Hôtel très bien situé

L’hôtel est très bien situé . Front de mer , proche du centre ville de Lamai et très calme en même temps. Le personnel est très gentil, les chambres très propres. Petit déjeuner très copieux .

La douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien… on nous a mis au 3eme étage alors que j’étais avec un enfant, je pense qu’ils aurait été plus facile d’être au 1er étage. C’est un hôtel 3 étoiles, il ne faut pas s’attendre à du luxe , mais ça s’en rapproche! Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour !

מיקום מרכזי עם גישה לסופר, מסעדות וחוף ים צמוד צוות חייכן ונעים

החדרים שקיבלנו לא היו החדרים שהוזמנו, קיבלנו חדרים לא נקיים עם נמלים במיטות ובכל החדר, חדר אחד הוחלף באותו לילה עד לביצוע הדברה. לאחר יומיים החליפו לנו חדרים - לחדרים שהוזמנו - עדיין היו נמלים בחדרים, על השולחנות, על המיטות אבל פחות.. דבר אשר מונע ממך להביא אוכל לחדר ולאכול. מתקני החדר - מיטות, שולחן, כסא - ישנים ולא מתאימים למלון ברמת שלושה כוכבים מקלחת לא ברמת מלון שלושה כוכבים אלא של אכסניה ארוחת בוקר ללא גיוון, כל יום אותו האוכל ותמיד היה חוסר

Très bon séjour. Nous le conseillons.

Accès direct à la plage. La piscine dans l’hôtel très bien. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Chambres propres mais à rafraîchir. Les petits-déjeuners étaient variés.

Highly recommend!

The localization was close to the beach. In first day we could relay on big support and help from reception. They helped us come back to Donsak Pier in early hours and they even prepared for us breakfast at 5 am.

Mooi hotel met goede locatie

Zeer aangename staff, mooie locatie aan het strand en pal in het centrum van Lamai. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt.

In de badkamer waren er enkele zaken niet helemaal in orde, zoals de mieren en het kapotte haakje voor de handdoeken (wat het hotel snel heeft opgelost). Aan het zwembad waren er veel lege stoelen reeds geclaimd doir gasten met handdoeken op de stoel terwijl er niemand bij aanwezig was in de vroege ochtend. Een gericht handdoekenbeleid (dat je aanwezig moet zijn om de stoel te mogen claimen) zou dit mogelijk kunnen verhelpen.

Super miejsce w centrum Samui. Wszędzie blisko a w miasteczku jest dużo pysznego jedzenia.

Super basen przy samej plaży, pomocny i miły personel, blisko do masaży, street food i atrakcji. Czysto. Zadbany ogród.

Bliskość głównej ulicy na której zaraz za obiektem jest dyskoteka hałasująca do 4 rano. Pierwszej nocy dostaliśmy pokój w budynku zaraz za nią i nie dało się spać. Następnego dnia na prośbę obsługa zamieniła nam pokój na inny w 1 budynku dalej od ulicy i za tym w którym spaliśmy i tam było już cicho. Pierwszy budynek od ulicy jest dla imprezowiczów wracających nad ranem. Jeśli jedziesz odpocząć unikaj go. Właścicielka na prawdę bardzo się starała aby zmienić nam pobyt i przepraszała, bo to nie jest ich wina. To prawda ale dobrze o tym wiedzieć przed przyjazdem. Domki za basenem na 100% są ciche tak samo jak pozostałe budynki z pokojami.

Super Lage, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, immer Handtücher am Strand vorhanden und jeden Tag Wasser bekommen- das ist viel Wert! Ich war begeistert für den günstigen Preis!

Our New Favourite in Lamai!!!

Great villas, beautiful pathways with tropical fauna, close to busy shopping/restaurants/nightlife that's innocent ... all shops are open and Lamai township is exciting and vibrant again, came last year and it was a dead with most shops closed, even 7/11. Staff are brilliant especially Phyo & Mei, breakfast is sufficient, coffee machine is brilliant, 8 - 11am. Pool and beach/shade & umbrellas are great, restaurant is located perfectly with outlook of pool and beach. Swimming is fabulous with deep, clear ocean and huge net out from The Hive. Stayed 5 nights and have booked another 5 nights in October. 10/10 🙏

they gave little fruit for breakfast. as soon as they filled it, it was immediately dismantled and you had to wait for the next round and so on and on

Very good

Daily room service, fresh water, leisurely breakfast. Lovely pool. Quiet. Plenty of space around the pool and beach. Jellyfish nets also really good.

Absolutely loved our 9 nights at the Hive Hotel’ would love to return again and stay longer!

The Breakfast was superb … loved the fresh fruit, eggs, bacon all fresh and beautifully cooked. Especially enjoyed fresh coffee from machine. The restaurant is stunning by the pool and sea. Staff were friendly and accommodating at all times. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Thank you!

Very efficient and friendly staff. Always ready to be helpful! The location was excellent, the anti jellyfish net brilliant! The only hotel that had one!!!! Breakfast buffet offered something for everyone.

Would definitely stay again

We arrived early and they offered us spare room to use shower and to change (we travel a lot but this never happened to us before). The staff was very friendly. Swimming pool is nice. The beach was clean.

Maybe they could have some more pastry options for breakfast or at least they could change selection of pasty.

Excellent stay in a beautiful location

Fab location, right on the beach. The breakfast was excellent, wide choice and tasty, with a view of the sea! The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

Clean tidy, great cocktails and good beach.

Great spot at lamai, staff were friendly and helpful, beach front with sufficient number of loungers. Rooms were tidy and comfortable.

We had a standard room in the 3 story building. We had noisy neighbours above us. Sound travels through the floor/roof easily. Was woken in the middle of the night a few nights in a row.

Wonderful location right on the beach and in town. Very nice garden with trees and bird life. Best cocktails in Lamai. Outstanding friendly staff. Hotel is situated on the best beach in Samui.

Good

The location is very good, the night market and shops are nearby. Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit was offered. Comfortable deck chairs and free towels. Near the sea.

taying for six days, the breakfast was the same, a bit monotonous. The room is quite dark, you have to turn on the lights during the day. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy, disturbed sleep a little.

Green, oceanic, a bit dated. Perfect for a break on the beach.

Free buffet breakfast was great, nice to be able to have lunch here too, with a view of the beach and sea. Sunbeds we’re never full, but the ones right on the beach tended to fill up by noon. Balcony felt fairly private because of the greenery, it was nice walking amongst the well maintained gardens when walking to the pool/beach/restaurant.

Rooms a bit dated and tired, but I think they were refurbishing some rooms while we were there. Options for vegans were very limited.

Awful, stay away if you don’t like bugs rooming with you

The staff were faultless throughout our complaint and change of hotels. Couldn’t have been more professional as they provided excellent customer service

Our time there was so bad we left after one night! Our first room had a lizard running around the walls. we change to another which had hairs all over the bed and flies everywhere. we couldn’t sleep so watched films on our iPad until 5:30 am

Loved it here and will definitely be back

We loved our stay here! The staff are super friendly, the beach is stunning and our sea view villa was sublime - so relaxing to sit outside in the morning and listen to the waves. The breakfast choice was really good.

Just two small things - it would’ve been nice to have teabags in the room, and there are quite a lot of flies around the pool (but I sprayed some peppermint oil and they dispersed - recommend taking some with you on all your travels!)

This was our second time here, bungalow rooms very clean, situated nice by the beach and pool.

We were a little disappointed that on arrival we were not advised that the hotel bar and restaurant was closing early during to songran celebrations and the staff wanted to leave early, but an email to advise this would have helped, after a 6 hour drive and ferry journey, being able to relax and have a nice meal and drink... The food menu has also been reduced since the last time, under new management?

Excellent location, beautiful beach and pool.

Location - perfect! Right next to a private beach, with a pool, loungers, sun umbrellas, bar and restaurant. A busy street with vendors, food, restaurants, exchange offices, bars etc. is right around the corner, yet there is no noise it was really quiet at night. You are provided basically unlimited beach towels at the pool. The hotel can arrange transportation and trips. Room is big enough, with a safe, shower is big, two nice pillows per bed. A nice balcony with chairs and a drying rack. Greenery around the buildings is stunning.

Beds are very firm, the door is very creaky and there was a power outage one night.

Will definitely stay here again.

Really nice place. Clean and comfortable rooms. Exceptionally helpful and super friendly staff. Phyo, May and Ip you guys rock! Brilliant view of the ocean from the infinity pool on the beach. The breakfast is simple but adequate.

I have no complaints about the place.
