Esta cerca a todo, se puede ir a Zócalo a pie desde el hotel, la zona a pesar de ser el centro y verse un poco oscura y peligroso en la noche, es una zona muy segura, lo recomiendo. Además, los cuartos son muy limpios.

It was a good price for the stay that we had and it's a great location
In the bathroom there were some cigarette ash that may have fell from an upper floor inside the bathroom from the grate window, but tiger than that it was fine
7.0
The location was very nice, in a walkable distance to the Zocalo, close to shops and street food, also close to the metro.
Since the hotel is placed just on a noisy street, all the cars and noise from the road could be heard in the room.

Convenient water coolers with three temperatures, excellent fan, good shower.
Outlets were inefficient- my charger got VERY hot.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Clean and cheap in the city center.
A bit noisy for the ones who aren’t use to city traffic

The staff was very friendly and the price is good and you only get what you pay for. It's not the most comfortable hotel we have stayed at, but for the price and the location this is very good. We would book it again in the future.
The rooms were very noisy and the beds are too stiff for us

The lobby is cute and modern and the room was clean enough. The price was very affordable.
The location was very poor. It's on a very noisy street at all hours so it was loud and smoggy in our room. Also while the Line 1 train is still under renovation you must walk or take a bus anywhere, which we were not expecting. There are very few restaurants in walking distance at night. The bed was also very hard. In sum, the room was cheap but not worth it. There are good values in better locations.

Friendly staff at the hotel, clean, cleaned every day, free coffee and croissant for breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The lady that runs the daytime operation is so incredibly nice. The rooms are very clean and the location proximate to the city center, transportation, food etc is fantastic. The housekeeping staff was also extremely nice!
I Loved everything!!!
Maybe one suggestion to have a sink stopper for the bathroom sink - I was nervous I would lose something! But of course I didn't.

Comfortable modern hotel with an elevator, only a 10-12 minute walk from the Zocalo. Located on a busy street, but I had an interior room, and it was very quiet --almost no internal or external noise. WiFi was good, and there were outlets by the bed. Hot water in the shower. Free filtered water in the hallway, and free coffee in the lobby. Friendly staff. Room cleaned daily. Overall, it was a good value for the money, and I plan to stay there again.
I speak Spanish, but if you don't, please be aware that front desk staff only speak Spanish. You will need a translation app. Lighting in the room was a bit dim, but manageable. The area immediately surrounding the hotel looks a bit seedy. However, as a solo woman traveler I did not feel unsafe walking to and from the Zocalo.

The staff is super friendly, the place has an interesting decoration, and I love the variety of games in the staying room
There was no bath towel in my room, the room had windows with no view, and the room felt really small. Actually, all the spaces feel very small, including the elevator

Comfortable bed, good shower.
Noisy neighbourhood, windows have a bad noise isolation. Not the best neighbourhood.

Excellent parking inside the building and this hotel offers water, fresh towels, and free coffee in the morning. Good location, about 15 minutes walk from the city's historic center, and also next to a bus station.
Since it's located right next to a busy street, it can get pretty noisy, the windows don't do a good job cancelling the noise of cars.

Clean, comfortable, good location as great staff. Filtered water on every floor. Free coffee and pastries in the morning. The manager Leticia is kind and very helpful.
No complaints.

Everything so perfect! Staff extremely helpful and smiling, potable water (hot and cold) available all the time, coffee in the morning. 15 minutes walk from Zócalo, great breakfast & lunch bar downstairs. Rooms were clean, spacious and fresh although a bit dark. No complaints at all.

Extremely helpful and welcoming staff, helped me change room due to noise from the street and helped me with payments
It was hard to pay in advance with a Norwegian card, but they helped me over WhatsApp and once I arrived at the hotel it was no problem. As I mentioned, it is quite noisy if you’re facing the street.

Easy checkin, comfortable bed, strong Wifi, and helpful staff
The rooms that face Fray Servando teressa de Mier are really noisy.

price, facilities and location were good
it was very cold in the room and the floor was dirty

The room is clean but tired. Good shower and toiletries and hairdryer provided.
The communal areas are good, you can sit downstairs with a coffee/snack.
There is a great place for breakfast next door.
Easy to get a taxi to/from airport. Takes about 15-20 mins.
A more comfortable bed and bed linen would improve things. I found it hard to sleep.

the hotel really takes care of the ecology: they have water dispensers in every floor to refill your bottle and we’ve been asked if we wanted towels and blankets to be cleaned.
the hotel is located close to a big road so the noise is permanent

staff was awesome!
too cold!

Nice and calm. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Decent, clean rooms.
Avoid the rooms facing the street at all costs if you value your sleep. The windows are paper thin, so it feels like you're sleeping on the side of the road and the noise is immense. We did not sleep for our entire stay.

I’ve liked the room, safety box, cleanliness, room service, hall, staff, comfortable bed
it’s a bit noisy because of the traffic at any hour
