Parking was not posted on site it was the next store neighbor's garage they posted. We were accosted by security the first day on arrival and because we could not pull in our garage fast enough. The trash can was out front full when we arrived in front of condo. During are stay some lady walking her dog pulled out a taser an tried to taze are dog. We have seemed to enjoy are visits but we will not be visiting again.

We really enjoyed it our stay in stargazer, the location all of the information provided and how well organised everything was.we love how comfortable it was and how well preserved the house is. However, here is what could be better: the AC downstairs did not seem to work properly, started working by the end of the second day. There is a room downstairs and that one was warm for the whole stay. Besides the previous observar the house was not properly clean, I found dog hair everywhere and dust and lots of stuff under the beds. There were at least two allergic people within the group who were struggling with dust every day.

This Condo was the most inadequately furnished property that any of us have ever experienced in all our travel opportunity's! A luxury condo, it was NOT! There were no dressers to unload your suitcases into; minimal hangers provided; only two of the bathrooms had trash pales; no alarm clocks in the bedrooms (no clocks of any kind in ANY of the rooms accept the kitchen); only one hook in each bathroom to hang your towel, robe and any clothes; only one bedside table in each bedroom accept for the master (where do you put your laptop - on the floor?); the carving knives in the kitchen were so 'dull' they were dangerous to use; the vacuum was broken; the kitchen cleaning supplies (dish soap, garbage bags, etc.) ran out in just a few days! I could go on and on. Everything was a huge disappointment compared to our last three stays at the Ledges Resort Complex. Compared to the pictures shown and the description of the unit online, the property did NOT deliver.The only positive thing I can say about the unit was that the ice machine never ran out of ice! The Ledges Resort is a beautiful property. The pool area and pickleball courts are always kept clean, and the grounds are kept in immaculate condition. WE will be back to stay at the Ledges Resort again, but we will avoid STARGAZER in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Stargazer. This was the first leg of a 2 week road trip to visit all 5 national parks, and a few national monuments and state parks. Couldn't ask for a better start.

Everything about this property was perfect, easy and relaxing. It was clean, perfectly laid out for our needs. Had everything we needed and then some. Location was quiet, but easy to get to anything we needed.
We had a group of 13, that included a toddler and two infants. It was roomy, plenty to do locally and in the area. Communication was easy. We may have just started a new family tradition!

Great proximity to hiking and biking. Really nice Townhome with lots of room. Super comfortable. One pool was closed and the other pool was really cold the first couple days but it was unseasonably cold for St. George. Pool changing rooms were also freezing. All else was great.

What a beautiful home that fit our two families so perfectly! House is so well supplied (ziplock baggies, disposable silverware/plates/napkins, spices for cooking, etc-and coffee pods even left for you. It was a lovely stay in a beautiful area far from the hustle of St George. (We drove back and forth between Dixie State and the house multiple times during the day due to a swim meet- very reasonable commute to do a lot).If I could give any recommendations- a few more pots would be great. To house/sleep 14- it only had one large pot. We had to cook our spaghetti in multiple shifts because we didn’t have enough pots. Also- the bottom hinges in the upstairs room (1st bedroom to the l left) & downstairs 1/2 bathroom were coming out. But this did not detract from our stay.Thank you for such a great weekend.

We opted for a vacation rental for our family for Thanksgiving so we could all have room comfortably. The property is nice and had plenty of space for our kids and grandkids. The pool was close which was nice. I was disappointed and irritated that some of the cooking items were not in working order (can opener, blender). I texted the property management and they were not able to replace these items which was disappointing and frustrating. We live locally so I was able to run home to get these things but it took time away from family and delayed our plans. Pots and pans were not great and it was a bit difficult to make Thanksgiving dinner with what was provided. There were lots of paper goods available so that was nice. We were only given 4 trash bags for our entire stay. Vertical blinds on sliding door had broken pieces and was a bit difficult to open and close. Location is in a nice area outside of St. George but close enough to drive into downtown St. George. We took our grandkids to St. George Children's museum which they loved and we also went to Anasazi Steakhouse for dinner one night which I highly recommend.

So overall this would be 4-4.5 stars. Take in mind this was over spring break.
Location: the Ledges is awesome. Great spot, close to Snow Canyon and just up from bluff street, but far enough away that you feel out of the hustle. There are two decent sized pools, but they get full real quick. There are 4 total pickle ball courts, 2 on each side and they were being used almost constantly. We all wished there were more.
Unit: The unit itself was new and clean and was stocked pretty well. Renters should know that this is a middle unit and so things are kind of tight. There is a very narrow driveway and a small one car garage. So if you have more than one vehicle for your group, you will have to find other parking, usually on the back street. The floor layout was OK. Really nice to have 2 pretty nice master suites, one on main floor and one upstairs. The bathrooms/showers were very small and tight. The kids liked the bunk area and for the most part, this worked out. We did not really use the upper patio as there wasn't really anything to do up there. We used the back patio for grilling.
Concerns: these are just little things, but they did affect our stay. There was something weird going on with the Wifi so we had to call maintenance to get this fixed. One day without wifi...not the best but manageable. The main TV also didn't work and they were unable to get this figured out. The telescope for the 'stargazer' was really cheap and we couldn't get it to work. There are two vents right over the high bunk bed and if the kid accidentally bumped it, the grating would fall on their head. Definitely need to fix that issue.
Cost: I think it is a little over-priced for being a smaller middle unit. Of course, you get gouged for all the other fees and cleaning and stuff because it is part of the mother company.
Conclusion: We would probably go to the ledges again, but if we were in a group, would opt for a larger end unit.

Very nice
Overall impression of the place was very nice and a feeling of friendliness from the owners. Even though it was bad weather the entire time, we still had fun. There were a few glitches, but items were passed on for future fix.

The experience was great! We didn't have any real issues with the house. Check in and out was very simple. Having a stocked kitchen was great, as well. We cooked most meals at the house so having all the appliances/dishware/cookware was great. It was clean, spacious, and the layout of the house worked perfectly for us, and our friends' families. The only issue we had was the tv in one of the bedrooms (the bedroom without an attached bathroom) didn't work properly. Half of the tv was blacked out.

Beautiful unit with comfortable, spacious rooms. Excellent follow up from the management company with clear instructions on using the front door keypad to enter the residence. Far enough outside of St George to feel "away" but close enough (5 minutes) to get to restaurants and activities. The grounds, pool and other amenities were well maintained. This fit our three families really well. Clean well organized condo. We had everything we needed. Quiet but active neighborhood so we fit right in. Pool was a bit chilly but the kids enjoyed it anyway.
