fantastic - an amazing property and wonderful start to our vacation in Spain!

Beautiful hotel, property and excellent staff. We loved the decor, the focus on details and the outside grounds (despite the cool weather during our visit). The bar (with local cocktail) was a highlight. We had a nightcap each night of our stay. The breakfast room (library) was amazing too.

Our room was excellent, but not enough outlets to plug in our devices. Also, a bit dark (especially with the shades drawn)

Very warm stay along gorgeous furnished hotel ♥️I’d suggest it for honeymooners too💌

I loved the hotel’s luxurious design inside- out, and the staff’s support & kindness. The paper roll in the bathroom was of excellent quality with beautiful stitching! They accommodated us for an upgrade as the rooms were smaller than expected, which was very much welcoming! The room service people were truly kind & helpful in anyway they could, which said a lot about their hospitality🍓 The food was good but a bit salty and if you enjoy your meats well done, you’ll need to reinforce such as in Europe that it’s still medium rare from the inside. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Salty food (e.g. seafoods as fish) and not fully cooked. meats still medium rare vs well done when asked for such.

Feel and live like a celebrity. Luxury boutique hotel leaves no wishes unfulfilled.

What didn’t we like? First of all the building itself is like a mini castle in a quiet and cozy part of town. All of the staff are nothing short of amazing. The rooms are stunning. The breakfast in the garden (aka oasis) was exceptional. I wouldn’t consider any other hotel in Madrid.

Very good

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly, worthy of a palace. The location is excellent too.

There was only 1 small window, that did not let enter much outdoor light. Also, no dimmer that allowed to control the lights for a smooth waking.

5 star hotel worthy of its category!

The hotel/ former palace is beautiful, both outside and inside. The staff is extremely helpful, kind and friendly and we've had all our needs taken care of (special thanks to Hector!). The rooms are cosy, clean and the beds dreamy. The breakfast room with a la carte menus is just perfect. Everything was as expected from a hotel of this category. We'd definitely come back.

Nice hotel but nothing for longer stays

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. Food and service is general was very good

I stayed for 9 nights and I booked a suite to be comfortable during my stay. However, I couldn’t sleep properly as the noise from other rooms and hallway was so disturbing. In addition, the rooms haven’t been properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms, which I find very concerning during the current pandemic.
