The hotel was within easy reach from the railway station. The receptionist was friendly and polite. Every place in the hotel I went was clean. The bed was comfortable, information was at hand about access to internet and hotel rules on the room desk.
Only a couple of places in the room needed a bit of repair or adjustment, but this is minor.

This hotel was good value for money, clean and spacious and in a good location

Exceptional value for money. The rooms were lovely and clean, good size. Shower was also very clean and worked well. WiFi was strong in our room. Well decorated throughout. Would highly recommend.
Additionally, our young child left her most precious bunny in the bed. We were reunited and he was well looked after during his extended stay. I returned to the hotel at midnight and woke the staff. Most inconsiderate on my behalf but if you know you know it was an emergency.
The staff were stiff polite and helpful even at that hour and I am truly thankful to be reunited with bunny. Thank you.
Our TV lost Internet so was unable to use the apps in one of the rooms worked well in our second room, This however would have been a bonus and we still had all mainstream chanels so nothing to Complain about.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Excellent bathroom with nice smelling body wash. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room and really delicious ginger biscuits which hit the spot after travelling in. They were really helpful in arranging for a late arrival with clear instructions. Right next to the railway station, it was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again!
An additional duvet in the room might be nice but I'm sure they'd have supplied it if we had taken the trouble to ask!

Cleanliness, quite modern. Large room - had three beds. Overall, it was much more than expected for the price. Pleasantly surprised. Will come back - much better value than premier Inn or travel lodge
Parking is not great & no cooked breakfast. No decaf coffee in the room which I thought was a standard thing to expect.

Very clean, an excellent customer service, as the called us to prior the late checking in to ensure the staff would stay to greet us. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathrooms in both rooms were well equipped and well lit. The hotel is located nearby the train station and city centre but is on a quiet road so there was no noise at night. Very good stay.
There not much not too like. Perhaps a smoking area outside would be nice but given not many people are smokers nowadays it’s not really a problem.

Can’t fault it

Breakfast was basic, and we chose to eat elsewhere. I had to share a bathroom with 3 strangers, not what I expected. The bed was clean and comfortable.
See above.

Staff could not have been more kind and obliging. Spotlessly clean room with a comfy bed and an excellent shower. Thank you so much for taking care of me at this difficult time.

Says full English and continental breakfast available, but when I came down the staff had eating the available bread, leaving just a crust, there was no such thing as a full English, just some scraps of bread, jams, cheese slices and gone off babybells. Then they ask for £6 for the breakfast when you only ever got a slice of toast

Good, clean, renovated space right behind the rail station. The Assistant Manager is helpful and professional.
The internet in my room was one of those “extension” wifi and it didnt work well at all. This was a problem as I was there for work and needed it. One of the younger staff I guess called me three times the night I was arriving to ask me when I would arrive. I was arriving at between 9:30 and 10pm, and according to the guest house description, you can check in until 11:30pm. So I wasn‘t sure what the problem was exactly but it added stress to an already stressful journey.

Very clean, on a walkable distance from city center and very close to the train station. Also has parking available in front of the hotel at least for the weekends
The single room was with shared bathroom. Very thin walls and noisy kids nearby

the best hotel room I’ve stayed in (for the price) great location as it’s minutes away from Norwich train station, nice friendly staff, safe building, huge room for the price. two massive wardrobes and a big bathroom. very comfy bed.
didn’t bother me too much but just a bit loud when people are walking past the room

The hotel is a 10ish minute walk (uphill) from the station and a 20ish minute walk to the city centre/tourist attractions. It is superficially quite clean. My room was a good size and relatively inexpensive for the area.
The bathroom floor was very slippery - dry as well as wet. There were no pillow protectors and the mattress was cheap. There was mould on the tiles beside the shower, dirt on the outside of the toilet and the carpet was stained.

Very clean room close to bus stop and rail station staff excellent.
