Separate tiled shower in big master bathroom. 5BR/3BA Sleeps up to 14! Come Stay in Bermuda in Emerald Shores! This is a nicely updated five bedroom, three bath Florida Vacation Cottage close to the beach and pool! Flatscreen TVs! Enjoy the 55 inch LCD TV in the living room. Great place to watch the game or a movie! Can be seen from the dining room! Kick back, kick you shoes off and enjoy your favorite team or movie! Open floor plan with plenty of room! Bedroom on the main floor. The first floor also has a full bath with a shower and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer and 2nd full size refrigerator! Also has a beverage cooler in the main living area for added convenience! The master suite is on the 2nd floor with a king bed and huge bathroom with separate soaking tub and shower. There are 3 other bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom. 2 bedrooms have a private access to the 2nd floor balcony! You'll find a King bed, 3 queens, and 2 sets of bunk beds (doubles on the bottom and singles on the top)! 14 people can sleep on beds! The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open to each other and spacious! The fully stocked kitchen has a big breakfast bar with four bar stools. There are flat screen TVs in every bedroom. Short walk to the sugary white beach and just a quick minute to the pool! Bermuda also has FREE broadband wireless internet access! You'll have access to a private beach with pavillion and restrooms, two pools, a tennis court, , basketball, all a part of Emerald Shores! Very short walk to the beach! This house is perfect for a large family gathering! We had 11 adults and three children and we all had our own space and didn’t feel cramped. We had everything we needed to enjoy the week, and the host was gracious enough to accommodate our request for a Christmas tree since we had children with us. The pool is very close and the beach was just a short walk. We enjoyed every minute of it!

The house was very spacious. There were 11 total- 5 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of room for every one to have a bed. The pool was convenient. The beach was an easy walk or the was a golf cart that ran all day that could take you to the beach for a tip. We would definitely stay here again.

The property manager great and provided great communication and instructions. The house itself was clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything you need to make you feel at home. We had 7 adults and 2 children and it had plenty of room for all us of. One of the best stays we've had!

Nice, big house and Well stocked
We rented this property from Sunday through Saturday and we were able to check in early. We had nine adults and an older teenager in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs rooms do get a lot of sun so plan to wake up early. The kitchen was well stocked. There are plenty of plates, etc and cookware. We used the Kuerig, crockpot and griddle. Having two full-size fridges plus a drink fridge was so nice! The front patio is a great place to hang out and we weren’t worried about leaving our beach items there. The neighborhood is very clean and feels very safe. The provided wagon is amazing! It will hold so much and makes the trip to the beach much easier. The concession/bar at the beach entrance will fill your ice chest with ice for $4 and has snow cones for $5. They do take credit cards. It was nice to be able to leave keys behind (because of the keypad entry) and not worry about losing them on the beach. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

My family and i vacation in destin multiple times a year, always in a 5 bedroom or bigger and this rental by far takes the cake, not one issue, no complaints, quick communication and more than enough room for everyone. Quick walk to the beach with easy access. Look foward to booking again.

We had a fantastic experience our first time using VRBO. Could not have asked for a better host home our first time. He was communicative and professional and easily reachable. The property was very well taken care of and clean as well as super close and just a walk from the beach as described. We will definitely book again with Garland in the future if needed.

Great Spot
This house and location were great! I am not sure we could have asked for better (except for beach and chair service at the beach would have been AMAZING).
The culdesac was perfect for all the kids to roam, scooter, blade, and play basketball. The pool was a one minute walk and the beach about 8 (with many kids tagging along!). We did bring an extra wagon which was helpful since a lot of our littles wanted rides and we had other things to bring to the beach.
Make sure to bring your own chairs and umbrella because there are none at the house and non provided unless you pay at the beach.

The airplane house
There was 14 of us seven children seven adults plenty of room for everybody the sleeping quarters were great everything was awesome nice and clean easy to keep up on we started teasing about the sound of the washer when it was on I spin it sounded like a plane so that’s why they started calling to the airplane house lol loved the house and garland best family vacation ever

We can’t say enough great things about this home! We spent a week (7 adults, 3 kids, & a dog) and everything was perfect. The home had everything we needed and the location is a super quick walk to the beach. Mr. Rowland was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed, and even followed up after we left to ask for any recommendations on property improvements. This should definitely make your list if you’re planning to travel to the Miramar/ Destin area!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This home was just a short walk from the beach. We even met one of the lovely neighbors ms.kitty. The only thing that negative I would have to say was that our feet were constantly black from walking on the tile. Not sure what it was from. We tried to sweep and even mop but nothing helped. Other than that I definitely recommend this home. Mr.Garland was a wonderful host!
