Location TOP! Room comfortable and quiet.

I liked the room size - it was indeed as described and enough space for 2 adults. The bed was comfortable but once I had to take off the sheets to put the luggage on - the same was not really clean ....but it wasn't too bad. I loved the location of the hotel. 5min walk to shimbashi JR station where metro connection is available too. Hotel was quiet and staff friendly. All good

The mattress was not that clean. They also only cleaned 1time during 1week stay.

A clean, central and friendly hotel. Hard bed; but I suspect that this may be a Japanese preference.

Overall I got what I paid for; which was a modest sum.

Some of the front desk need to improve English

新橋駅から徒歩役10分で羽田空港まで電車で直行で行けたのでアクセスが良かった。

ホテルのランドリーが壊れていたので近くのコインランドリーまで洗濯しに行かないといけなかったのが不便だった。フロントの無料コーヒーサービスがあるのは良いがアメリカンとエスプレッソのみでカフェラテが壊れていた。部屋が狭い。一泊の値段が高い割にブュッフェの朝食が付いていないのでThe B浅草の方が良い。

Amazing shower. A bit far from the train station.

The room size was okay. The shower was amazing. It had the water coming from the top and the sides which made it amazing to shower in. Only one washing machine made it hard to wash your clothes sometimes. Bed was kinda hard. Staff was super friendly.

The location was a bit far from the local trains so had to walk 10-15 min sometimes to a railway line. The room size was small hard to open a 30kg suitcase.

Prima hotel voor een kort verblijf

Het hotel is centraal gelegen. Makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer.

De kamer was erg klein voor een verblijf met z'n vieren plus alle bagage. Ondanks andere reviews die aangeven dat het prima is. Uiteindelijk overleven we het wel, maar het was wel krap.

Very good location, very comfortable place.

The location to the JR train of Shimbashi is amazing. Good location regarding Ginza. I loved the location and it's a huge factor in a big city like the Great Tokyo area.

very modern hotel, with excellent facilities (including cheap self use washing machine) in lively location with restaurants, cafes,close to train , metro station.Easy access to airports. Great value for money.

Excellent choice and fully recommended for those travelling to Tokyo!! The location and the amenities offered are absolutely perfect (super convenient room & bed, toiletries etc.) and the price is also very reasonable for Tokyo. Last but not least, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Special thanks to the employee that worked in the reception and helped us so much to find the wallet we lost in the bus.

Value for money stay overall

Room was clean and they upgraded our room to one that was fully equipped with hairdryer (with all the accessories), straightener and curling iron, plus hand massager and a special weighing machine. Staff were extremely friendly. Location is fairly central enough to get around to some popular spots like Ginza and Asakusa. Nearest train station is about a 5 min walk away.

Do take note that while breakfast is affordable, it really just consists of bread, soup and a pastry. Don't expect a feast. Food was still delicious though, so it's just a matter of managing expectations.

Clean, comfortable room in heart of Shimbashi

Very quiet and clean room with good layout. I liked there were two pillows with different thicknesses and feels. The massage shower was very luxurious. Good breakfast with different soups each day and breads.

Bed is on the hard side. No chair, just a stool. No bath just shower
