Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, near the metro station and easy to reach. With a beautiful and comfortable room and dito bathroom. And a fantastic breakfast. During the night quiet and peaceful

the beds are of good quality, but a bit to hard for us. A thicker pillow would have been more fitted. Sleeping next to the stairs to the dining room for breakfast means you wake up early by hearing all those foodsteps. The tram passing buy every half hour in the morning was also loud and clear.

Clean room, Kindly stuff, good location. Metro is near, also Central Station is not that far away.

For a couple, bed was not that comfy. Thin walls, you can hear others very well.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety and really good. There is a waiter making the coffee. Decoration is nice. Room above our expectations, is spacious, good bed.

One of the best hotel in town. Staff service more than helpful and kind. Especialy the gentleman at the front desk. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Hotel in close to metro station.

There is a bit to little isolation between the rooms, so you can hear the nabouring rooms very well.

Amadeus in reception was excellent with a big smile and willing to help

we were one couple with a child and room was only with a double bed and my other friend with two children was provided the same room with double bed only. So it was very difficult to sleep three persons in a queen size bed. We suffer. Although in booking we book three persons with supposing extra bed, hotel not have such rooms. i believe this is a wrong description in booking platform

Unfortunately there is nothing positive I can state about this hotel except the location.

Booked this hotel by mistake and regretted paying for two nights for family. Did not stay the second night, the 1st night alone was unbearably noisy and unsettling. A stay at another hotel, Ramada Plaza Wyndham Milano during this visit, now our favourite Hotel in Milan, made the visit to Milan enjoyable and memorable. However, this Hotel Zara Milano is a BIG NO! NO! There are so many issues with this property but the peak of the bunch is safety and the neighborhood. My family and I did not feel safe to spend even one night at this hotel, let alone two nights. The night of checking-in while sleeping, there was a commotion and noise from men who were guests in the facility arguing throughout the night to the early hours of the morning, which was disruptive and traumatizing. NB: While the location may be attractive due to its proximity to metro, the neighborhood does not seem safe and the building a contrast to the pictures online. Furthermore, this hotel has a terrible unfriendly customer policy of NO REFUNDS, even for reasons stated above. ie safety and noise etc. Have requested a refund for the second night we did NOT stay there, but doubt that they will refund. I will not recommend this hotel.
