Nestled in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $755 per night is a great choice for your next break. JUNE - AUGUST: ALL RESERVATION DATES MUST BEGIN OR END ON A SUNDAY One of the largest direct oceanfront three bedroom condominiums in Ocean City (over 1500 square feet). Convenient lower floor location--three floors up from access to beach & pools. Sheets and towels (linen service)is available at a nominal charge. This entire condo has been remodeled...kitchen, living room, dining room and all the bedrooms and baths. The bathrooms were also enlarged and the master bedroom was made into a suite --complete with in-room jacuzzi. The condo is kept very clean. Please note We do not rent to non-family groups under age 25. There is new furniture and flooring throughout the unit. Bathrooms, hallways, foyer and kitchen are handsomely tiled, bedrooms and Living and dining areas have hardwood laminate with contrasting boarder of light and dark woods. Living room & Dining room: Living room has new extra large sectional sofa (not a 'sleeper' but plenty long enough to sleep on), 44 inch TV with DVD (some movies for kids and adults provided). There are also stereo/CD/tape players in both the living room and master bedroom. Recent renovations included the new Mannington Adura wood flooring and new window coverings throughout the living & dining room areas as well as new art decor and fresh paint. Renovations also included a lovely fireplace (electric) which can be seen from both the living room and dining room. It can be programmed to run with or without emitting heat depending on the season. Our dining room overlooks the ocean and features a large and elegant dining room table (with carved elephant trunk legs and embedded glass panels)that seats 8-12 and likewise offers a view of the fireplace as well as it's direct oceanfront view. Kitchen/Laundry/Master bedroom: The kitchen was recently remodeled to include new hardwood solid maple cabinetry and we replaced every appliance with new stainless steel appliances. The laundry has a brand new full-size washer and dryer. The breakfast bar (doubles as a wet bar complete with mood lighting and hanging stemware) seats four and there is also a small carved wood and glass dinette--good for games or office work (if you must).There is free WiFi in the unit and (as backup) there is also a WiFi hot spot on the second floor of the building available for guest use free of charge. Master bedroom has been totally renovated to include a two-person jetted bathtub enclosed in tile and overlooking a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Master bedroom has new furniture (twin armoires, vanity area and large 32' TV/DVD/stereo that hangs from the ceiling). The room features a king-size bed with new mattress, and a window that takes up the entire wall (wake up and see the ocean). The second bedroom (we call it the bunkroom) sleeps six or more people. It has two sets of bunk beds (= sleeps 4), one single twin with trundle (= sleeps 2). The trundle pops up to join with the twin and make a king size bed. There is a conversion kit in the closet that includes a foam piece that bridges the two beds as well as a king size mattress pad to secure them together. We also have two folding floor mattresses that can be found stored in the closet (there is sufficient floor space for both if trundle is not used = sleeps 2). There is also PLENTY of space to store clothes--6 drawers, a large armoire with seven shelves and additional shelving for storing shoes and toiletries. The third bedroom has one queen-size and one twin bed. All bedrooms offer great ocean views and have new Adura wood floors with color coordinating area rugs. All have TV/DVDs.

Stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Beds were comfortable, all light switches were labeled, very easy to check in and access the unit. Building was quiet (though was off season), saw a few other people and everyone was very nice! Kids had a blast in the pool. Plenty of closet space. Property manager was always very quick to answer any questions.

I have been visiting OCMD since I was a kid. For the past 30 years I have stayed at various hotels/condos, but nothing has quite compared to our stay at the Quay! My family decided to celebrate Thanksgiving this year at the beach, and I am so happy we did. This unit was perfect for our holiday, as the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. This unit was filled with anything you could possibly need. My daughter took a bath everyday and absolutely loved overlooking the ocean. Eventhough we were there off season, this location was prefect, as we were near so many restaurants that were open. The Christmas light display nearby was a definite bonus! Nancy was an excellent hostess as she was quick to respond to any questions we had. If you’re ever thinking to celebrate the holidays at the beach…this is your place!

We met our friends for a fall weekend at the beach. The condo is nicely decorated and updated. The kids loved staying on bunkbeds together and watching cartoons on the tv in their room. There was plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware. There were no papertowels, extra toilet paper, or a dish sponge. So we had to run out to get those things. The hot tub in the master bedroom is relaxing and has a nice view but we couldn't get the jets to work so that was a little disappointing. It rained one day but the kids were kept busy with the indoor pool and arcade. That was a nice bonus to our stay.

We have vacationed in Ocean City several times, but this was our first stay that wasn’t on the Boardwalk. We enjoyed the beach very much and this rental provided plenty of space for my family.The balcony provided great ocean views. We would consider staying here again. Thank you!

Our stay was a breeze! Everything was great with the setup allowing our family to enjoy our vacation together without any issues. Great jacuzzi tub that fills up with bubbles! Very close to the beach and outside pool that was just footsteps away. Loved that our family had options with an indoor pool and arcade facility as well. All ages of our family felt accommodated at this condo!

We had a great week despite the wind chill! The condo was very nice, plenty of space for our four adults and three children, lovely views of the ocean, clean and comfortable, well supplied kitchen for cooking. Lots to entertain the kids with indoor pool and ping pong for free, and coin operated game room, and the beach is just steps away. Tennis court looked pretty run down, reportedly getting fixed up soon, but it was too windy while we were there to play anyways. Plenty of restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store very close by, even walking distance, and boardwalk area is 10 min drive south. Owner communication was great, we had a minor issue with a toilet and she got back to me right away and had someone there quickly to fix it. A very relaxing and enjoyable week!

Place was beautiful floors were a little dirty. The tv wasn’t working that great and the queen size bed protector was super dirty. We washed it before we made the bed. Otherwise place was great. The owner is super easy to get ahold of and very nice. Wish we could afford it for next year.

As the title suggests, overall a great place to stay. Great location, view, and access to the beach. Just ran into a few minor issues, though mostly the cleaning service is at fault for not catching some the mess left by the previous renters, not necessarily the owners. We found gum stuck to the keys and a half eaten sandwich under the covers. One inconvenience was that none the remotes worked, so I went out and bought a chromecast which solved all our problems because the wifi was pretty good. I would still recommend this location.

Had major air conditioning problems that lasted most of the stay. It finally ended with the air conditioning unit being replaced taking several hours. I do feel we should’ve been compensated for the major many-day inconvenience. Otherwise the trip was wonderful.

We had a good time at Nancy’s property. We had some difficulties with checkin (out of her control) but Nancy did her best to address the situation. A few issues like non functioning blow dryer, no sheets available for king bed along with malfunctioning refrigerator for the first 24 hours. I appreciated Nancy’s promptness to address the issues, overall good stay.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. The location of the property to attractions we were interested in was perfect. The floor plan of the unit was well laid out and there was plenty of room for my group of 12. The private beach in this area really made the trip!

The view and location was perfect and that is what you are paying for. The condo was not as clean as it should have been but Nancy explained that she had to go with a substitute cleaning lady, which was beyond her control. We were one of the first renters of the season and we needed to buy EVERYTHING. I rent a lot of properties through VRBO and often there is toilet paper, paper towels, aluminum foil etc...left behind. You may want to make sure you bring or purchase some of these items before arrival. Overall we had a great time and we had plenty of room to spread out since there were only 9 of us. Nancy recommended the Crab Bag restaurant and it was delicious (though pricey). I would highly recommend the crab cake (1 for $30) as it was all crabmeat without fillers and was very tasteful.

We had 11 people with us and everything went very well. The only issue is the parking which the lot had plenty of spaces available but would only allow two parking passes per unit. There is a municipal parking across the street and down a block which worked out but not as convenient as parking on site. The owner was great and anything that I needed she addressed. We would definitely rent this place again.
