Not bad :)

Pros: + Excellent location. + Polite staff in the office. + Place for cooking + Workplace

Cons: - They require an additional 200 euros as a deposit. - You have to pick up the key from the office, in our case, it was relatively close, but if you rented an apartment on the outskirts of the city through the MY CASA agency, take this into account. - The washing machine didn't work, and they didn't warn us in advance, even though there was a sign "OUT OF SERVICE" on it upon arrival. - The power button on the TV remote didn't work. - Dust under the couch. - The sofa bed is very uncomfortable for sleeping. - One light bulb was not working, and another one was flickering intermittently. - There were no wine glasses. - There was no hand soap, only shower gel in small bottles. - Several other minor details that made us worry if they would deduct from the deposit for them, such as scratches on the wall and on the steps, closet doors that were sticking, and a sink with a non-working bathtub plug, etc. - During our 6-night stay, the support was able to quickly resolve only the issue with the glasses and provide batteries for the remote. - They may not respond if you contact them through Booking, so if you have urgent questions, use WhatsApp. - The company's office works from 14:00 to 18:30, although they claim it's from 10:00 to 18:30. - On Booking, you can find states that breakfast is available here, but that's not the case. - The QR code on the door and on the leaflet provided upon arrival with useful information lead to non-working pages. - No elevator, last floor... Not a con, but just something to keep in mind is that the check-out time is before 10:00, and you need to wash the dishes and take out the trash beforehand. Overall: Considering the price, we expected a bit more, at least some help in resolving issues. Partly, our impressions were improved by the fact that they compensated for the inconveniences and the time spent negotiating.

Overall a great stay in Nice!

We loved the location! Overall a great stay! Overlooked the Fontaine du Soleil. Very close to the beach was a big plus, located near Plage Beau Rivage and near the Cours Saleya with markets, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. Easy access to old Town and all other sights outside of Nice as we rented a car. Liked the coffee machine. Washer was convenient for our 4 night stay Room was quite spacious and well decorated with wood beams and exposed brick. Provided plenty of extra towels for our stay which we appreciated. The room and the building were very quiet considering the central location. The only sound I heard was the performers in the square when the skylight was drawn. Good communication from the host, when confirming key receipt and access to keys after hours was great.

All suites are located on a 4th floor walk up, not fun in the oppressive heat after a day of touring as well as bringing up luggage. Parking a bit tricky to access as there are many pedestrians and we never found the electric car charge either at the Palace du Justice Parking Garage. Kitchen faucet was loose, needs repair. Washer was good but no dryer, would have been nice. The closet doors in the loft were very sticky, the dresser drawers could never open properly were always sticking. Pro-tip- The shutters outside serve a purpose to keep the light out and privacy from the office across the way figured this out on day 2 Be prepared to hit your head at least 3 times on the beam in the loft, maybe look into positioning the bed differently in the loft. The a/c barely gets to the loft so can be warm at times. Initially found the bathroom small but got used to it and yes the bathroom shower does leak i found using the hand shower minimized this. Be aware that you have to throw out your garbage and wash your dishes before you leave, not a big deal for us.

Nice central location and quiet inside but could be better.

Location, fridge, coffee machine, mattress of main bed, washing machine. Heated towel rail

No curtains for sleeping so too light, roof window shutter for upstairs was not closed properly so let in light in. Air conditioning did not reach the upper floor so was too hot at night. Some towels and bedding dirty No English channels on TV No low light to see your way down the hard metal stairs at night Not enough plugs by bed.

Nice a great holiday destination. Loved having an apartment so central to markets, beach & restaurants. Not too far

Great location. Well appointed with cooking and washing facilities. AC worked very well downstairs. Good amount of space for two people.

Bathroom was tiny with no window/ventilation. AC did not work as well for upstairs in mezzanine level where bed was. No lift, 4 flights of stairs to get to apartment was too many especially with suitcases.

We enjoyed our time in Vieux Nice, and thought the apartment was nice, and the location was excellent!

The location on Place Massena, in old town and just a few blocks from the Promenade, is excellent!

The flights of stairs to reach the apartment (4 full flights). It made coming and going something one had to think about - consolidate trips so as not to have to do the stairs again. Also, the loft is less than full height, so a bit inconvenient for my 6’3” husband.

lovely little apartment.

good location. good amenities. this is not “The Ritz”, the bedrooms are tiny. low ceilings etc… but remember, these are not “The Ritz” prices…. You get exceptional value for money and we would stop again in the future.

Our first visit to the Cote d'Azur, but not our last, and MY CASA is one of the reasons for this.

You really are in the centre of the old city, with the beach, restaurants, shops and trains/trams just minutes away. The apartment was clean and spacious, a real 'home from home' with a cool mezzanine floor for sleeping. The air conditioning keeps you cool, the shower was hot! Be aware - in the block we stayed there was no elevator, so heavy bags up to the top floor was a challenge. The office team gave us great advice and made us instantly welcome. We would visit again, and probably will!

Very minor point, but the bathroom sink and shower could do with clearing, as water took some time to drain away and sometimes flooded. Otherwise, a ***** rating!

Sadly because of being given only one key to the room it’s a problem so I won’t be staying there again

Property was very central and basic and clean which is what we needed

We were a group of four and unfortunately we were given only one key to the property which was a big mistake - in all my stays either hotel or apartment we always are given 2 keys to the room. I requested the other key for our stay but was refused.

Very good, apart from the stairs!

There was no breakfast! The major problem with the apartment is that it is on the fourth floor and there is no lift. No warning of this was given which made arrival very difficult with heavy bags.

As above, no lift.

Great central quirky apartment in nice.

The layout, ability to sleep 6 people and the location was amazing!

There was 4-5 flights of stairs but it’s worth it.

Overall very nice with some (fixable) issues. Perfect location.

The location is amazing. Overall look is great. The place has everything it takes. Very clean and well organized.

The communication with the owner only worked in one direction - from us to him! More responsiveness to requests/ inquiries would go a long way. Big issue were a broken shower-door and completely non-functioning drains in the bathroom and to a lesser degree in the kitchen. This should be addressed ASAP.
