Beautiful location and wonderful place to stay in the very tourist dense Tam Coc

Beautiful location with separate bungalows. Rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and the resort has all the amenities you need.

Minor things, like the A/C has to work very hard and wasn’t able to cool the room as much as I would have liked due to lack of insulation. The bathroom doesn’t have any proper ventilation.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in der Natur. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre in üppigen Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolles, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Nichts nachteiliges zu berichten.

A relaxing resort to soak in Tam Coc

Breakfast was good, and with a lovely view of the padi fields and Tam Coc. Free bicycles for guests and also a nice pool to dip and swim in the afternoon. Room was clean and add on with a mosquito net at night for better protection against bugs or mosquito ( though we did not encounter much of these insects). Staff from Security, to Reception, Restaurant and also cleaning team was warm and helpful. Got to take a cab out to town but it is always arranged well with the concierge.

Absolument magique !

Tout est magnifique, travaillé avec goût et pensé pour que tout soit optimal pour les clients. C est pour moi le plus bel endroit de mon voyage au Vietnam. J en suis tombée amoureuse ! Certes ce n est pas donné mais ça vaut le coup. Nuit au calme garantie. Je conseille les massages vraiment de très bonne qualité. Et si vous voulez être autonomes de louer un scooter à Tam Coc pour ne pas forcément manger au restaurant de l hôtel un peu guindé mais ça reste notre avis personnel. Petit déjeuner merveilleux. Staff attentionné. Bref un incontournable 💜

Rien. Mais a noter que certaines chambres « entrée de gamme » peuvent avoir du vis à vis.

I want to come back!

Beautiful resort. The rooms are terrific, and the pool and restaurant areas are lovely. Great Pho cocktail.

The dinner meal was just OK. Perhaps we didn't order well because the breakfast was excellent.

Amazing :)

Not for couples looking for relax!

The room.

We came to this hotel because the claim on the webpage was Relax and disconnect, in fact the hotel itself say that there is not TV to achieve it. Our surprise when we arrived was that there were ( an I’m not overreacting) 11 kids in the pool running, screaming, with waterguns and playing “Marco Polo” taking over the whole pool and expelling all the couples from the common facilities. We understand that they are kids, but some rules are necessary to achieve the Relax promoted on the web page ( same behaviour happened during the breakfast). I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a couple looking for a romantic and relaxing time.

Great stay, great staff, gorgeous pool and grounds

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tam Coc Garden Resort. The grounds are beautiful with tropical plants all over the grounds, and views of the mountains and rice fields. The pool is absolutely breathtaking. We spent lots of time there. The pool in July was warm, not particularly refreshing, but we still loved it anyway. Sometimes we had the pool to ourselves. The pool is even more beautiful than the photos. The location of the resort is great. Just outside the town. We used the free bikes to go into Tam Coc for dinner and visit Binh Dong pagoda. The staff was amazing with great English, and very helpful with getting us last minute taxis, and private drivers for excursions around the area. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with anything you might need. The resort provided a detailed brochure with all the local attractions and distances from the resort which helped us plan our days. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and were very pleased with the service and food. Breakfast was great. Lots of self service items plus dishes such as waffles and egg dishes you can order off a menu. Specialty coffee such as a latte or cappuchino was available to order.

My only suggestion would be to have larger amounts of water and juice available at breakfast since the bottles of water and juice kept running out. The staff would refill the bottles and they would quickly run out again. Also self service coffee would be appreciated so you can have an extra cup or 2 of coffee if wanted.

Dreamy location, great rooms.

The location is very peaceful and dreamy, the rooms are very well decorated and it was a great place to spend the first days from our trip to Vietnam. The food in the restaurant is also very nice and they managed to offer us vegan alternatives.

The water in the pool was so hot. I requested transfer from Hanoi airport and also a child seat for the car. The seat provided was a joke and practically not secure at all.

Exceptional

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved every minute. Aside from the sublime, peaceful mountain valley location, surrounded by rice fields, everything is so incredibly charming and well-considered. Impeccably designed facilities, state of the art Japanese toilet and roomy bath with a view, all the staff are so chic in their uniforms. Loved the little poolside hut that served drinks on a quaint patio. Everything you imagine a holiday to look like.

Peaceful boutique hotel surrounded by gorgeous nature

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a beautiful boutique hotel with an amazing view, beautiful grounds and garden, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, quiet environment, awesome food, this place is for you! I hope I can go back some day. Our bedroom (mountain veranda room), was so beautifully furnished, had a balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel has great mountain bikes that you can rent for free, which is the best way to explore the Tam Coc Resort.

bit to distant from all the main attractions. the beds are not suitable for those with bad knees/backs as they are essentially a mattress on the floor.

wonderful stay - highly recommended

- the setting and views are simply stunning, particularly from around the pool and bar area, and the garden around the bungalows is also beautiful - the staff were incredibly helpful, arranged taxis and hire of moped etc - food was delicious (both breakfast and dinner) - the cocktails were also delicious especially the Pho cocktail - really refreshing - location was a little way out of tam coc but no more than 10 minute moped ride

- we couldn’t get the water in the bath to get really hot so had to use the kettle to help heat it up - although there were bicycles, there were no mopeds there available to hire but it really wasn’t a problem as they arranged for a moped to be brought from Tam Coc for us to hire (we negotiated down from 150,000 to 120,000 VND per day)

A real dream

what a superb dream you enter the garden: silence, you smell all kind of flowers ! you relax at the pool, super friendly staff, bicycles which are well maintained, super clean and well maintained room - all in all we didn’t want to leave

food was a bit „westernized“ thus not authentic

a great place to stand for tam coc

thanks for everything we loved specially the “fondue” explained I. the restaurant. and .. thank you for the French speaking of most of the personnel. it’s fun and helps anyway.

In winter time and (I guess only) the jacuzzi and pool are not useful

the amazing staff, friendly made you feel so welcome we arrived in the middle of the night after a pretty rough night bus, they welcomed us so warmly and we were so pleased to arrive hearing only bird song and nature around us breakfast was delicious the two bar men (so sorry unsure of names) were fabulous delicious cocktails and so friendly pool area is amazing! the view is incredible we had planned more activities but cancelled stuff just to stay and enjoy the resort it is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at we will be coming back thanks all!

Great service and location. A very pleasant place to stay.

The resort is lovely. Very well kept with a warm and friendly staff. The service was excellent. It is in a good location. They provide bicycles and there are many sites within a few kilometers of the resort. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would recommend this property.

The breakfast was good but the lunches and dinners at the restaurant were average. You may want to explore other places for meals outside of breakfast. The resort is a bit expensive by Vietnam standards but comparable to other similar resorts in the Ninh Binh area. We did a lot of research I think this is the best resort in the area.
