Breakfast is definitely a highlight of this hotel. Great choice of hams, sausages and cheeses. Fresh fruits and great pastries. The hotel is also a winery - one of my favorite producers of Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino.
The only thing I could complain is the fact that it was rather dark in our room and all we could see through our windows, were the windows of another room. However after all we didn't come to Montalcino to stay in the room so overall it was a minor inconveniance.

Everything. I loved the room size, the views from the room, the pool, location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, the premises. This is a gem!

Imagine opening your eyes and looking out through a huge window with antique shutters over rolling hills and vineyards as far as you can see.... that was our experience at this exceptional property. Honestly I could have stood at the window for hours as the fog rolled into the valleys and the sun set behind the Tuscan hills. The room was large and gorgeous and the living area made me feel like we had our own Italian villa. Breakfast was delightful and never rushed or crowded. Parking was plentiful and we were far enough out of town to feel the countryside, but only a mile out of Montelcino for dinner and exploring.
We were there in October, and really wanted to have a tour of the "works" at the farm (it's a working farm... olives and grapes) but they were just super busy doing real stuff. However - even that wasn't a huge bummer because they knew the owners of the neighboring vineyard and they gave us a private tasting and tour!!!

It’s a beautiful working farm with lovely facilities for guests. It was very peaceful being located outside of town, but close enough to go in for dinners and touring. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.
I loved everything about the property.

there was no wine or olive oil tastings. we assumed it was a working farm as that is what an agriturismo is. it was kt literally a place to lay our head. very disappointed.

Beautiful, relaxing, romantic, amazing breakfast, wonderful staff.
It was perfection, nothing bad to say.

I love the fact that we had an apartment compared to a room inside a hotel. if we wanted to we could have cooked our own food. We had a private balcony that looked over the fields of vines. The bathroom was really nice and the shower was decent. we had the best night's sleep. There were a lot of options at breakfast with fresh fruits. The grounds are beautiful and you can go on a short walk around the vineyard with amazing views of the valley. the hotel was super close to the closest town, Montelcino, with lots of small bars and restaurants there. You had complete control of the heating/aircon in the apartment.

location. staff. apartment.
basic albeit good facilities. no frills. eg no bar, mini bar, snacks etc.

The apartment was quaint and clean. The location was great for visiting Montalcino and the surroundings.
Breakfast was a nice inclusion.
Reception is only available until 6pm so you have to make sure your arrival time is before this.
No coffee machine in the apartment.
I tried to arrange a wine tasting almost one month before our stay - it was impossible. It’s the first time we stayed at a winery/agrotourism where they don’t prioritize their clients for this, and as our trip was a wine tour it was extremely disappointing. For example we visited a neighboring agrotourism where guests had a free tour and tasting…
Upon checkout they tried to charge me for our dog, I insisted that the reservation specified that there were no extra charges and had to show the man in charge that even at that time the booking.com policy said there are no charges for pets. He said this policy had changed since our reservation but even if that were the case the hotel should be aware of what charges are applicable to which reservations - guests shouldn’t have to argue for the conditions they have contracted…
Be careful of this if traveling with pets and you have made a previous reservation.

Very nice breakfast, picturesque setting

Good located accommodation near Montalcino, the winery is beautiful including the italian cedar tree entrance :)
They offer a rich breakfast buffet with jams, salamis cuts, etc.
There is no fridge in the room. Since this is a winery, we would have been happy, if they offered us the opportunity to taste their wines

Staff was helpful and breakfast was good although we were disappoint there was no capacchinoj
The rooms were well made but you can’t have a tv in a room with straight back chairs. No real comfortable seating. We dragged the wicker settee from small balcony into the kitchen to watch. Tv should have been be in bedroom. There balcony table had no chairs.
