Lovely, newly remodeled gulf side unit which can accommodate 5 people has 1 bedroom /1 bathroom and is located in a beautiful tropical resort Cabana Beach Club nested just on the white beaches of charming Longboat Key. It is perfect as a romantic getaway or for family vacation. Washer and dryer in the unit. The unit has everything you may want and need!!! Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances, new fridge ,all cookware and utensils and plenty of cabinet space. King size bed in the master bedroom and sleepers sectional in the living room as well as a single bed pullout chair so it can comfortably accommodate 5 guests total. Linens and towels are provided. The whole unit is nicely remodeled with Florida beach decor, creating the perfect vacation ambiance. There is a flat screen smart TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom, High Speed Internet,WIFI and cable . Starter supply of paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent is provided for all of the guests. Guests have a direct access to the beach and heated pool, which is just in front of the condo. Guests may also use a boat or fishing dock, boat slips can be rented at an additional fee. Longboat Key - on the most beautiful island in the Gulf of Mexico! Great place to relax, enjoy the sun and the beach. Go for a walk on the white sandy beaches, enjoy the sunset, do a yoga at sunrise, take a swim in the warm turquoise water then lounge under the umbrella and watch the dolphins play and manatees, try out fishing and barbecue on the beach. Cabana Beach Club's location is convenient to restaurants, shops, bicycle, boat and water sport rentals, Sarasota 's restaurants, evening life, culture events are just couple miles away, as well as the well known St. Armand's Circle, with its vibrating life.

My wife and I were looking for a short as we were traveling to southern Florida and were very fortunate to find this property on Longboat Key. The unit was beautifully decorated and had many amenities. The beach was just short walk from the unit. Michaela, the owner, was easily accessible and very helpful. We are planning on staying again in 2025 in one of her units. This the best VRBO stayed we’ve either had.

Great location for the beach. Chairs and umbrellas available. Nice heated pool when you’re done at the beach. On property parking. Full kitchen with everything you will need. I would stay there again.

The cabana was everything stated in VRBO listing. The ONLY TWO things I can recommend is putting a safety bar in the shower and having soap available. There was no soap liquid or bars to wash your hands upon arrival. Other than that, the place was GREAT. May stay again next year! Thank you

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed this property. The one problem we had is that the pull out beds were not useable and the kids had to sleep with us or make a bed out of the couch cushions.

The property was clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. The beach was just a minute and half walk from the door, and was always quiet with minimal people. It was the perfect spot for our anniversary and decompression trip. If we wanted to go somewhere for dining, shopping, or other activities, Anna Maria Island or Sarasota were a short drive. As a bonus, one morning, my husband had a dolphin swim within 20 feet of him and show of some of its tricks. Definitely would go back (and hope to).

Property was as expected- right near the beach. Condo was great, plenty of room and it was clean... Would definitely stay here again- just one note: There seems to be an issue with the hot water- it goes between scalding and then cold. We got used to it, and it didn't impact our stay but someone should take a look at it. Loved our time away - thank you.

My wife and I celebrated our birthdays on Longboat Key, looking for an alternative to Hawaii. We may have found it at Cabana Beach Club. It is located in a secluded area with a short walk to the beach. It’s also near many wonderful restaurants and shopping. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Wonderful stay at this well-appointed and coastal themed 1 bedroom condo! My son and his family enjoyed their stay and with 2 small children the pool, beach access and laundry on-site of the property were very much appreciated. Hoping this becomes an annual visit to LBK! We enjoyed our stay so much last year that we immediately booked it for our most recent stay. The unit was perfect for the two of us and was clean with everything we needed. It’s in a quiet secluded area of the property and just steps from the beach and pool, which have lounge chairs. There is no public access to the beach area so it feels as if it’s your own. The property owner is not onsite but responds to messages promptly. A corner store and Publix are both located nearby. We recommend the Mote Aquarium Sunset Cruise and especially enjoyed the view and dining at Shore Restaurant. Other good restaurants are Lazy Lobster, La Norma, Dry Dock and Mar Vista. We plan to repeat our stay!

Our stay was great. The residence was as advertised. We had a problem with the shower valve and reported to Michaela and she responded very quickly. We met the property manager, Tim and he tried a quick fix, but we required a plumber the next day. Other than that, the red tide made it difficult to be on the beach. We tried some other activities in the area (Mote Aquarium, Bayfront Park and Sarasota baseball) and enjoyed the local eateries.

We booked this condo for a late February getaway. The condo was spacious for 2 with a well-equipped kitchen and easy access to the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions and flexible with a late check-out. It as exactly as advertised. We'd stay again!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Michaela's beach cabana!! Super clean and beautifully decorated. A very short walk to the ocean and close to lots of wonderful restaurants, bike rentals and kayak rentals. The beach the resort is situated on is so beautiful and very quiet. Lounge chairs available on the beach as well as beach umbrellas in the unit make a beach day super easy! Will definitely be back!

I asked the owner about being unable to stream TV. I was told "You have a smart tv that has apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu and the like. You have to find an icon that looks like a house on the remote control." When I replied that there was no such icon on either of the remotes and also asked if there was a remote for the older model combined VHS/DVD player, I never received a response; there wasn't any remote but there was a DVD unattached to anything that was just siting on top of the VHS/DVD player. Also the advertised amenities regarding 'minimum 1 day vacancy between guest stays' was demonstrably false, as was the Concierge service. The water pressure was 'variable' to say the least and hot water took forever to appear--randomly. Given the lack of response to the TV remote issue I didn't bother to comment on the daily appearance of ants around the two sinks-kitchen and bathroom. Further, 'wheelchair accessible' is also an issue since the ground floor entrance gives way to a 6 inch rise to the raised kitchen/dining/bathroom area. Further, there is a similar drop from that raised floor into the bedroom--potential for a real disaster after a middle-of-the-night bathroom visit.

Great location. Close to dining, grocery store, and sightseeing. Unit was very clean and comfortable and had just what we needed for a beach break. This was the perfect spot and would highly recommend.

The unit is so adorable but there are a couple of things that could make it a little better. It would be nice if the washer/dryer was inside the unit; however, I was aware of this before making my reservation so I'm not complaining 😊 The water was kinda hard to get adjusted, but once it was, there were no problems. The walk to the beach was very short and an easy pathway. The only thing that could have really made it better would have been to have a view of the ocean!! We had a Wonderful time 😊

Wonderful rental. Beach a few steps away. Place was clean. Only downside we had to buy an air mattress as the pull out bed was horrible. Wish there was cleaning products to wipe thing down during stay. Other then that it was a wonderful stay.

The cottage was adorable! Very clean which is huge to me. Hop, skip & jump to the beach. Umbrellas, chairs, beach towels…everything you need! The “only” thing I can suggest is to improve the shower door & the knob that adjust the temperature. I will go again if they will have me. I think it’s cuter than the pics!

Everything was clean, nice great location. No surprises. the property listed is transparent and had everything it said it would . there were no surprises or disappointments. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely refer others to stay here

This condo was so much fun! I love animals, and wildlife is everywhere! There were bunnies out munching grass, seabirds of every shape & size, little lizards that ran across the courtyard. My son swam with the manatees a couple of times on the beach. The property was clean, well- furnished, and comfortable for the three of us. I would love to return to Longboat Key!
