Overall comfortable stay.

Really modern and large hotel, rooms were regular size for a Japanese hotel and the downstairs restaurant were great.

The desk person checking us in didn't give me my change, we were then contacted by the front desk to collect it but then told it was given to a 'friend' of the party I was travelling with. All people in my booking confirmed they didn't get the change. It was a small amount so didn't care to labour the point, as the desk clerk was also in training at the time.

We would stay here again as the rooms were clean, comfortable and great value.

The hotel was close to the airport making it very convenient. The rooms were great for an overnight stay. The restaurant in the lobby was a friendly dining experience, great food.

Convenient stay for flights out of Haneda Airport

Quick short ride from Haneda Airport, but was looking for a shuttle bus which only stopped at Terminal 1.

Need service to International Terminal 3.

Perfect Haneda Airport Stay

Perfect for a room after a late flight in or early flight out

very convenient for the airport. Airport and train shuttle makes it very easy. Complimentary coffee and very nice staff

Nice views!

The rooms were small- as expected but it was okay for a short stay. The beds were hard which I personally prefer and the blankets were heavy and just right. The bathroom was spacious and the amenities were satisfactory. The best part was the nice view from the hotel room of the river and airport. It's a very quiet area so you can really relax and unwind before your departure from Japan. The breakfast was alright, there were a lot of options in general but if you are vegetarian or vegan, you should probably bring your own meals or ask if the hotel can prepare something for you in advance. There is a 7/11 not too far from the hotel but it closes at night on weekends at least.

It's quite a distance from Kawasaki Station which is the main station in the area. The shuttle bus is very appreciated! It only runs once an hour so you have to be mindful not the miss the bus. We took the local bus once and it's a very long ride and then about a 5-7min walk to the hotel from the bus stop. There's nothing in the area aside from businesses and residences. So if you're looking to have easy access to the town, this is the place to stay. It's perfect for spending a slow day/night before departing.

Recommend for transmission.

The staff was very kind, and the facility was spotless. The public bath was also clean, and the small Japanese garden was beautiful .

Breakfast was expensive. Instead of eating at the hotel, I went to the SevenEleven nearby. It's just 2 munites walkway.

Kawasaki Skyfront mit super Aussicht auf HND

Hotel liegt 15 Fahrminuten mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle Bus vom Flughafen Tokio-Haneda entfernt auf der anderen Seite des Tama Flusses in einem Gewerbegebiet. Komfortabel eingerichtete Zimmer mit super Aussicht auf den Flughafen und den Fluss. Shuttle bedient die Terminals 1-3 sowie den Bahnhof Kawasaki. Seven Eleven um die Ecke. Gute Joggingmöglichkeiten.

Shuttle holt Hotelgäste NUR an den Terminals 1 und 2 ab und fährt am Terminal 3 ohne verstehbaren Grund durch.

Never have such bad experiences in my life

The room size is average bigger, the shuttle bus drivers are amazing. Even they are women drivers, they still did their job carry heavy luggage to the bus. Bravo for the ladies!

2 very disappointed points : 1) when I rechecked the booking confirmation there was nothing mentioned about the shuttle bus pick up point from airport. I purposely write to hotel via booking.com to reconfirm but no one reply me. I arrived late at 10:30pm at terminal 3 and looking for the shuttle bus like crazy woman, no choice but have to take taxi. When arrived hotel, they told me there is NO shuttle service from terminal 3!!! So, guys, if you arrive from oversea at terminal 3, do pay yourself for the taxi. 2) There was a typhoon on the night of sept 7, since I can’t understand japanese, I wanted to confirm if my google translate correctly about the train cancellation. The reception 2 staff on sept 7, 9pm was unbelievable rude and unfriendly!!! I hardly write bad review for hôtel but these 2 person really piss me off….. the man was so arrogant don’t bother even to help, the lady don’t even want to help and go behind the man to avoid me …. whatever I asked, their answer was “I don’t know” , “you checked website”…. I even tried to use google translation to help them to help myself but the man don’t interested to look at it at all…. I wonder is the hotel train these staff to say “I don’t know” to customer ???? Surprisingly the next day morning I saw they are very helpful to the white foreigners

Ideal airport hotel.

Originally picking this for the table tennis, the actual hotel was really great and had a chill vibe to it. The room was nice and the lounge and rooftop bar was nice to relax in. A great final stay to my holiday. Also really easy to get to the airport from here.

The only issue was times on the table tennis but I did understand others wanted to play.

Modern, cool vibes all around! Flat parking lot.

It’s in the middle of industrial area. As you drive through the area, you get a bit uncomfortable if there’s a hotel.😂 I wish their shuttle service was a little more extended.

Superb

Very close to Haneda airport, next to the river walking/biking trails. Hourly shuttle to Kawasaki station for access to central Tokyo. Relax in the public bath after a long day in the city.
