Located in Four Corners, this charming house for $124 per night is a great option for your next break. We have owned in Vista Del Largo since 2010 and have spent many happy days here, and (hopefully) have helped the vast majority of our guests to have a fabulous Florida holiday. The bungalow is approximately 1300 sq feet in size with a lounge / dining area, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast area, fully screened porch with patio table and chairs, cottage suite with TV. The lounge has a 37 inch HDTV and one in each bedroom. Cable TV and internet service. The master bathroom is huge with a walk in shower, and twin vanity's. The master bedroom has a king size bedroom, 37" TV, dressers, the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and a overhead twin bed, 37" TV, dresser and there is an inflatable bed for guests or visitors if needed. Both bedrooms have large built in closets. House features and includes; Dining Area, and Snack counter Kitchen: Coffee Maker, Cooking Utensils, Dishes & Utensils, Dishwasher, Kitchen Microwave, Oven, Pantry Items, Refrigerator w/ice maker, Toaster, General: Heating/Air Conditioning, Living Room: Large living room with combined dining area, with 40 inch HD TV, plus DVD player Linens Provided: All linens are provided Towels Provided: There is a full range of towels, including beach towels, in the home. Washing Machine and dryer High Chair, and 2 - umbrella strollers on site Covered Parking off Street, Externally there is a carport, shed and a north-east facing screened patio area with all-weather furniture, and a view the most beautiful Florida sunsets. There is a community pool just at the far end of the community from the home, which is usually quiet & relaxing. If you want to mingle, there are two other pools, just a short distance from the home, at the main reception area, where you will also find all of the amenities such as the pool room, sauna, play area etc. The community is about 50/50 residential and vacation homes, and we have found it to be very friendly. The gated (staffed) entrance gives that added feeling of security. You will the relaxed, in a friendly lifestyle here. It’s a great place to stay. Dan and his manager Janet communicate very well when you have questions. I had a lot of hiccups on my end and they cleared things up easily for me. Lots of space for a group if needed. Very comfortable!

We absolutely loved this little home. It is clean, spacious and so much better than staying in a hotel. It’s close to the theme parks and so comfortable. The host was very helpful and the whole stay was great. Nice neighbours, quiet neighbourhood and ideal for a long term stay.

We traveled to Florida for a week for a volleyball tournament and this home was perfect. Enough room for us to spread out amd it felt like we were home. Dan checked in on us a few days into our stay which was nice. The house was extremely clean.

I cannot speak highly enough of dan and his property! The check in process was super simple. He sent me an email weeks before we arrived with all the information we needed which was super helpful! He went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He also checked in on us mid trip to make sure everything was ok. Plus he was a text away when we had a question. The place is only 10 mins to disney and about an hour outside tampa. Our girls loved the bunk bed and slept soundly every single night. The bed was so comfortable and there was everything we could possibly need there. The location was perfect, especially when we had to take our daughter to the docotr during the trip and it was only up the street. The place was clean and homey. We didn't feel like we were on vacation we felt like we were at home. We will deff be returning in the future. The neighborhood was so quiet too! There was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. And if you have little little ones there is a high chair and a pack and play already in the closet. PLUS strollers, beach toys, pool noddles, literally everything you could ever need no matter what kind of trip you went on. Seriously this place is a gem and so is the owner! Thank you so much for a wonderful trip!

It was clean, more than large enough for us. It was close to the Disney parks, we even saw fireworks one night from the house. But it was beautiful and mostly quiet.

The listing and images do not do justice for this home. Check in was no issues everything was clean and the home had everything you needed for the week. It was a very quiet area on the main strip of everything you could need and want. My children loved the pools and the environment was peaceful and friendly. The host did check on us to ensure all was ok and the neighbors as well. We could not have asked for a better home away from home. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting the full Orlando experience with a relaxation at the end of the day. Thank you for everything, until next time take care

If you are looking for a centrally located place to stay, then this is it! It's minutes from Disney, Walmart is a few lights away, dinner options are around the corner and amenities are plenty. This was the PERFECT place for our family and our Disney stay. I enjoy having rooms for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and the king sized bed was great for my husband and I. Having covered parking and a washer and dryer were amazing! I hope that the next time we come, this property will still be available. You definitely are getting value here.

Dan's house was everything we needed. Everything was clean and spotless . Well equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was an easy process. The beds were very comfortable. Lovely location with amenities such as swimming pools and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again.

The house was fantastic, clean and everything you need is there, not far from Disney and other things to do. Check in was easy and Dan is a wonderful host, easy to contact him and he takes his time in answering any questions. Jan in also easy to contact and answers all questions. I would stay there again. This vacation rental is conveniently located close to Disney World and Universal Studios. The property is located in a gated community. It was clean and air-conditioning was working well, which was much needed for the humid tropical weather in Florida. Dan (the property manager) was prompt in responding to questions and requests. He was flexible enough to allow us to check-in early at no additional cost. One recommendation is for the property to include two gate key cards so that tenants will be able to enter the complex freely without having to dial keypad to request for entry. Especially, since travelers may be traveling with multiple cars.

We were really pleased with this rental for our Disney/Universal Studios vacation. Location is fairly close to the parks with a wide range of restaurants very close by as well. Lodging had everything we needed and was very clean. The place has great updates throughout and the owner was very responsive. Our teens enjoyed the new loft bedroom set! Highly recommend!!

First time to Disney!

From start to finish Dan made this trip so easy for us! Dan was very accommodating in the booking process and responded to my (million) questions very quickly! The house is about 15 minutes from all the Disney parks. It was very combiner to come back to the house for a little beak before heading back out. It’s is located very close to Walmart ,target, Publix and Aldis. As for the house itself it was absolutely perfect for us. My husband and I would sit on the lanai at night, my daughter would fall asleep in the ‘kids room’ Which has a brand new bunk bed with steps to the top that my son loved! The master bath is gorgeous! The beds are super comfy, too! There literally wasn’t anything we needed. On a whim on an off park day we decided to take a trip to the beach! Dan has beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys!!! There are also 2 umbrella strollers FYI. The pool was a nice and clean and a nice little adventure for the kids on our off days. When we come back to Disney we will definitely stay here again!!!
