Hotel muy bien ubicado y funcional.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la estación de Shinjuku. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. El personal es muy amable.

El asiento de mi baño no estaba tibio, aunque el asunto se reportó y se arregló. En una de las tres habitaciones de reservadas no llevaban las batas de las piyamas.

Good place to start a visit to Tokyo

Excellent position near Shinjuku Station. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. A good place to stay

Rooms small, as are most places in Tokyo, with a capsule bathroom. Fairly expensive, but coming into blossom season, tourist season and the Japanese Grand Prix, that isn't too surprising

Very Central location, 5-6 mins to Shinjuku station, underground direct access. Short Walk to many restaurants and shops. At least an English speaking tv channel NHK and CNN. Room cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water bottles. Reasonably quiet and 4 lifts .

Room and bed a bit small, just double bed.

Taxi drop off is at basement so you have to carry your luggage.

Hotel imponente e confortável

Hotel confortável, com várias comodidades, várias lojas embaixo do prédio, cafés, máquina de câmbio... Café da manhã sortido e de boa qualidade. Equipe atenciosa. Quarto confortável e limpo, vista linda da cidade.

Banheiro poderia ser um pouco melhor. O bairro de Shijunku é muito animado, com muitas luzes, lojas, restaurantes... um pouco turístico demais. Mas o hotel é muito bom.

Convenient location that was perfect for a tourist that wants see as much of the city as possible.

Super beliggenhed. God morgenmadsbuffet. Sød og hjælpsom personale. God lydisolering. Nogen værelser med udsigt til Godzilla ;)

Meget lille værelse. Ingen plads til tøj. Måske ok hvis man rejser med en kabinekuffert, men ikke store kufferter. aircondition styres centralt, alt for varmt på værelset - personalet dog super søde kom med ventilator til os.

Comfortable and would definitely stay again if needed.

The close proximity to main attractions and train station is great. Room was comfortable and had a good view.

A little small but that’s prevalent in Tokyo hotels.

スタッフの対応や位置的な事は非常に良かったです

目的地に非常に近く動きやすかったです

もう少し広いと思っていたところと、同一階に滞在された方達が少しうるさかったのが残念でした

Perfect location and a comfortable classy hotel.

Location location location .. perfect walk out the door and your in the night market district of Shinjuku!

Breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 .. needed to catch a train and couldn’t use our breaky vouchers, disappointed.

交通很方便，设施还不错，周边吃的很多。洗漱三件套都是Pola的，高级。还有热水壶。视野开阔。

Great location (connected to the train station, plenty of food options around), helpful staff, loved the view from my room

As others have pointed out, mattresses are hard (as is common Japan) and room was small even for a solo traveler (again common for Japan).

1、位置绝佳，离地铁站、机场大巴都特别近。 2、附近大把吃饭、喝咖啡、购物之处，伊势丹是购物天堂。

Great location, attentive staff.

Room cleaning could be a bit haphazard in terms of daily timing - one day early morning, the next 5pm!?!. The facilities are quite basic. No gym.

Great location

Very good location, staff were super friendly. Room was cleaned daily.

Room was not very well ventilated so it was very hot most of the time. The aircon seemed to be locked to certain settings. Perhaps I just didn't know how to work it properly but certainly would have benefited from clearer instructions. You can tell the hotel was definitely 10/10 at some point but time seems to have caught up with it a little. Would probably be perfect for a solo traveller.

Perfect even for solo traveller !

Location is excellent. Near to the train station, you have no worries in getting even midnight snacks. Many shopping and last minute shopping chances. From clothes to drugstore purchase to Donki. I reached around 8am, couldnt check in but they let me store the bag at the hotel & i only went back to check in later the day. I even walked from the hotel to Ginza to Fish Market and back to hotel. If you are up for a run or walk, why not. Its expensive but its worth it :)

Excellent location

The location was amazing for both the kabukicho, golden gai and omode yakicho. The train station was a 5-7min walk.
