Large lounge area to relax in the evening. Close to centre of Belfast
Steep stairs as soon as opened the door to the front of the house.

Bathroom needs deep clean as mould on tiles and bins outside not emptied.

It's location is great. Loads of shops near by for food and bits. Apartment was clean and spacious.
Bathroom was a bit on the small side especially getting in and out of shower.

The apartment is in a prime location for bars, shops, food and buses, there is a tesco extra just on the corner, we went to prison Island, which is similar to the crystal maze, it is a fab day out. The markets are a must also. Benedicts pub has great music and a fab atmosphere
This apartment needs a good clean and updated, the shower was broke, getting into the shower is ridiculous, the sink is far too close to the shower screen, luckily none of us are chunky because if we had been, we wouldnt have got to the shower.

good location. comfortable beds
kitchen wasn’t well kitted out. Bathroom needs a refit. no hot water in either sinks. only 1 teaspoon. no mirror in the bathroom meant the lads had to shave using a make up mirror.

Location, easy to walk into city centre once we had our bearings. Tescos, local eating establishments and bars nearby. Lock system worked well....keyless. Washing machine was available. Comfortable beds.
Mould in the shower and behind the pedestal. Limited space in the bathroom, especially the entry to shower. No entry area by front door (ie door opened straight into the steep stairway). This made entering with luggage difficult. Place needs a refresh.

Location was great very central. The beds were comfy. Has everything you'd need in the apartment except plastic cups for the little ones 😊 smart TV with netflix so the kids were happy with that.
The shower was not good it needs some attention. The hot water wouldn't come on. There was a draft from the window in the back room. It felt like it was open, but it wasn't.

Great location for town centre
Shower not the best. Could have done with a few basics I.e tea, coffee

This apartment is a 5 min walk into the city centre so central with alot of local bars and resturants close by.

Comfortable Apartment, particularly the bed. Good location.
Arrived when it was dark. Door poorly lit. Outside of the apartment was filthy. Papers on the ground but worse was the overflowing ashtray on the wall outside. This gave the impression of a poorly cared for property. While inside was spotless it wouldn't take much of an effort to ensure that the litter was picked up and that the ashtray (think large silver ashtray mounted on wall) was empty before new guests arrive.

Beds were comfortable. Modern layout. Very close to town (within walking distance). Area well serviced. Quiet neighbourhood. Parking. Manager was very responsive to our requests.
The thermostat was difficult to use, was very cold when we got there. The gap to get into the shower was ridiculously small. My wife is a UK size 16-18, you would not want to be any bigger than that, as you wouldn't be able to fit into the shower. There was a broken window frame in our bedroom which contributed to the cold temp. The fridge didn't work. But the manager was responsive to our complaints though.

Great location and the staff were very responsive. The door was a lock code rather than using a key which was great. The apartment was nice and spacious and very warm which was appreciated in late November!
The water pressure in the shower was poor/the WiFi wasn't working

Excellent location,close to city centre
Small issue that got resolved

The property was in a very convenient location, and was comfortable and clean. The host was also very quick to help with any issues, and responded reliably to messages
The host had warned us that previous guests had mistreated the property, and unfortunately, there was some obvious evidence of previous damage / carelessness, which took the shine off the property

location was good could walk to bars and restaurants
smell of Indian takeaway food when we arrived into property. Stairs is in front of you when you open front door. shower is quiet awkward to access as very little room between sink and shower door

very clean with everything you need. well maintained and excellent location for city centre.
I didn’t not like this, neutral on the matter, but there is a flight of stairs inside front door up to apartment. could be difficult for some.

Very central. Beds very comfortable. Very quite area.
Heating on timer unable to change it as a result the sitting room and bedrooms got quite cold and water in tap was only luke warm. No light outside hall door and very dark street.

the location is fantastic and it's great value for money. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was that the shower was a bit cold and quite tight to the sink to get into. Great stay otherwise!
Shower a little cold

Clean comfy beds and sofa reasonably well equipped.
Shower. The screen is much too close to sink. One friend couldn't use it. Needs changing for one that moves to allow access. Also no toilet roll. Some milk would be a nice touch.

good location to discover Belfast
easy parking
flat feels significantly under-invested

The apartment was spotless and in a great location.
Could have done with a mirror in the bathroom, but aside from that everything was perfect.

The location is great - 10 mins walking from the bus station behind the Europa and to the City Centre, and slightly less up to Botanic and University area. Tesco Express round the corner on the Dublin Road. We had no issues with noisy neighbours (which some past reviews have commented on). The flat is not the height of style or design, but is clean, practical and well equipped (with v comfy beds!) for those just on a short visit to Belfast.
It was slightly nerve racking to read that a reviewer a couple of weeks before us said that a group of boys came into the flat because they knew the passcode for the door ... would hope the owners/agents pay serious attention to this going forward, as it did make us v nervous. We had one man just come in after we'd arrived saying he was checking out the flat because the windows were open, but we never really knew who he was!!!! The area is a bit rundown which might put some people off, and would probably recommend getting a taxi if returning later in the evening.

The only redeeming factor was the location
The lack of security was astonishing. We were woken at midnight by a few lads who knew the door code and were able to undo the chain on the door. Apparently the same code is used by all the properties. In addition to that, there were no facilities for drying our clothes, there were several broken things including the bathroom sink, there was mold in the bathroom, and several cracks throughout the flat. It seems the owners have put no effort in maintaining the property.

Good location, plenty going on, bars, restaurants and close to the city.
Nice clean bedding and towels.
The host was kind enough to allow us to check in an hour earlier which we were grateful for.
the front door locking system is impressive and easy to use.
Kitchen was clean and equipment within all fine and clean.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work. asked the host and was just told, “the previous guests were able to log in”. That response was disappointing. Tried the password on the tv, iPad, iPhones, it didn’t work, so we were given an incorrect password.
Bathroom extractor fan over the shower was quite dusty.
welcome pack needs a wipe down and updating.

Comfortable. Central. Nice sociable space..
Kitchen needs a few items replaced, e.g. only one small glass tumbler, only 2 mugs or cups, no washing up liquid. Blind in back bedroom needs a repair.

Great central location in walking distance to most things
beds comfy
value for money
has everything you need for a short break to Belfast
the shower. I’m not sure who designed it but unless your a child you will get stuck between the shower screen and the sink. please rethink this
no loo roll on arrival (May seem trivial but when you have been travelling all day and get caught out it’s not pleasant !)
constant loud banging music from neighbours all day from 7am in the morning. all our party were exhausted on both days of our trip

Very clean and bright, warm and comfortable.
There were only 4 cups and one was badly cracked.
