キッチン、食器、レンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、掃除機等々揃ってて普通に生活できる所。

ベッド下、食器、ロフトのほこりが気になった。

Bon rapport qualité prix, chouette quartier

Le studio était propre et très bien équipé (lave linge, aspirateur, fer et table à repasser, bouilloire, etc). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce quartier familial, avec plusieurs aires de jeux et de nombreuses options pour manger (supermarché avec une grande variété de plats à emporter, restaurants de bon rapport qualité/prix). La proximité des 2 gares de Kamata permet de relier les points d'intérêt touristique dans un délai acceptable (40min pour Shibuya par ex).

Il manque un espace de rangement pour les vêtements. Nous les avons posés en piles au sol à côté du lit, une petite planche en guise d'étagère aurait été la bienvenue. Il manque également une solution dans la salle de bain pour étendre les serviettes de toilettes.

Very recommended place to stay.

Good location, walking distance to stations, and very clean. Simple check-in, check out procedures.

Staircase is quite steep for elderly.

Superb

Well equipped. Water boiler, induction plaque, even a shoehorn. Air conditioner and wifi worked well. I was a little worried about the futon beds but we slept well.

The clothes dryer is a inside model. A model that could be placed in the balcony could be more practical to gain more space. The host indications about directions were good, but the public transportation is a little confusing for first time visitors. To be clear, what I wrote bellow is just informations for new visitors, not a complain about the host. You have Keyku line, JR lines, subway lines. You can pay them all with a suica card. But on arrival in Shinagawa the machine had only one card left for sale. So I tried to buy regular paper tickets. Bought the wrong ones. Young japanese helped me to buy the right ones. I wanted suica cards for my children instead of phone apps. Also didn't want welcome suica cards (a visitor special card) since it has two downsides. Cannot be reissued if lost. Card is not refundable. For your transportation, use bellow website. But an interesting tip, check your departure point from Kamata Sta. vs Keyku-Kamata. Kamata Sta. is a little bit far, but depending where you are going, the price could be half. https://transfer.tokyometro.jp/?lang=en

Great place but can improve

Close to the metro (subway) station… 3 min walk. Clean and it has everything you need.

They didnt provide enough pillows for a booking of four guests. They only provided 2 pillows and when we requested, they said they only have two. There’s no luggage storage facility to allows guests to store their luggage before their flight or if they arrive before check-in time.

The location was great, near mini mart, local mall. Food & drinks restaurants.

The room was small, and the double bed was taking up a lot of the room space.

A pleasant stay and speedy check-in process.

Walking distance to metro and eateries\convenient store nearby.

A little dusty as myself and daughter are sensitive to dust, as I noticed there are dust collected at the the TV and bed area.

Very good

Close proximity to a few train stations and Haneda Airport. Apartment was of a comfortable size for 3 adults and our luggages. Comfy beds and a cosy corner for reading and laptop use. Several convenience store and shops near apartment. Our departure flight was from Narita Airport, there’s direct train from Keikyu-Kamata Station to Narita Airport.

Quite a distant from places of attractions in Tokyo. But for the luxury of space at a reasonable rate, Vacation Inn Kamata is a good choice for a family stay, especially if you’re arriving and leaving via Haneda Airport.

The location walking distance to keikyu kamata station very convenient for us to travel with the kids. 7 eleven also nearby the place. The property near to haneda Airport so we just take taxi to the airport, and it's only cost us 2600 yen. We can't imagine if we need to carry all the luggages to the airport with young kids.!

Our unit even split upper and lower level, but it's stil can hear all the noises especially when I cook in the morning. The hanger not enough, lucky I bring extra to the property. The Internet connection a bit slow, whenever we at upper level. The rest are OK. The pillow for futon, it's better to have normal pillow intead of japanese pillow. The kids can't even sleep using that pillow.

Very good

The room is comfy with sufficient supplies. The bed is comfortable, towel is clean and new. We slept well in these days.

I could still hear other visitors moving sounds upstairs so easily, and if there is a towel shelf in the shower room would be great since there is no warmer in the bathroom.

Exceptional

The apartment was so conveniently close to the JR and Keikyu stations. Fitted out well, and comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for a family wishing to stay close to the airport.

Very convenient location close to Haneda airport with various shops and restaurants around. The room was compact but clean, comfortable and has everything you need. For a family of four, it was perfect with one double bed with two single futon above.

Nothing major. If anything, it would be handy to have a washing pole or an airer in the terrace outside.

Great place to stay near Keikyu-Kamata Station

Convenient location, excellent value and quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Very clean. Nice and extraordinarily efficient floor plan.

Superb

The location was very convenient and near by have seven eleven. In the room have everything you need for stay. Very comfortable for long term stay.

Someone tried to enter my room once, when I was sleeping. In winter it might be a little bit cold, and if you use the aircon, it will be very dry.
