I have to transfer to an account and it was difficult

We stayed here for our elopement. So nice and serene. Great rooms with pool access and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was also excellent. The staff were pleasant, accommodating and easy-going. A little sanctuary in Ica for sure!
It was extremely quiet when we went, so It was missing a bit of atmosphere. Would love it to go back when it's a bit more lively.

Pool, bar near the pool, Claudio was top. Breakfast.
All in all, price is ok for Europe.
Private bonfire at night is a plus!
Dinner Menu was little, since there were not too many guests.

Good pool, bed comfortable, very clean.
As this hotel charges Western prices I expected at least the receptionist to speak English, and at least a few of the dining room staff, but no one did. This made checking in difficult and ordering meals very tricky indeed. I twice got something different to what I had ordered. Yes, I know this is Peru, and in a cheap hotel I would not expect English to be spoken, but at this price level I do.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel met our expectations. The room was huge even had a jacuzzi. Lots of green areas and pools. The food was good. Saturday night there was a very nice live orchestra.

I liked the surroundings of the hotel.
the Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful
However I was disappointed with my bungalow which was located 1st floor . bungalow in England normally ground flor it was difficult for my elderly mum to manage the stair. Also one night there was no water including hot water and we were bitten by the mosquitos very badly, not a pleasant ex[eroence for my family. The hotel had forgotten to give me the mosquito repellent.
However, the hotel kindly allowed me to stay another night in a double room on the ground floor free from change and my room 106 was superb I wish I had the same experience on the previous 2 nights

Playground not up to date - looked like it hadn’t been maintained for a long time
