A cosy 2 night stay

Everything. Perfect location and easily accessible for the city centre. Lovely accommodation, spotlessly clean and comfortable. A cosy place to relax after a busy day. Kay was so welcoming and gave us lots of good information for the local area and beyond. A nice touch for breakfast each morning : different breads, cereals, jams, coffee, teas provided in the room with plenty of milk in the fridge to make breakfast at your leisure. Highly recommend if you're heading to Norwich and would love to stay again.

Good location, friendly and efficient booking.

We enjoyed the breakfast, toast with marmalade for me with coffee. My wife had cereals and yogurt. Location was walkable in to Norwich with a good choice of eating places and supermarkets within a mile or so. The area the hotel is in is very pleasant and quiet (Easter Bank Holiday) - we had a good sleep.

The furnishings were a little dated. There were just net-curtains over the patio door - actual curtains would have been better. There was a towel rail in the bathroom but a heated radiator towel rail would be better in colder weather.

Only stayed one night but would stay again

Location was excellent for my needs. Owner was welcoming and very helpful. Bed was comfortable, nice that there was a fridge in the room and a good choice for breakfast. loved having netflix.

No complaints everything was good.

We managed to chill out and destress, Norwich what a lovely city!!

Super Summer Room.

Nice location and a short easy walk into Norwich, we checked in early and found the room to be ready and received the friendliest of welcomes. The accommodation is lovely and spacious with a separate living area to the bedroom leading to the garden. Lovely and quiet at night and amazing value for the price. Great to have Netflix on tap too.

Very good

Beautiful house, the summer room is an annexe. I stayed just one night. Very nice, clean, good breakfast things including decaf for me. I would happily stay again.

Bit chilly at night. I could’ve asked how to increase the heating, but I actually didn’t bother doing so. As I said, I will certainly be happy to stay again at this property.

Lovely relaxing stay in a lovely location.

Great location on quiet street with easy access into the city centre. Lounge area of the apartment was great for relaxing in. Ideal continental breakfast with many choices.

Nothing could improve this accommodation, if all B&B were to this standard i would not stay in another hotel. Very clean and a lovely welcome from Kay and the two dogs. Will have no hesitation on returning.

Great value and super comfy.

Lovely, comfy sitting room and bedroom. Ideal for an overnight stay. Fridge and microwave meant we could prepare our own breakfast. The owner was extremely helpful and also left out fresh milk and breakfast foods. Will definitely use again.

Breakfast was just right. Fresh milk very welcome but maybe glass of fruit juice too?Size of sofa excellent and comfortable. Extra duvet and blankets great help too. The house is in very quiet position. No traffic noise or street lights to disturb

Not too keen on coffee bags. Small cafetière plus fresh coffee instead? We forgot hangers and as there’s no wardrobes, hangers to go on provided hooks would help.

A very comfortable stay in a great location!

Great accommodation, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was good size with a nice shower. Lovely breakfast provided….choice cereals and pastries, milk, orange juice and yoghurts. Very good location for the city!

Continental breakfast and facilitates generous. Accommodation warm & cosy with wonderful shower. Bed very comfortable

There was food, tea, coffee, milk, et cetera left for me which was unexpected and appreciated.

My stay at this property was first class, and my host was very helpful, I will definitely stay there again when I visit the area. Thank you.

Great hosts and great location!

The hosts here were lovely, the property is purpose-built and was the right size for two adults. It is in a quiet residential area and the best bit, it is within walking distance to the center of Norwich, literally down one road.

Would DEFINITELY (and have done) recommend the Summer Room as a place to stay in Norwich

Location was ideal for our requirements Breakfast was placed in fridge and cupboards in accommodation, generous quantities Host was exceedingly friendly and very helpful Very good to have a lounge area and garden

2 very, very, very small things : Fan needed in bathroom Hinge on door between lounge and bedroom would benefit from being oiled !

Lovely short break in Norwich

Location was very good only a short walk into Norwich. Very quiet and comfortable with everything you needed. Parking on site. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyable stay.

A very pleasant stay and very convenient for the City.

Self service from the fridge and cupboard as indicated in the information. We could just help ourselves when we wanted breakfast. The croissants could have been fresher. All in a pleasant experience and we would book again if I the area.

A king size bed but the bedroom wasn't big enough.

Perfect little annex.

Quiet in a residential street annex. Easy flat 20min walk into centre. Friendly hosts offer local knowledge. Breakfast provided, cereal, toast, yoghurt orange juice and teas coffee all on hand. Off road parking.

Superb

The Summer Room was spacious and had everything we needed (including the possibility to safely store our bicycles and a nice place to sit outside). Kay and Alan were super friendly hosts. They informed us about places to visit in Norwich and the history of the city.

Would happily stay again.

Good choice of coffee etc. Not a fan of cereals or carbs generally but good choice for those who are. Yogurts provided. That aside it was a lovely stay. Hosts , Kay and Alan , very welcoming and knowledgeable with regard to the area.

We would happily stay again so cannot be negative .
