Beach is only 0.5 miles away and this listing comes with a 6-seat golf cart! Prepare for a delightful journey as your vacation begins at this gorgeous property on Tivoli Way in Sandestin. Walk right into this sprawling 2nd floor oasis of relaxation and take a load off! The living room features high ceilings and an open floor plan. Sink into the comfortable couch for a movie after a long day at the beach, or head over to the spacious kitchen and cook a meal for the family. Stock up on wine in the wine fridge and enjoy cooking in this beautiful and well equipped kitchen. Enjoy eating your meals either in the charming dining area which seats 6, with 3 additional seats at the bar, or at the dining table on the gorgeous screened in porch. The master suite is a beautiful space for resting and comfort. With high ceilings, luxurious linens and a king size bed, you will never want to leave. And since no master is complete without its very own private bath, ours features a gorgeous updated bathroom with double sinks, a stand up shower and a spacious bath tub for soaking. The first guest bedroom is located on the front right side and has a king size bed with a beautiful custom bedding ensemble. The second guest bedroom holds a king size bed and has a private bathroom. This guest bath has a combination shower and tub. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's. Going up the spiral staircase you will find the third guest bedroom. This cozy and charming space comes with two custom built bunk beds and a Smart TV. The first bunk bed is a twin over queen with a twin trundle underneath, and the second bed is a full size with a full trundle. The upstairs guest bedroom also has a brand new private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a newly renovated full bathroom in the front hall area. Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or 4-seat golf cart, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options! Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival. Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted. Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The house we great - didn't care for the 5pm check-in and the 10am check-out. The TV wasn't working in the master bedroom but they did swap it out while we were there. The biggest challenge was that the weather was cool and we quickly ran out of things to do with 3 teens since the beach was out of the question (tennis, shopping, go-carts).

Beyond Blue were highly attentive and great to work with. Kelsey and Meredith not only answered all my emails in a timely manner but followed up when we were there to make sure everything was going well. The unit, which we have stayed in before, is extremely well equipped for large family gatherings- especially the kitchen. Tivoli is our favorite location in Sandestin - bigger units and easy beach access as well as basketball, pickle ball and some of our favorite restaurants at the entrance plaza! Great space for a large family the upstairs bedroom is key for our young adult children! The stairs are a bit of a challenge for our grandparents but there are rails so they were doable.

Very nice unit and very clean. The only issue was that there are 27 stairsteps to have to climb to get from the parking level to the first floor level of the unit. It is in a great location for the beach and all the local attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The townhome was very nice within the Sandestin Resort property. The golf cart was a necessity to get to and from the beach. Pool was very nice and a nice break from the beach. Spiral staircase to the "bunk room" might be an issue if you have small kids. Highly recommend.

The townhome was great for accommodating my entire family, 4 couples/3 children. The home was very clean, lovely furniture and a great open floor plan. Loading up the golf cart and heading to the beach was super easy and a fun way to get around the property. There is a walkway alongside the home that leads directly to the pool. The management company was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
Having a door code was so convenient for a large group and made check-in a breeze.

We had a large group and this house was perfect for me and my family. Perfect location with a golf cart to get you to the beach. We always stay in Tivoli when we come to Sandestin but this is our first in Blue Haven but hopefully not our last. The place was very clean upon arrival. The only complaints we had was not enough towels and the dryer takes three cycles to get anything dry. Overall a lovely place!

The condo itself is very nice and well furnished. It was spacious for our family of 10. The upstairs bedroom does get quite warm though. The Sandestin community is lovely with a great pool right by the condo, and it's fun to travel around with the provided golf cart. The beach is beautiful but insanely crowded on a mid summer day. I'm used to working with private owners with prior rentals, not a company, and the difference in communication and familiarity with the property showed. There is an app that is used but seems to have more generic info than specific to this condo. We were given incorrect instructions about trash, which led to some embarrassment with the neighbors, and were told there weren't any beach chairs or umbrella and there was, which could've saved us the trouble of traveling with those. There also aren't any beach towels provided, which is also a hassle to have to travel with. We had a few small issues (non working toaster, clogged sink, etc) and when communicated to the company they did address it. FYI there is also an extensive rental agreement to sign.

This beautiful condo was exquisite! Plenty big enough for our family! The kitchen was nicely stocked with plenty of pot and pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware! There was a problem with the internet it it was fixed three days into our stay. I would definitely stay here again. The management company was very helpful and made sure that all ours needs were met!

The Condo was great! The beach chairs and umbrellas in the condo were great to have. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a serve. The pool is a very short walk and very nice. The only negatives to the stay: The Sandestin Beach was very crowded with beach rentals and very little room if you have your own things. Also the water was green and full of algae which was clearly out of anyones control but disappointing. We checked out the State Park later in the week and it was great! You do not get the resort golf rate unless you book through Sandestin, which would have been good to know.

Lastly I would recommend renting a pontoon and going to Crab island or one of the shallow areas of the shore of the bay which is way less crowded.

Overall, we had a good stay. We usually stay in a private house with a pool on vacation so this was very different for us. The condo was comfortable and clean. We fit 3 families comfortably. We had a couple issues that Beyond Blue was able to help with such as very low water pressure in the showers. They came out to replace the shower heads. We were without a dishwasher for the week which was an inconvenience. Who wants to do dishes on vacay? It was great to have the high chair and pack play. The pool is super close proximity which was nice. The golf cart was crucial- so glad to have it. Very nice to be able to use the golf cart tunnel for evening excursions to Baytown. Easy parking at the beach access- but the beach was packed which was unexpected being off season.

This place is really nice with decent location. Wouldn’t even consider renting if golf cart wasn’t included due to distance from beach. Beach was severely crowded due to all sandestin properties in surrounding areas access the same part of beach. Biggest downfall that will keep our family from renting again is the horrible parking situation. There are only 8 parking spots by condo with 16 cars competing for those spots. So all week I was walking 200-300 yds after dinner to my condo which is ridiculous!!
