Welcome to Villa Grenada , Lauderdale By The Sea's newest five star luxury 4 bedroom (private pool) vacation home. If you are looking for a first class property, in an ideal beach area setting, look no further. Situated amongst four brand new construction properties (all completed in 2011), all of which presenting the same floor plan, Villa Grenada offers Four Bedrooms with Three Full and One Half Bathroom(s). Entering on the ground floor, you are greeted by an open foyer with beautiful marble flooring throughout, as well as a downstairs bathroom. The large and extremely open chef's style kitchen is truly breathtaking and is equipped with everything one would desire while on vacation: Granite counters with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, not to mention a double wide refrigerator and freezer. The elevated granite kitchen counter is extremely wide and spacious, offering dining four. The formal dining table offers seating for six. The living room offers a spacious leather sectional sofa with ottoman and area rug. The entertainment center offers a 46 inch lcd television with dvd player. The spacious rear yard is easily accessed from the living room. The rear yard offers a wonderful, custom private pool, as well as a patio dining table for six. In addition, there are poolside chaise lounge chairs and a bbq. The second floor offers a spacious and extremely private master suite, equipped with a king size bed, two night stands, a full size dresser and a plasma television with entertainment center. The master bedroom also offers two eight foot French doors which lead to a small balcony overlooking the rear yard. The master bathroom resembles that of a luxury spa, offering a full size bath, a separate walk in shower, two marble vanity sinks and a private enclosed room with a toilet and separate bidet. Bedroom two offers a king size bed, two night stands and a full size dresser. There are two eight foot French doors which lead to a fantastic twenty foot wide covered balcony terrace. The en suite bathroom offers a custom walk in shower and a marble vanity sink. Also located on the second floor is a computer work station area, as well as a walk in laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer with sink. Bedroom three is located on the third floor and offers a queen size bed, two night stands and a dresser, as well as a stunning, open balcony / terrace with city and partial ocean views. Bedroom four offers two twin beds with a night stand and dresser, as well as a large and open balcony / terrace. The third floor bathroom offers a custom walk in shower with a marble vanity sink. This home is ideal for individuals and families in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer. My sisters and I stayed at this condo to celebrate my sister's birthday. There were four of us and we each got our own room and our own bathroom. The unit was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. The temperature settings were perfect and we never felt too hot or too cold. The unit was bigger than I expected. The pool was nice. Other than a few nuisances with doors and the TV having glitches, it was a great stay. The location is unbeatable with walks to the beach where we snorkeled every day and great restaurants. The response to our door issues was immediate and resolved quickly.

This was the best vacation or at least one of the best. Our children loved the pool and the beach is beautiful and steps away. The villa I located near a children’s park and great restaurants. This place is a deal.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and we can’t wait to come back. The location is in walking distance from beach, bars and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. The private heated pool was a plus !!

The place is really superb and clean. The pool is also very nice and the backyard offers a natural palm tree shade ideal for the morning coffee! The villa manager was also very quick at addressing minor concerns we had. They really want us to enjoy our stay. We really had a good time there!

By The Sea Vacation Villas was fantastic. Great house with a really nice private pool and patio. The property was spacious, clean, and had a great staff to work with who manage the house. A special thanks to Tanya who was our property manager. She was fantastic, quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful. We will definitely be back. By the sea vacation villas is a great choice and is an excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, playground for kids, and the grocery store. Highly recommend this property.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Villa Grenada 32 in February 2022. We found it to be a very clean, spacious, and well-appointed, 4-bedroom townhouse. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient location to the beach (5-minute walk), great restaurants, and shops. The first floor area is well-designed and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with many, lovely appliances and plentiful kitchenware. The private backyard and in-ground pool were certainly a big plus. The bathroom and beach towels were new and plentiful. We used the second floor master bedroom and the king bed/mattress was very comfortable, and the linens were very soft. The master bathroom was spacious and clean with lovely toiletries. No air conditioning was very efficient and cool. The 2-car garage was roomy and included a beach cart and many nice beach accessories. Tanya and the BTSVV staff were very helpful and accommodating before, during, and after our vacation. We would highly recommend this property and realty company.

Great house in a great location seemingly very well managed. Leave your car and walk everywhere! Large bedrooms and comfy beds - phew! However, since it is a 4 bedroom house, beware that the living room is small with minimal seating. Not really comfortable for more than 4 people to hang out in.

My husband, 18 year old daughter, 3 year old son, 2 year old daughter and I flew in from Texas, and my in-laws and grandmother-in-law flew in from Connecticut as a sort of family reunion. This property was absolutely perfect! Just enough bedrooms for us all! The house itself was clean, well maintained and beautiful. The pool was so nice and kept us all entertained while we were not at the beach. The large kitchen was wonderful for meal prep. I would definitely stay here again!

As advertised. If I had to say anything negative, I wish the elevator worked because I had old and out of shape people on the third floor but... That's on me. Would have enjoyed the pool being heated but according to the renter book, temperature outside needed to be under 75 for them to do that. But VERY NICE and quiet! Didn't hear my family at all...snoring..ect. Excellent place. Great location

We spent a week here with our adult kids and 1 grand-baby. Everything was great! Highly recommend! I ordered a Pack N Play for the baby. When we got it out, it wasn't working correctly. I sent a text and within 30 minutes, they had a new one delivered to the house. I was very impressed. We enjoyed everything about this house from the pool to the beautiful kitchen to the magnificent master bedroom!!

Highly recommend for larger families. Loved that every bedroom had a patio. Wish the patio had chairs on it tho. Area in general is a little dangerous for toddlers with the speeding cars all around but it was really nice to have the playground across the street.
