Het personeel was zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De dame van de balie bij het inchecken heeft ons gratis parking gegunt! De roomservice was heel snel en heel leuk, vooraal het ontbijt in bed. Als wij toch naar beneden gingen om te ontbijten was er tegen 9u nog steeds voldoende keuze en alles aanwezig. Ons bed was enorm en zo comfy. Zeep, shampoo, conditioner en creme ter beschikking zijn van goede kwaliteit en aangename geur. Alles in het hotel was zeer proper.

(Zetel) bed van de kinderen was wat minder comfy, dunne matras die in het midden naar beneden ging. En het bad had wat zwarte plekken (schimmel?) tussen de voegen. Dit zijn mijn twee enige opmerkingen en wegen zeker niet zwaar tegenop de positieve feedback!

Everything was fabulous

Good hotel for business. Near Fiera Milano, big rooms, a pool, fitness, and saunas. For a 4-star hotel, I did expect more, but I understand that regarding the size and location, it is more business-oriented and is still very good value for money compared to other hotels around.

There were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. The quality of the food at breakfast was below my expectations.

Das Wasser im Spa war nicht warm

Stanza molto spaziosa e luminosa. Attenzioni in più (acqua, caffè, thè disponibile nella camera). Ferro da stiro praente in camera. Personale super disponibile e gentile, ottima accoglienza. Ascensore ampio e veloce, posto auto. Letto molto grande e comodo.

Materiali del mobilio di qualità media (segni di usura su lavandino, doccia e comodini). Pulizia buona ma non eccellente.

It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of little details, the reception has free pool tables/games etc. we had a premium room with city view, very spacious, the bed was massive and in general a lovely hotel.

We did visit the spa, (all to ourselves which was great) however the water was quite cold and not what I would expect from a jacuzzi pool. One thing to note it does take around 50 mins on the tram (just across the road) into the city centre. The trams are very regular so this wasn’t an issue.

Прекрасный отель,красивый дизайн,современный,шикарные завтраки (шведский стол) персонал девочки лучшие,бассейн,мини-спортзал,рядом трамвай и автобусы сел и ты в центре Милана через 30 минут. Это было шикарно!

Nous avons eu une première chambre dont la tele ne marcher pas on a donc changer mais dans la seconde le frigo ne marcher pas et il y avais pas d’accroche pour le pommeau de douche

Il problema di questo hotel sono 3: 1) l’acqua esce con una temperatura già prestabilita 2) ti riscaldamento non supera i 22 gradi 3) A mio avviso il bagno open space non lo trovo comodo se non hai intimità con la persona con cui soggiorni

camere pulite, ma in alcuni punti si può migliorare, tipo la doccia che ogni prima accensione si sente odore di muffa. rivestimento pareti da rinnovare. colazione uova e pancetta di scarsa qualità. piscina acqua fredda e non riscaldata, sauna temperatura non da sauna ma caldina. area bagno turco non funzionante

The pool was cold, the sauna was off, the towels and sheets were dirty, the shower hanel fell off... IDK if that's a very 4*experience

Das für so ein Hotel mit so vielen Parkplätzen und möglichen Gäste nur zwei ladesäulen für E Auto da waren

Ottima struttura, il design e i servizi sono i punti forti. La colazione è costosa, ma di alto livello.

Nella zona spa non sono presenti asciugacapelli. Sulla tv in camera la scelta di canali è davvero limitata e non è possibile utilizzare alcuna app di streaming.

Colazione abbondante e ampia scelta , ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative soprattutto lo staff cordiale e disponibile

Смачний та багатий сніданок. Стиль готелю сучасний. Все працює добре, кімната велика, чисто. Пізній виїзд. Дуже професійне обслуговування при адекватній ціні. Дешевий паркінг. Вид з вікна 15го поверху чудовий.

Il bagno aperto non trovo una buona soluzione vuoi pre la privacy vuoi per l’umidità della doccia … la temperatura della stanza a 22 gradi personalmente preferisco qualche grado in più inoltre anche l’acqua della doccia non tanto calda

My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. From the beginning, the staff displayed exceptional attentiveness, providing high-quality service that positively contributed to the entire experience. The room featured an extremely comfortable bed, ensuring peaceful nights of sleep. The breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of high-quality options, providing a delicious start to the day. The presence of a gaming area added a special touch to the experience, making it even more enjoyable. The restaurant within the hotel offered excellent dishes, and the bar, with its variety of drinks and options, complemented the gastronomic offerings well. The hotel facilities were of a high standard, showcasing remarkable modernity and quality. The mirrored elevator was a wonderful highlight, adding a sophisticated touch to the structure. The ample parking was an additional convenience, and the fact that they offered complimentary parking on our first experience was a much-appreciated gesture. In summary, this hotel is an exceptional choice, offering not only comfortable accommodations but also a complete range of amenities that contribute to a memorable stay. I will certainly consider returning and recommending this establishment to other travelers.

My stay at this hotel was overall positive, but I would like to highlight a comment regarding the bathroom design. The fact that the shower area is separate from the sink, with a view from the bathroom to the room, I found a bit uncomfortable. While the idea of separating these areas is innovative, the visual exposure of the bathroom may compromise privacy and create discomfort for some guests. The direct view to the shower area could be considered a peculiar aspect and, for some, even embarrassing. However, I want to emphasize that the rest of my experience at the hotel was positive. The service was attentive, the accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was helpful. Considering my observation about the bathroom, I suggest that the hotel evaluates the possibility of providing greater privacy in this area or offering accommodation options with more traditional bathroom configurations to cater to the varied preferences of guests.

Hotel was comfortable, room spacious. Breakfast was rich.

Location was horrible, no connection with any public transport. This time wasn't necessary, but we checked for a further visit to a trade show and there is no way to go to the trade show without a car or taxi. TV connection wasn't working and was not possible to watch Netflix or any other station we have registration.

Very good breakfast, tasty coffee in the lobby bar. Perfect Panna Cotta Desert in the hotel restaurant. Very cool and unique design of the hotel, interesting glass shower. Big parking

Little too complicated with lifts - they work only if u hv a card of the room, so if u forget it u r stuck.... "Spa" area is actually non existing. Poorly warm almost 40* sauna that felt very cold after almost almost warm watered small swimming pool... access to swimming pool was only with special card that u must take in reception and give back after use.... but access is free of charge... so why then u put an extra lock on the door if everybody can go? Just close the door by closing hours than, where is the problem? No massages no services nothing... also no personal there... so u only hv small cold swimming pool ans small cold sauna. Its not a spa area. Water in the room shower was also luke warm in the evening... in the morning and day time was good thanks god 🤭. Some personal gave me strange feeling of "how can it be so silly".... housekeeping "made the bed" with a tv remote inside.... so my husband turned the room trying to find it and even called the housekeeping maid in the room to ask where she put it or if she sae it somewhere bc she was cleening the room... and she say: "I dont know" 🤷‍♀️ how is it possible ? In the reception i had to repeat myself 5 or 6 times and some things where got wrong anyway... info about special card to access the spa area wasnt given eventhough i clearly asked if we can use it and if we must pay for that, working hours and etc... so in that moment isnt bad if u inform about that card or even give it already on the spot... I explained that we might want to hv breakfast etc, i was told about price of it and all ok... we paied by arrival all total that we had to. Next day on the breakfast comes out that breakfast is paied only for 1 person.... and we r 2.... and we both were by reception in the momemt of payment..... so my husband had to run to pay this 15 euro immediately after breakfast cause it wasnt possible to do on the checkout to pay 1 time all together....

Molto comoda da raggiungere dall’autostrada. Struttura moderna e accogliente. Ottima e varia la colazione. Molto pulite le camere.
