Staff was helpful and friendly, room was big. I had a nice stay there.

The location in the center of Valletta and the big size of the room. Rooftop view. There are restaurants and bars right outside of the hotel.

I would love to have more shampoo. With that nice view at the rooftop its a shame there is no bar there. Breakfast is around 200m away. But thats not so bad.

great location good price

the rooms were large and the coffee machine and free water was great . fabulous location . good value . nice breakfast

the roof terrace is not technically open and not really set up . The lift was unreliable and on our last day we had to carry our bags down 2 floors , luckily we were not on a high floor

Excellent position, room quiet (window not on the street) and very large. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Little fridge. Good cleaning service

The bathroom was ok, but maybe a small shelf to place one's own items (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc.) would be appreciated.

The staff were by far the best. Nothing was too difficult. The location - right in the centre if the city.

Low bandwidth for the Internet. This affected most streaming, including TV.

Superb

The room was super clean, with nice decoration and all the necessary amenities. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location is in the center of Valletta, close to restaurants, museums, public transportation etc

The only negative thing was the restaurant with the breakfast buffet. The place was literally super dirty!!! There was food on the floor and on the chairs. The tables were dirty even if it wasn't crowded and the quality of the food was poor. We didn't visit it again.

Very nice place for the money and perfect location with some nice views of the city from the roof tp

It's located in the heart of beautiful Valletta. It is good value for the money. It was clean, bed was comfortable, all facilities working. Staff was very friendly and helpful too. You will also get access to the 5th floor deck with some nice views of the city. Breakfasts were served in the nearby restaurant which is just a 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall I ma happy with this place and can really recommend it.

No complains here. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the cold stone floor in the room and no rug at all. This could only be a problem during winter but in the hotter days this can only be a plus :)

Really good location for access to everything in Valletta. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations, directions and more. Buffet breakfast was better than expected.

Fair amount of street noise at night from diners outside. Would have been much quieter if the bathroom window closed all the way. I was there on the weekend and maintenance wasn't available

Overpriced. It’s an air B & B !! Disappointed.

Location central, so convenient.

Breakfast offsite - 5 minute walk to the food market. Quality was poor. The on-line photos give impression food and drinks served on the roof terrace; no, the roof terrace is not owned by this hotel. Therefore, there’s no bar. You can use the terrace but it’s unwelcoming with dirty and broken furniture. We paid for balcony, extra large bed and when we booked it said sea or land view. First night no balcony room available. Moved on day two to a balcony which had no view just hotel walls and 16 air conditioning units along with extract ducting from neighbouring restaurants so the balcony smelt of food. The TV which was advertised with satellite channels did not work - this has now been removed from description along with slippers which were not provided. Bottled water was provided in room on first day only.

Nice but noisy

Excellent location right in the city centre. The hotel has great potential.

There is a distinct lack of soundproofing, i.e. there is a construction site next door, music from the restaurant across the street, people talking in hotel corridor and on street outside, plus I could hear the alarm clock going off in the next room… also the rooftop with its awesome view was a bit neglected. The whole place seemed in need of some TLC.

Posh name of Hotel, NON posh standards

Reception unattended. Had to wait for 30 minutes for someone to come and check me in. Bad smell in the room. Receptionist not helpful and took payment at noon ( even though the agreement was to pay upon check-in.) When i called, she was very rude.
