Overall a very good experience!

The location is excellent for for getting to and from the Medical Center for surgery! The manager is very friendly, helpful and professional. The price was very reasonable and the property felt safe.

The TV's are old and the one in the bedroom is almost too dark to see the picture. The mattress was not comfortable and seemed worn out. Another table lamp or two and a clock would have been convenient.

It’s always a pleasure staying there. Great people!

The oven did not work . It would turn on however it took several (6 hours plus ) to cook a piece of meat. The was the only hiccup.

Pleasant

Condition could use an upgrade. Bathroom sink was rusted, furniture was ripped/cracked. Kitchen clock didn't work or needed a new battery. Front door stuck and made a horrible noise every time it was opened (front of door was also peeling off).

I will highly recommend this facility to friends with children.

Everything, to provide comfort to guests, was properly provided by the facility. Location and safety are excellent.

Apart from a check-in delay that could have been avoided, the Reside remains, nonetheless, a great place for visitors to experience a fairly pleasant accommodation in Houston. Providing another key to a party with two adults would be a plus.

I enjoy staying at The Reside

I love the location, I felt safe at all times. Mrs Erica, the manager was great and helped in anyway she could. My 2x staying here and will definitely be staying again!!

The stairs lol only because my luggage be extremely heavy lol

Stay was decent would stay again but would chose another unit. Host was helpful and nice.

The area was close to everything, especially the things my family had planned.

Went at the end of June, which it was 100degrees plus, however the air conditioner in the unit would not go past 73. Very uncomfortable temp inside and had to turn on all ceiling fans just to get a tad bit of comfort. You also have to walk through the apartments to go swimming in the conjoined apartments, you cannot drive thru gate because there is no code. This walk was quite a distance, again in the scorching heat. The rugs are gritty feeling and there is a somewhat soar smell from rugs. Also in the hallway bathroom there is rust throughout the sink and coming from drain in tub. Finally the beds do not feel sturdy at all. I like that this is a gated community and neighbors/guest were friendly and welcoming.

spacious rooms, lots of living room space, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, lockbox with keys, emails by the host, closeness to a big supermarket/fast-foods/metrorail.

shower inside the bath (difficult to get in/out), dirty floors/shower curtain/windowsills, cockroach despite disinfestation, quite old furnishings

Definitely needs an update!

Location is good for the Houston rodeo. Check in was easy. Information and customer service was great.

The apartment was very dated and had not been updated in forever. The furniture was not comfortable and totally worn out. The bathroom sink was rusted all around the drain. The patio door would not lock and had at least three obvious failed attempts to repair it sometime previously. We never did find the switch for the garbage disposal. It was relatively clean, but had a musty, damp, unpleasant smell. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was noisy and wobbly. We never did figure out how to get the bedroom TV to come on. Not the worst, but definitely not luxury.

The staff (guest services) were both accommodating and very nice. No complaints on the staff!

The apartment itself was old, dirty and needed to be updated really bad.

I was giving access to my unit a day late into my stay I was contacted by property the next morning explaining how they where sorry and I would be refunded 1 night stay for the inconvenience.

Exceptional

We were traveling for medical care at MD Anderson and this was without a doubt the best place for us to stay. The unit was fully equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location could not be better, close to the medical center with everything else close by. We travel with a small dog and in addition to everything else we liked, The Reside is pet friendly!

My family and I felt safe. Very quiet area. The balcony was a plus. Very roomy.

Pots and pans were very old. We had a few dead bugs on thr floor and bed sheets were stained.
