Located in Miramar Beach, this attractive house for $870 per night is a great choice for your next break. "Moomba" is a beautiful beachfront vacation home that sits right on Miramar Beach with the back door just steps from the sand. Enjoy our complimentary beach set-up with 2 chairs and an umbrella! Come right in and feel instantly relaxed. You will first be greeted by the first-floor great room/game room, featuring comfy seating and a sofa sleeper, a huge Smart TV, and a convenient full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle for those extra guests or the teen hangout! Next to the game room directly on the Gulf of Mexico, is a large private guest bedroom with a new king bed, flat screen TV, with a large beach front balcony and an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor we have a Gulf front open floor plan featuring the main living area as well as our fully stocked kitchen. Well-lit with wall-to-wall windows overlooking the emerald waters and sugar sand, this space is great for relaxing and listening to the waves break! Enjoy the flat screen TV from our comfortable couch after a long day at the beach, or have dinner with the family at the dining table which comfortably seats 8. Or cook your meal on the BBQ and dine at the outdoor table on the second-floor balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! There is also a half bath located on the main level. The second beachfront master suite is located on the third floor. Private and quiet for some much-needed R&R after a long day with the kids! Enjoy the king size bed, large flat screen TV, private bathroom and of course the stunning view from your own balcony! On this floor, there is another guest bedroom, featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. This wonderful townhome is on the picturesque Scenic 98 in Miramar Beach. With fabulous restaurants, and activities galore. We also provide a starter pack which includes: hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock. Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

You have to go through the kids bedroom to get to one of the master bedrooms(not ideal). Both downstairs bedrooms have window units so you either froze or got way too hot. The washing machine lid won’t open all the way so I always had to have help getting clothes out of it and laundry is in the kids room which makes it hard to not wake them up to wash a load of towels. Parking is HORRIBLE. Proximity to the beach is absolutely perfect.

We had a great time and space was very good for our family and the best oart was just the small walk to the beach.
Parking was stressful, so beware if you have more than 2 vehicles.
Our ice maker was not working, tech came out quickly but wasnt able to fix, so we did have to buy ice. The tech was very friendly and offered to bring us ice.
We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this property. Condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Direct beach access, very quiet neighborhood, great location to anything we needed. Property management was easily contacted and at our service to assist with early check-in, adding a date to our reservation, and any other needs. Would return!

The parking spots are too narrow.The Main A/C didn’t work the first day.We didn’t have the beach set-ups for the last 2 days and we were told that someone would bring them. No trash bags.The cleaning crew of the other condo was parking in our spots and we didn’t know who or where they were.

I would give the property a 4.5/5. It was beautiful, clearly recently renovated in parts, and had nice treasure-trove of beach toys that seemed to have been left behind by prior guests. I would give the points off on cleanliness. The high-touch areas were clean, but the low-touch areas were Cleary very dusty. Another thing that cost the 0.5 points was there odd air conditioning. The main level and upper level had modern central air, but the ground level had small window units integrated into the wall. The one in the room with bunk beds did not seem to have a mechanism to adjust its temp-setting. Which would have been fine if there were a remote, but there wasn’t one. The choices were A/C on which pumped out A/C to 62 deg, or fan only which brought room to 78-80 overnight. So our choice was freeze or fry.
I would stay here again, as it was a great house, but I would leave the room with the bunk beds vacant.

This house was disappointing. When we arrived, the house had obviously not been cleaned—There were food spatters in the kitchen, the floors had not been mopped or vacuumed, and we found old food, a cockroach and a used bandaid on the floor in the kitchen. Multiple lamps didn’t work throughout the house, and curtain rods were broken in two of the rooms. The deck was missing spindles and a jagged nail was exposed (not great for little kids). The bathrooms were clean, but two of the showers did not drain. We called the cleaning service when we arrived and they were prompt to come back and reclean. The beach toys and location were great.
This house is in need of some serious updating and repair. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

The unit was in a great location! Management was extremely nice & helpful. We had a few minor issues & they were prompt to fit them. It could have been a bit cleaner but not bad enough we wouldn’t stay again. The stairs were brutal but we knew they would be- just know if you have older people it could be a problem. Parking is tight but manageable more manageable if you have nice neighbors. The biggest complaint - the beach is private & you have rights to the space directly in front of your unit, but you have to fight for your spot everyday. We had to get up at the crack of dawn to get our spot. We even rented an umbrella & chair setup to save our spot but people didn’t care or respect your space. We made it work but it would be nice if the beach area was policed- we paid for private beach & it’d be nice not to have been crowded by the units across the street. We will probably stay again & I recommend this unit.

This townhouse is located right on a private stretch of beautiful soft white sand beach. The beach to the north and the south of us was very crowded, while our stretch remained much less so. The water is crystal clear. It is a very short walk to Pompano Joe's a very busy but very tasty casual restaurant. The Win Dixie (and other grocery stores) will deliver an order for a fee of $10. One can walk the beach for miles or the pedestrian path along Scenic Gulf Hwy. I recommend the lattes at the Two Birds Coffee and Cafe. A bit longer of a walk, but the best latte I've had since Paris. The unit itself is a little older, but everything worked well. Lots of tubes, boogie boards and sand toys on the lower level deck as well as a handy hose to remove sand from feet. The bed was very comfortable and there's nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the Gulf! We were just 2 in this large unit, but it would have been great for our family of 10 if Covid hadn't kept the kids and Grandkids away.
