Great light filled room, kind and charming manager, quiet!!!, right on bus line, great tub, bathroom and bed
No breakfast options, only one tea option in room, no one onsite until 11am

Appeared to be a newly refurbished bathroom. A good sized room. Accommodation in Amsterdam isn't particularly cheap so the hotel was probably reasonable value.
Perhaps better value if breakfast included, or something like a few drinks vouchers for the bar downstairs. Maybe a welcome bottle of wine etc...

Понравилось комната , в комнате стояла кофемашина , чай ) душ теплый , кровать мягкая.
В комнате не работал YouTube , в отеле нет ресепшен и нас заселили бармен , доступ к отелю максимально ужасный. Мы сняли номер заселились , а после поехали в центр Амстердама. По приезду в отель в 2 часа ночи отель полностью закрыт , никого нет , даже охраны. Нам дали два ключа что бы попасть в отель , мы смогли открыть ключом только что бы попасть в хол. После наши ключи не работают , нам не кому было обратится. У нас не было даже номера телефона. Мы решили зайти в интернет нашли номер телефона этого отеля позвонили. Взял трубку мужчина и первые 5 минут мой муж пытался объяснить, что мы сняли номер в отеле , заплатили за него деньги и мы просто хотим попасть в номер. К нам никто не приехал даже, он давал инструкцию как открыть сейф с ключом. Спустя 30 минут страданий мы открыли попали в номер. Утром когда мы сдавали ключи в баре на первом этаже. Даже никто не извинился. Отношения к гостям ужасное. Это поменяло полную оценку отеля. Так было странно , что такой уютный отель и такое халатное отношения к гостям. Мы очень расстроены.

Asked for early check in as we had a wedding, they forgot about this but in the end everything turned out well

Beautiful location in a park. Large window overlooking a view of trees. Great air conditioning with a large bright bathroom.
Very good WiFi service. Friendly staff. Convenient to downtown Amsterdam. Wonderful selection of good restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely and comfortable beds super, close the the bus too, restaurant downstairs was brilliant too. Bedroom was very big too

Clean and a large room, spacious.
Minimal amenities, no shampoo/conditioner or shower caps. In the night we had another guest enter our room with their key card.

Good location with cheap bus literally across the road into Amsterdam or a very manageable 35 minute walk.

Good restaurant on site, open after 11.30 in the morning.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Although our room at the top of the hotel was very stylish and had everything we needed, the many steps up to it were rather daunting.
Next visit we would go for one of the other rooms.

perfect location if visiting Amsterdam as bus 21 transports you from the hotel door to central station….runs very frequently. the staff were all fantastic and were always willing to help. the food and atmosphere was perfect. the room was quiet and very comfortable.

When approaching the villa it seems as if you enter a sanctuary from the busy streets of Amsterdam, with lots of open green area around the property. We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room which was honestly one of the biggest rooms we've stayed at in the Netherlands. It felt very luxurious and it was very comfortable. We unfortunately did not have time to visit the restaurant down stairs but it looked very nice, and it always seemed like there were quite a lot of people eating there.
We arrived by bus, a bus stop is right across their driveway with busses travelling directly from Amsterdam Centraal, so it is easy to get there even without a vehicle.
