One of the best B & Bs we’ve stayed in.

A very friendly pub with excellent staff & a good food menu. The accommodation was clean & very comfortable & had everything we needed.

We liked everything about it. Maybe just a chair or stool in the bathroom would be useful.

Perfect location for our needs - poss to walk to centre of Norwich. Great value and lively!

Parking available for residents despite pub being on a busy street. Excellent bar but need to book in advance for food and poss drinks as gets very busy, esp. at weekends. More than adequate continental bfast with coffee machine.

Excellent room and location

Upstairs from the pub but barely any noise from it sad several floors up. Great breakfast

No central heating but space heaters worked really well

Friendly Pub, Good Decor, Tasty Food, Quiet Location, Great Value

A lovely pub on the outskirts of the city centre to the north. Just what we wanted within 20 mins walking distance of the centre in a quiet residential road. Friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Nice good sized ensuite room with big windows. Unique breakfast arrangement where it is left in the room so you can checkout independently to suit you. Good basic breakfast with kettle provided, a good coffee pod machine, croissant, cereal, biscuits, yoghurt, milk and juice. We had dinner and drinks in the pub and the food was delicious and generous (the best chicken burger and chips). The Rosebery was perfect for exploring the city. Thank you.

Just a few small things but they did not affect our experience. . mattress a bit soft and pillows little uncomfortable . unpleasant odour in the accommodation stairwell, possibly from kitchen, only noticeable when entering and exiting - needs airing.

Would stay again as overall very nice.

Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable room which was quiet. Nice to have a window that opened to let fresh air in. Great to have fresh chilled milk and juice and bottled water in the room. Great to have free parking reserved for B&B guests. The pub has a great selection of ales, wines etc all served nicely. Quick and friendly service. Nicely decorated and great music.

It was disappointing there was no food available on the night I stayed which i didn’t know about until I got there. However, I hear when available it’s really good! There’s not a very nice smell in the hallway/ staircase of the accommodation. Breakfast is continental only which is fine but there were no croissants left in my room.

We will be back to this excellent facility, next time probably for longer

The accommodation rooms were set slightly separate from the busy yet excellent pub. Surprisingly quiet, smashing comfortable room with everything you could hope for, including continental breakfast neatly packed in a small hamper with milk, oj, butter, yogurt and water stored on the fridge.

unfortunately only one set of towells & en-suite radiator set permanently on hot .

Excellent location (about 20 mins walk from centre). Super cool pub. Great room at a good price.

adequate room and good for what we paid

The pub and restaurant

The room was ok but more attention to detail in cleaning would’ve been nice, cobwebs in bathroom and dirty skirting boards dusty in places ,also the radiator in bathroom was so hot and couldn’t be turned off ,made it very uncomfortable to sleep . Breakfast hamper was adequate but nothing special. The actual pub was nice with excellent choice of ales wines etc, and the restaurant was really good amazing tasty food.

Friendly cosy vibes 😊

Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Room was spacious with a nice cosy feel, and a great size bathroom too.

No vegan breakfast options available - breakfast is continental and already in the room when you arrive - great options, but not so great if you have particular dietary restrictions.

Exceptional

When you arrive at the location, in between all the streets full of houses, you think it's a bit out of place and not very inviting as a hotel, just a standard pub but once you open the door and go inside it's stunning. Definitely a "don't judge a book by its cover" type of place. Lovely staff, great selection of drinks, gorgeous interior design and the high ceilings make it really open. The room was through a door at the side of the pub and again, we didn't know what to expect but once we got in the room we were so impressed. Everything we needed was clearly available, the breakfast was cute, the interior design was chic, contemporary and bright. Everything was clean and the mirrors made the place look bigger too. It was overall a very gorgeous place to stay the night and great value for money! Definitely Norwich's "hidden gem" and we look forward to coming back!

Warm, comfortable, clean, modern

We enjoyed our stay the room was clean, comfortable. The little added touches were so cute, continental breakfast basket. The furniture was chic and tasteful. The bathroom was light, spacious, large shower.

Sadly one of our two bottles of water in the fridge was half drank with lipstick on the bottle, simple human error though so we weren’t mad. The windows don’t appears to lock at all, which was a little unnerving, although rare you can never take too many chances with opportunistic criminals.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Norwich - the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable, the staff were so helpful & friendly & the pub offered one of the best selections of food & drink we've had in ages. If you stay here, definitely book a table for food, it's next level!

Excellent stay at The Rosebery, what an awesome pub, lovely rooms, great location - recommended!

Well-appointed room, friendly staff, breakfast, great location, parking on site, lovely pub downstairs.

My wife found the bed a bit lumpy (although my side was very comfortable) and the shower flow was a little temperamental. These were minor issues though that didn't cause a problem during our short stay.

A fair distance from the city centre but worth it for the price

I really liked the little mini breakfast hamper - it was perfect for munching before the actual main breakfast in the city center. The bed was really comfy and the space was good too.

The shower did lose pressure in the late afternoon/evening and came out as a drizzle at one stage.

A perfect few days away.

Room was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the breakfast hamper. Double shower with towels and toiletries provided. A nice walk into the Cathedral quarter.

We were very happy with the service provided and have no complaints.

ideal location for visiting family in Norwich. lovely decor in the room. we had everything we needed.

The shower didn’t work properly, but the staff moved us to a different room on the second day. They were very friendly and accommodating. They also changed our day of stay due to the storm.
