I thought it was a little expensive and didn't like the glass doors to the bedrooms as the one in the main bedroom was that heavy I couldn't completely close it and if you had the light on people in the lounge could quite clearly see you
Glass bedroom doors

Three times we asked staff to have the safe in our room opened, however no one ever turned up to do this, so we had to carry our valuables on us.
Our text from the property stated the car parking was $20 per day, but we were charged $25 and it was difficult to find an available carpark each time we returned.
We received our arrival information via text as I was arriving into Newcastle, it would have been much more helpful receiving this the day before so I could have read exactly where the property was located etc, plus the codes were initially incorrect and the reception had to update the codes to enter certain doors of the property!

Was close to eating places and shopping and also the beach and the place where pink was playing
The staff are nice when you are there
BUT WHEN YOU RING ANOUT LEAVING SOMETHING BEHIND THEY EITHER Don’t KNOW OR SAY THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT AND RING YOU BACK AND THEY Don’t .. we have been ringing every day since the 15 of Feb 24 and they don’t call you back it is now Friday the 23rd and we are still calling every day and still no return phone call .. I even sent my sister into see them and they told they would check the room was people vacated and call us and yep NO PHONE CALL STILL … they need to do better …

Great location, nice pool, nice gym, comfortable bed
Room was dirty, mould in the bathroom and missing some essential kitchen utensils, especially for an executive apartment
4.0
The apartment is spacious. It is clean and looks brand new. I like the kitchen.
The service is appalling. Their policy is that your apartment will not be service if booking is less than 7 days. We stayed 4 days. After 2 days we ran out of bathroom supplies. You need to ask or bring towels down at reception for replacement and bathroom supplies. We forgot task for toilet tissue in the night and no one at the reception. We have to go and buy them outside. It was not a 4.5 stars service at all as in your website. So frustrating. I will never go back to that hotel. The bathroom has no vanity which is a big inconvenience. Where do put the toothbrush? On the shower, there is no shampoo or soap holder. How inconvenient.

Was in a good area for us, close to everything we needed.
Lifts, would like easier access to stairs. Get anxious using lifts.

Location was excellent and the pool and pool area were clean and very refreshing.
Staff were not very friendly and were to preoccupied with phones than to deal with face to face with guests
8.0
The location and the pool
That the rooms had Glass doors and you couldn’t move around the beds well.
9.0
Cleanliness, comfortable & good looking furniture, views from the windows.
Proximity to harbour
All of the above! We were very happy with everything.
It was cold when we slept & .I needed more blankets but didn't see any.
I agree with the above statement. July is always cold but I could have done with a heavier blanket - not the light one that was on the bed.

Location was good. Nice sized apartment
The check in experience was average. We didn’t have a towel or bedding for 3 even though that was what we booked.

Good location, nice room, bathroom decent size, view exceptional
when using the shower water easily overflowed into the bathroom
elevators are some what on the smaller side making it quite difficult with prams etc
8.0
Location was great
Codes instead of key cards was great
Wifi was strong enough
Bed was too soft for me
Carpark was a touch confusing at the start
There was a mix up with rooms but it got fixed
8.0
This apartment is in a great location for food and not far from beaches (like 5 minute drive). This made it easy to go places without having to drive much.
How expensive it is to park. The apartment costs more to keep your car underground then the carpark outside. One of the elevators was closed which made using the lift time consuming. And a minor thing in the apartment, there is only one plug to the left of the stove which meant you couldn’t use it while cooking.

the location is very convenient.
We have visited in the past. Each time we have a new check in/ checkout system which is unnecessarily complex and confusing. Our experience is the staff occasionally make the process even more difficult.

great location close to eateries
Unfortunately the rooms were quite a bit run down to what I was expecting. The kitchenette I didn’t use as the utensils & facilities were old/dirty. The bathroom looked like it had been redone but unfortunately when we showered the water ran all through the bathroom so I had to ask for extra towels to dry up etc The pool was nice & the location was great but that’s about it, we ended up checking out a day early heading home.

location was Fine - close to food facilities and city within walking distance, beaches are also within walking distance.
Poor signage and GPS takes you to the main street, you have to get out and walk around to find the entrance and to go around a one way street into the car park.
Our assigned room wasn't ready at our check in time so we were given a upgrade to a room right out side the pool area. With the windows and doors closed it still felt like everyone in the pool was inside our room yelling and having a great time. The main TV didn't work so no point in turning up the volume to block out the outside noise. We were then offered another room which looked like to bed was the only thing made and did not appear to be cleaned very well.

The location is great
The man at reception was the most unpleasant person I've seen in a long time. I asked to check in at 2pm and couldn't check in untill after 4 and into a different room because my room still wasn't ready
1.0
The location.
The fact that we were stuck in an elevate two times was scary. We waited three days for a plug for the spa and a chrome cast cord. Also waited two days for the dishwasher to be fixed. The staff were extremely incompetent and even knocks on the door unannounced at 9:40pm. All doors are run by an app which sounds great but a system that is broken is unsafe and dangerous. We were even told by numerous staff members that it was poorly run and that they had a fire two weeks ago and she was scared to get out. No fire extinguisher in sight. On every passing of reception there was a disgruntled customer and the staff basically relinquished all forms of responsibility. From a customer point of view this created a sense of unease and basically no confidence in the team or the premises. For the money we paid it was disgraceful.

The cleaner is really rude, even coming in before we left like we owed her 10K. And we had a great time at all other. hotels the whole trip from Brisbane to Canberra except this one. Because we have several kids every time checking out a little bit late and will let the manager know.all other hotel managers are friendly. This hotel manager said even 10mins late you have to pay late check out fee $20.Fair enough,I’m happy to pay but definitely won’t come back again.
