About this house rental
3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms 2,754 SF. The home has 3 stories. 1st floor: 2 car garage, foyer, bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with a bathtub, and backyard with a gas grill. 2nd floor: Master bedroom with King size bed, master bathroom and large closet. Second bedroom with bunker beds accommodate up to 4 persons and a single bed with full bathroom.The maximum allowed guests is 8 persons. Washer and Dryer. 3rd floor: Kitchen, living room, and dining room. The elevator will take you from the first to second to third floor. Owner does not allow any parties of any sorts. No weddings, birthday parties, wine or food tasting.

Wonderful home for our family.

The house is great and great location for an event you may be attending at NRG stadium. Houston is very warm and humid and it definitely was these last two days so the third floor got very warm.and we couldn’t get the AC to turn on. Orher then that it wss a great stay.

This home was exactly as stated and the Owner was Top Notch.
Home was spotless nicely appointed and centrally located for all of my daughters appointments. Very quiet neighborhood yet everyone gives the greeting of the day. Nice.

Three generations of our family stayed in this amazing, well-maintained and clean property for a week. It was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The WiFi was blazing fast. Every aspect of the experience met or exceeded our expectations. The house is even better in person than in the photos. The private backyard and off-street/garage parking are nice amenities.

Absolutely wonderful rental for a long weekend with old friends. Maddie was a great host. The house itself has a ton of character. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of delicious restaurants and cool night spots littered around the neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for a better VRBO!

Great location and spacious condo. Owner was great too. Only slight negative is it was a beautiful weekend but we could not open the big overhead door as we were told it gets stuck and a technician wasn't available if it did get stuck.

8 week visit
Maddie was extremely helpful and responsive. His house was nicely furnished and the kitchen well stocked. While we had issues with a couple appliances he immediately had them worked on. The location is very convenient to downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center. You will get a workout with the stairs though! Elevator is available, but for only 3 levels we mostly used it for luggage and groceries.

We immediately felt like we were at home. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and furnished with all the necessities. It is even more beautiful in person than it is in pictures. Our family had the best time spending Christmas together and can’t wait to use this space again in the future.

The property was clean and close to many things. My family enjoyed that the kitchen was on the top floor away from the bedrooms. Maddie, the host was excellent and accommodating. We will be back to stay whenever in Houston.

Beautiful property, great location
We loved staying at the property. It is in a great part of Montrose that's close to a lot of activity. Very well maintained with a lot of art work and attention to detail. The backyard is great as well especially when the weather cools down. And the owner is very kind and accommodating.

8 Day Stay

Great Location, Great place.
Maddie was a wonderful host. Communication was great and he was on hand to show us the ropes. Meticulously kept home with real home comforts. This place is well furnished and stocked with all that you'll need to just check in and get going! So good that we spent a lot of our time just chilling at "home" than going out. This did not feel like a rental, it felt like a home. Will sure book when next I am in Houston.

Perfectly clean, so much space
The home was perfectly clean, each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus a half bath on the living floor. The location was close to restaurants and entertainment. The hosts communicate well. I would recommend this place to friends and would come back. Thank you.

Late Christmas
We were four adults gathering for a late Christmas celebration in a house that would provide good social distancing. This home was perfect with bedroom separation, many bathrooms and very large living space. It was beautiful, immaculately clean and very well stocked. The manager/owner lives nearby and was very helpful. I'm from Houston and often have out of town guest. I would definitely consider renting this house again.

We will stay again!
We came to Houston to visit family. Maddie greeted us and gave us a nice tour. The place is clean, modern, and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again next time we visit! The house is located in a safe neighborhood surrounded by other upscale homes. We felt very comfortable on our walks and going to the park. The donuts at Christy’s Donut shop were so good we went back a second time!

Amazing place!
This place is a wonderful place to stay! It was really clean and looks even better in person. The three-story layout gives everyone enough space and privacy. The furnishes are really nice in the unit with high-end furniture, appliances and very nice dish-ware. The street is wonderful and safe and we would constantly see people out walking the area. Great coffee shop, donut shop, and pizza place all within walking distance. Minutes away from downtown, parks, River Oaks shopping, great restaurants, etc. The owner, Maddie, was super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!
