The location is great for exploring Milan. Plenty places to eat around, good connection to public transportation

The hotel is very basic, rooms are small, corridors are narrow. The place is poorly maintained, and we had a leaking shower, broken toilet flush button, refrigerator hardly worked.

I was in the annex 80 m down the street- we didn’t like the annex nor the street it is on. we were also disappointed with the gym - 3 pieces of equipment does not make a gym

Great location. Close to the metro. Independent entrance. Easy check-in and check-out. Open 24 hours.

Room’s window faces the road. Noisy corridor. Every time neighbors come in, they wake you up.

Amazing location; 5-10 minutes away from the train station, many places to eat around (a range of food as well), easy 30 minute walk to the city centre and just a great area to be in. Staff were also really friendly and willing to help! Room was very nice and had the cutest windows.

The A/C was not working and it was too hot.

Stuff was extremely polite and helpful. Room with a single bed was comfortable enough had everything needed for a few nights stay.

The location of the hotel was really nice, the hotel staff was friendly and the hotel had private drop off parking spots so you could park your car right in front of the hotel while dropping off the luggage. The hotel also had a deal with a private parking 400m from the hotel.

Really good location, most of the attractions were walkable. We were in town for the marathon, and the start and finish were within 200m.

The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the night before our marathon, the fire alarm went off - not once but 13 times between 3:30 and 6 am. The staff did not offer any concessions as a result, just a half-hearted apology. Not even a free breakfast.

Tha apartment was really nice and clean. Close to the city.

double bed was 2 single mattresses shoved together. as I slept in middle of bed and didn’t realise this woke up In night with terrible back ache. when I explained this to manager he was totally ignorant and arrogant didn’t even say sorry just said all double beds like that and no one else complained!!! he was the rudest man with zero customer service skill. I wasn’t asking for a refund as was able to sleep in other bed in room. but he wouldn’t even listen when I explained that I would expect better from a hotel of this standard than shoving 2 single mattresses together and pretending it was a double. I have stayed in many hotel across the world I always have double or king bed for myself and have never ever seen this before!!
