Great Location, Very Clean, Comfortable and Friendly Plus a Good Breakfast

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and tasty. All the linen was very clean and smelt fresh. The room was warm. It was quiet and we slept well. It is a great location for visiting Norwich and has its own parking.

Pleasant for a short trip.

Location was good. Parking was too.

Staff were not overly friendly. Perhaps some would consider them to be stern. Breakfast was functional. Room was pleasant, if not a little stuffy. Bathroom was fine but a little tired.

A visit to norwich

This place was friendly welcoming very clean good size rooms (wife commented it smelt nice) less than 2 minute walk to city nice pub 2 doors away breakfast was one of the best we have had

We were up stairs their are a few steps up and down to the room only a minor thing make sure you book parking if required as they rent carpark to day visitors to the city

Very welcoming and helpful host. The room was large, clean and had everything that is needed for a weekend away. Secure monitored car park included in the price. An excellent breakfast in the restaurant. fantastic location for a short walk into the centre.

For the price point I expected more.

The breakfast was the best part of the stay, excellent with more than stated. The fan in the room was a good touch as it was a hot day and night.

We had a very noisy room, the traffic was constant with a pothole right outside, when the lorries drove over it the noise was horrible and kept me awake all night. The shower was quite dirty around the door and needed a good clean.

Town center stop over.

Location to Earlham Park / Room was small but perfect with nice decoration / Comfort of bed / spare pillow / shower / staff were polite.

Room 10 was by the late nigh entrance so it was noisy. A couple of bottles of water in the room would have been appreciated.
