Perfect hotel for Fes touring. Nice area and very close by car to the Medina and other Fes attractions. Rich and delicious breakfast. The room was equipped with a balcony which helped us to see the city view.
Nothing to be complain of.

A comfy bed and nice balcony,
Long wait for check in, door was very difficult to unlock, poor location in relation to city centre

The room is spacious and it comes with a balcony.
There was no toilet paper, the shower area was bit dirty. Everything in this room has seen better days. Old furniture, especially the bathroom was outdated and very worn down.

Breakfast is not bad. Location is strategic.
Complimentary water should be provided in the room

Decent hotel to stay in on a stopover, cheap and easy, which was just what we needed. Breakfast is buffet style so you can help yourself and they had a decent selection.
The bed felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I've noticed whilst in Morocco that they love a firm bed but this one was particularly solid.

The breakfast is not as I would expect.

The property was okay. The new part of the town. There was nobody on the streets at 21:00h. If you wish to be in a busier part of the city, go to Medina. The breakfast was great.

The rooms were clean. Free breakfast was varied. Location for us was convenient in the new city. Between train and bus station.

Hotel is situated very central. Hotel staff is very helpful. If you need anything just ask. Reception is very helpful.
Room is very small. Bathroom is very small.
If one person, room should be for one person not for two people. In tiny room two beds and no space. No space to put your suitcase, no space to walk if you have luggage.
Before I have reserved this hotel, I have typed "Hotel with animals", it gave list of hotels with animals. I have small hamster. When I came to hotel, reception said that animals are not allowed. I have said that I have checked if animals are allowed. Check before you book this hotel if you have an animal.

Location was convenient. It was clean. The WiFi worked. Staff were helpful.
Breakfast was quite basic. Floor 6 was noisy due to restaurant on floor 7. Parking was not easy.

location is somewhat good, there is restaurant at the top with a view on the city.
Small room, No noise insulation in windows. you can hear cars all night long as the rooms faces a main street. I coudn't sleep the whole night. you can hear also the adjacent room.

They provided me an excellent service. The staffs were very helpfull, specially I met Khalid who is a very nice person. So if you are planning to stay in centre of Fez city with a reasonable price in an excellent hotel then this is the best place in my opinion.

I liked the rooms as a solo traveler, plenty of space for one. The daily housekeeping was nice because there were always clean towels and rooms. AC worked. Breakfast on the rooftop was a pleasant way to wake up each morning. The location was nice also, in the middle of everything I needed to do and go to. The curtains blocked out all light which was also fantastic and unexpected. They also have security at the front unlike other hotels I saw. It felt safe, comfortable and clean my entire visit. The staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. Overall great experience. I will definitely be staying again in the future.
The hotel does allow smoking in the rooms which is fine; I knew and accepted that when I purchased. I do not smoke and the smells makes me ill but that it just me and not everyone. There was only 1 night in 2 weeks (at the end) where I smelled cigarettes in my room and not sure if it was from outside because the window was open all day above the restaurant or a neighbor who just finished a pack but the staff came and sprayed my room a lot to mask it. They also offered a different room if it persisted but luckily it was taken care of that night with the spray. Other than that, which I consider a minor complaint, I honestly liked the entire experience that was offered by the hotel.
Oh, and if someone is over 6ft tall, they may struggle getting comfortable on the beds unless they book a bigger room with a bigger bed. I'm not 6ft and my feet were pretty much at the edge of the bed. But again, personally, I have no real complaints and I definitely will book here again in future visits.
