Excellent. A little expensive, but at least we got what we paid for.

A top quality hotel. We had a superb view of the Harbour. The meals we had, dinner and breakfast, were very good.

Although the meals we had were very good, we thought the selection was a little limited for our tastes.

Perfect

The hotel is in a perfect spot, the rooms have magnificent views, the beds are so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the place!

average stay in hobart central location, but wont be back again

we opted for mountain views room but views did not have mount wellington views instead had the royal hobart hospital which was dissapointing

very loud gathering while checking in at the counter in the evening on friday was a put off, the restaurant sri lankan manager smacked my 6 yr old son playfully in his bottom on saturday morning while at the breakfast in the restaurant crossing the line with professionalism and care which i thought was odd and needed mentioning ! tea is too light and not flavourful what they serve and they dont even serve coffee on tap, need to ask for it. no one around to ask for anything in the breakfast service area when you need something ! not ideal . they might be trying to save cash for coffee and tea keeping it as a service on demand ? strange. also the pool wasn't heated like it should be, very congested and lot of people, water not clean and slippery inside the pool suggestive of algae growth. they dont change the water likely and keep it highly chlorinated to save heating charges maybe.

Easy walking to shops, Salamanca...so location great. The staff were all helpful and there was no problem with asking them to park our car.

Quality accomodation providing excellent service.

Spacious ,relaxing ,friendly vibe in all areas of the hotel. Great place to finish our trip around Tasmania. Really enjoyed dining at the Tasman Restaurant. Room was to a high standard with a great view of the harbour. Staff were efficient , attentive and friendly.

Superbly managed hotel at an excellent location (ocean view rooms have an amazing view) topped with very comfortable rooms and great dinner at Tasman

Modern, convenient to walking locations.

location and harbour view and dinner was quite nice.

hard bed, no hand held shower, bedside power points not working, I could hear people walking around upstairs, and the parking was not easy. I requested on my booking 3 months prior for two beds, and even called them to confirm this a few days before arrival, but we had a room with one large double bed, ( I have sleep issues and need separate bed to my husband).

Perfect for a short Hobart stay.

In a perfect location for exploring Hobart on foot, this beautiful hotel was a delight to stay in. We had a mountain view room on the 2nd top floor. Extremely comfortable and spacious room that was spotlessly clean. Although our room was mountain view, we had the option to sit on the mezzanine on our floor and soak up the beautiful water views as well. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this hotel ranks as one of the best. Great restaurant with reasonable prices for dinner. Bar in the foyer that also does coffee. 24 hour room service. The staff very extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged an early check in on our arrival day. In the same building as the home of the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, this would be an ideal place to stay if travelling to Hobart for a concert.

Nothing. Breakfast is a bit expensive but there are plenty of places nearby to go and eat.
