Brak kontaktu z kimkolwiek po godzinach zamknięcia galerii,gdzie znajduje się biuro do odebrania kluczy do apartamentu.Stracilismy 1 zapłaconą noc za którą nie zostały zwrócone pieniądze, gdyż dojechaliśmy 5 min.po czasie stojąc w korku z powodu wypadku i nikt nie odbierał już telefonu aż do rana.Musieliśmy na szybko wynająć inny apartament.

Хорошая квартира, закрытая территория, есть свой паркинг, оплачивается отдельно. В квартире удобная мебель, постельное белье и полотенца в наличии, хорошего качества. Есть утюг и фен. Кухня удобная, необходимый набор посуды и принадлежностей имеется, чайник обычный, электрического нет. Полы с подогревом, поэтому было всегда тепло.
Стойка регистрации находится в торговом центре, в 2 км от квартиры. Это не очень удобно. Но если Ваш транспорт или автомобиль задерживается в дороге и Вы не успеваете добраться до стойки регистрации до 21-00, будьте готовы искать другое жилье на ночь. Никакой альтернативы нет!!! Совсем нет!!! Даже если Вы предупредили. Наше опоздание составляло 1 минуту, с предварительным звонком.

It's a decent enough room, lil expensive for what your getting room and location wise but decent nevertheless.
It might be in millaan, but you're no where close to the actual worth while visits of the city. Car, metro or tram is the go to but still kind of a hustle of you're planning on late night visits in the centre of town. And really read the fine print. The reception is about 10 minutes by car in a random mall and the need your creditcard after booking. If you don't have one with you ain't getting your money back.

The apartment is spacious, the kitchen and bathroom clean with all the necessities included. The staff at the reception is polite.
We didn’t get any information about the check-in process because of what we spent unnecessarily big amount of time trying to figure out how to get into the apartment Turned out we needed to go to another place 2kms away to the reception, where we were asked to pay a deposit four times the price of our stay ( applies for debit card owners, as we didn’t have a credit card) We signed all the paperwork and were just happy to finally get back and check in properly. The smell inside of the apartment felt stiff, as if someone smoked inside for some time and never opened windows, but it was easily removed by leaving the windows and the door to the balcony opened. Though, I would prefer the lack of the smell from the beginning. Anxious with the deposit we had paid, we checked all the amenities before touching anything and using the apartment. The cables on the nightlights were broken, but other than that everything was fine. It would be beneficial to have a soap dish in the bathroom The check-in info message eventually came at 2:40 in the middle of the night, which wasn’t a problem as the noise from the neighbors talking through the night on their balcony kept us awake.

The apartment was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our short stay. Clean, quiet, modern and a good value for the price.
The check-in was a little bit tricky and took us a while to reveive the keys. Also, the location is a little further than we expected, but we could still get in the centre easily.

Everything was very dirty. The strange policy with yielding access keys from a shopping center, we were notified when we arrived at the accommodation! Very unpleasant, having a 1-year-old child and luggage with us.

Unfriendly host (or the assistant), who ignored our messages and calls. They left us on the street late at night with a child. The key location is several km away from the apartment location. It's a real task to get the key and after to find a room. Office with key works till 21, after that time they will forget about you, even 20 min earlier. In spite of you inform them about your arrival time. It's not a booking level!! They should be deleted from Booking com. It was the first awful experience on booking. Tell them somebody about electronic registration and code key access.

The apartment was clean
The check in and key is at a place 20 minutes away from the hotel, that is described very poorly.
The toilet was broken and the flushing system was leaking all night long, the water sound was very loud and we weren't able to sleep all night. The hotel was not reachable and they did not offer a 24h emergency service or a maintenance service. Ended up reaching out to booking.com in the middle of the night, they also weren't able to reach anyone from the hotel and we ended up not being able to sleep at all the whole night because of the loud noise.
Ontop of that, the staff was very unfriendly when I called them to notify them of the issue in the morning as per their rules, that they must be notified immediately of any issues with the property. They didn't even apologize, their response was "well what are we supposed to do, you tried to reach us in the middle of the night and we were closed". To add to that, my fiancé got food poisoning and was feeling extremely ill, I asked if we can extend our stay by 1 night, they rejected it saying they are already booked, which I understand. However they could have suggested any other options, if they had any information of other hotels in the city or are in good contact with any, they could book us into, as we couldn't travel back and had to stay longer until she got better.
Once again, I didn't even hear the words "sorry" even once, they just said we are fully booked there's nothing we can do.
By far the worst stay in Milan I have ever had, for 70euros / night I'm not expecting anything extraordinary, but a friendly staff should atleast be a must.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. Unless you don't care about having a friendly experience and a apartment that might have leaking toilets.

You should take the keys in the random shopping mall 30 minutes away from the apartment. What if i came at night? What if i have no car? Shiuld I buy metro ticket and go finf the keys with my luggage? What is the problem to buy lock with the code?

The worst hotel I've been to...I don't know where to start - my flight changed the time, I informed the hotel, but zero flexibility from that side, check in was only possible until 9pm, I informed reception by phone that I would pay extra if they waited 15 minutes for me. They did not agree and money was charged for that night. I had to rent another hotel on my own for me and my friends for the night in question, which doubled the cost. The flat reception was half an hour's walk from the flat, when we went to the shopping centre to check in it turned out that our booking had been completely cancelled on the bookings because we had not turned up on time - reception knew about this a few days before for which they charged us money - arguments with reception lasted an hour and a half before we actually managed to check in. Another requirement was to show a credit card from which we were charged €200 towards the refundable deposit - we had no idea about this beforehand. Tired from the trip and the surprises, we arrived at the flat which was filthy, the bedding showed signs of use, the oven was sticky with grease. The dishwashing liquid was running out, we washed the dishes with shampoo. There was no coffee, tea or other basics in the flat. Another issue worth mentioning was the toilet paper - 2 rolls for 3 days for 5 people - after calling reception we were told we had to walk to a point 30 minutes away to pick up a roll of paper - an unbelievable situation.
As for the pluses of the flat it is certainly the distance from the metro, the bathtub, the separate entrance to the flat, the air conditioning and the seemingly modern 'decor'.
However, these few pluses won't change my opinion because so much of the nerves and stress we experienced during our stay definitely took a toll on my trip, which was for leisure purposes.

clean facilities, kitchen was equipped with lots of utensils (although no tee or coffee available) and the apartment itself was a good size
the check in experience is extremely inconvenient, and is only mentioned AFTER you book which I believe is quite deceptive. the whole process to get to the reception, which is in a shopping centre 2.5kms away from the apartment, took around an hour (in the pouring rain)
the front desk staff were unfortunately quite rude and had no patience whatsoever, and were definitely having a conversation about me in Italian which I’m guessing they knew I didn’t understand
200 euros is charged to your account as a deposit which is not mentioned anywhere in the booking terms and conditions!! as a result I felt quite stressed for the duration of our (1 night) stay, as I felt if I didn’t leave the apartment in perfect condition we would be charged this incredibly high fee
the water in the shower also doesn’t get above luke warm which was very disappointing during our stay in winter :(

I had to go with my baggage 2 km away from the hotel with a metro to get the keys in a welcoming point in a shopping center. They could easily install a device with a pin code like everywhere else to spare the stress and effort. It was really a bad experience to go after a long flight and do that carrying so much baggage. At that night i was not the only guest who was disappointed from that and had overseen the message.I dont think that this place deserves the name hotel cuz i doesnt provide hotel services.
The size of the shower cabin was 70x70 cm and the bedroom was not heated.
The TV was very old and was not a smart tv. Me as a foreigner need youtube and netflix to watch my favorite shows at least in an international language like english.

The location itself was okay, however, to check- in we had to travel 4 kilometres more with our luggage and children. It was really uncomfortable.
