Perfectly placed for access to the market
A wee issue with unlocking the place- turns out door was a bit warped.

This property’s location is perfect for a Hobart visit, with wharf area and Salamanca Markets all in walking distance.
Not much to dislike, but property is more suited to a couple or a couple with a child. We where three Adults while do able the Bathroom is tight. Also Carpark is tight, we had a Pajero Sports and where able to get it in.

A door on the bathroom sink area would be an improvement.
Person staying in apartment next door smoked extensively on the balcony, even though signs said no smoking….

Everything needed at accommodation, comfortable and cosy.
Drive way/parking, abit awkward. Reverse to get out.

The decor took my breath away. Everything was thought of. Right down to Robes, chocolates and even a welcome drink of Port to warm us up. It really was exceptional. The bed omg best night sleep ever. Would highly recommend

Everything we could need. Perfect location. Best shower pressure! Beautiful decor and so comfortable.
Maybe update in apartment information- menu for Italian was out of date. Simple things like local supermarket, restaurant options etc. but, this is only a minor suggestion.

The location was good but a very big hill to walk up and down to the dock area.

The property was clean and bright. Lights and heater had been put in for a warm arrival.
Bathroom set up was weird. Both had to sit awkwardly on the toilet due to it being cramped in between the shower and wall

The location was great close to restaurants and the markets.
Disjointing that the Coffee Machine was not working. Both the buttons were de pressed and the water just ran out. Could not get the microwave to just heat stuff. I tried to convection oven but this was not what we wanted.
Ran out of dish washing liquid and place could do with a good dusting.
But on the positive side we needed to retain the apartment for a few hours longer and this was granted and we very much appreciated this gesture.

Great location. Close enough to walk everywhere. Cafe and restaurants in the street were fantastic. The space was well set up and had everything you needed

Electric blanket on the beds, and bed was super comfy. Beautiful space with so much character and the location is fantastic.
With the blinds open you're pretty exposed. Some sheer curtains would help with that & the kitchen is tiny..well equipt, but no space to work on and it gets really cold at night. The heater on Max and blankets and I was still cold.
Would stay again but may look at the upstairs as an option

The location is perfect for walking, catching public transport or tours from and eating out at local restaurants. Although it is a self contained apartment well stocked with kitchen appliances/utensils, only thing missing was paper towel or another tea towel. Robert was very accommodating with our request to check in early and store our luggage on departure. This would have accounted for the final clean not being done before we arrived, with white dust in the bathroom and toilet.
The bed was comfy, heater kept the place warm, full fridge for groceries, water pressure was amazing. loved the toaster. :) And washing machine for convenience awesome 🙌
Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.
The gardens need tending. Another tea towel or paper towel would be handy. please.

Poorly stocked kitchen. Place could do with a good clean. 3 carpark for 4 apartments.

Great location. It is locatede heart of the lovely historical suburb, Battery Point, and close to everything you need; the beach, the park, the Salamanca Market, and the city.

the location is perfect. not far at all from Salamanca markets and in same street as all the lovely restaurants/bakery like Jackman McRoss . 3 min walk to the shipwright arms.

Excellent location, clean, nicely appointed, walking distance to Kelly's steps, Salamanca market & Constitution Dock.
The driveway access is EXTREMELY tight. Not recommended for anything but small cars.

Decor fabulous, furniture comfortable, very clean, an excellent venue.
Would like to have received a written key safe lock code. When we arrived it was given to us verbally, and when we were leaving we couldn't remember it and my message to the owner was not responded to.
So we had to leave the key on the top if the box, not locked away in it.
Might be a good idea before hand to advise guests that there are 17 stairs to climb to the top apartment.
