Something special

Extraordinary view and location is very good between Pattaya and Jomtien. Staff are really professional and security also. Swimming pool on top with one of the best views in whole Chonburi district. Nice gym too next to the swimming pool The bed is super comfy

The apartment needs a touch of upgrade and especially the chairs on the balcony.

Nice apartment in quiet area of Phatumnak

The apartment is as shown on the site. Very comfortable in quiet area of Phatumnak, with a 100bht Grab ride all around central town or Jomtien. Very close to amazing cliff side restaurants 3 Mermaids and Sky Gallery, etc., with a 7-11 less than 2 mins walk if you are after a quick snack!

Some very minor maintenance required, and had to wait a little while (15-20mins) for receipt of keys to check-in, but property manager (Pu) was very communicative on the day, so nothing major and can definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect for 2 people. Pu, the manager was very helpful, she helped with everything.

Uncomfortable for 3 and 4 people. If you want to use the toilet or bathroom, you have to go through the bedroom where two people are sleeping. Sofa bed for 3rd and 4th person very hard, uncomfortable, after 3 days I got back pain. The blanket was without a bedsheet, which made me feel uncomfortable. Therefore, ideal for 2 people.

It was not spotless clean but the view was perfect to ignore the minor things. View from balcony and the bed room was amazing - city and the sea.

Over all it was good. My friends and I enjoyed our stay.

I liked the pool and the view at the top most. The room was good. I recommend it for those who want to stay for a week in pattaya because of its complete facilities. Perfect also for those really want to relax. The hotel staff and the guards were nice.

The one that I didn’t like that much was everytime we go outside, we need to book a grab for our transpo. If you also want to eat something, you need to order online because they don’t have food there and there’s no store nearby. There’s 7 eleven but you need to walk around 10-15 minutes going there.

Nice apartment, view and amenities but far from everything.

+ Fantastic view from the rooftop and very good view from the balcony. + Nice bed + many channels on the Tv and big Tvs in bedroom and living room + Very good internet/Wifi + Spacious rooms + everything you need is provided like towels, bedsheets, cooking equipment ++++ + Nice strong shower

- The sinks in the bathroom are completely useless. They are both formed like a large dinner plates and are very flat so every time i was in the bathroom the water kept overflowing and spilling out on the floor and i ended up with wet feet. This was so annoying that i had to watch how much water i used so it would not flow over. I even began using the kitchen sink to wash my hands! Whoever made those sinks and thought it was a good idea to have flat sinks is a complete moron. - The apartment was not cleaned before i checked in. The floor felt dirty and i found bunch of clothes belonging to some man. I also found long hair alongside the bed frame. After that i had to clean the entire apartment and change bed sheets but i did not even know if they had washed them. I also found huge amounts of dust behind the couch so obviously no one had cleaned this place for a while. - No one will clean the apartment for you so be prepared to do that for yourself. - Nice area but it's far from everything. You either have to rent a vehicle or take taxi every where. - The living room was not comfortable to be in because the refrigator makes some noise which is annoying when you're watching tv or just sitting there. - The neighbour across the hallway kept his front door open often so i could hear him coughing or listening to music when i was in the living room. Another reason why i mostly stayed in my bedroom. I told him one time to close it, he did but a couple of days later it was open again.
