zu teuer für das was geboten wurde

das Hotel war gut gelegen und das Personal sehr freundlich

was ich nicht gut fand: - die Klimaanlage war alt und vergilbt und so laut wie ein Flugzeug; sie war nicht nutzbar wenn man im Raum war - es gab Küchenschränke und eine Microwelle allerdings keine Geschirr (keine Teller oder Gläser, auch nicht zum Zähne putzen) und kein Besteck; somit war die Küchenzeile nicht nutzbar - die helle Couch im Zimmer war ziemlich verdreckt und voller Flecken - die Stange in der Dusche war total verbogen sodass der Duschvorhang nicht benutzt werden konnte und der ganze Badfussbodem nach dem Duschen nass war

Maravillosa estancia, el personal muy atento, sin duda regresaría a ese hotel nuevamente,

Excelente espacio en la habitación para 4 personas. Desayuno bastante variado. Excelente ubicación, cerca Centro Comerciales, Restaurantes, Iglesia, Parques, Estación del metro a 20 minutos caminando.

Good location and suites but very noisy

The location is great! And the size of the suites is also very good.

It is very noisy. We were on the 13th floor and you can hear the cars and also the walls are VERY thin and you can hear the next door guests clearly.

A Disastrous Stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medellin and an Exceptional Experience at Another

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the blatant incompetence displayed by both the manager and the front desk staff. From the onset, it was evident that the level of professionalism and competency was severely lacking. The manager's inability to manage the operations of the hotel was very apparent in various aspects of my stay. Basic guest needs were neglected, and the lack of attention to detail was disheartening.

I regret to say that my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medellin, an IHG Hotel, was an utterly distressing experience that I feel compelled to share. The hotel's complete lack of competence, coupled with alarming hygiene issues and neglect, left me shocked and deeply disappointed. Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the standards of the hotel were severely compromised. The room I was assigned turned out to be a breeding ground for bedbugs. This blatant disregard for hygiene and guest well-being is not only disgraceful but also poses a serious health risk. I am appalled that a reputable chain like IHG would permit such conditions to exist within their property. To make matters worse, the room suffered from chronic WiFi connectivity issues. In an era where seamless internet access is a given, the hotel's inability to provide reliable WiFi significantly hindered my stay, both for leisure and business purposes. Regrettably, my efforts to seek assistance from the front desk, particularly from the individual named Melquisedei, were met with an infuriating level of indifference. Instead of addressing my concerns, he provided a lackluster explanation that the housekeeping staff had left early, leaving my room dirty and without clean towels. What truly astonishes me is that this neglect and incompetence seemed to be endorsed by the manager, Edison. His failure to oversee basic cleanliness standards and address guest complaints demonstrates a clear lack of responsibility and concern for the reputation of both the hotel and the IHG brand. I write this review with a heavy heart, as I have always trusted the IHG brand for its commitment to quality and service excellence. However, my experience at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Medellin has shattered that trust beyond repair. As a result of this disastrous stay, I left the Holiday Inn and sought refuge at another hotel. I fervently hope that IHG takes immediate corrective action.

I was truly impressed with the spaciousness and overall comfort of the room. The view was amazing. The breakfast served in the roof top was absolutely delightful, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was excellent, conveniently surrounded by numerous shopping centers and restaurants. The attentive service provided by the front desk staff, particularly Sebastian, exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel without any reservations.

THE WORSE STAY EVER FOR ME AND MY FAMILY IN A IHG HOTELS EVER . TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT AND LACK OF HOTEL QUALITY SERVICE E

I had two(2)rooms for 5 nights each, pay a height price and got rooms without hot water arriving day, next morning and Wednesday 24th all day. I had to take a freezing cold morning shower the first morning, and then I could not take a shower before going out on the night of the 24 after a hot and humid day outside. I had to used cold water towel to just clean my face and hands, while my wife took a freezing shower for the 2nd tome, and our guest in the 2nd. room also had to take a freezing shower for 2nd. time .the only thing we liked about the property this time was the location, and two members of the staff.

the rooms they gave me were 401 and 404, . and next morning they change me to 403, after room 404 safe box was broken, , no hot water, the micro oven was dirty,the coffee percolator was dirty and stinky, the electrical outlets were not working, in fact , the room was a non acceptable disaster room….. Yes but I did pay in advance for the 10 rooms nights and only two excellent e,players apologize for such a disaster. I should get or expect to get st least an apology from the hotel, because even though I paid in full for the 10 nights, the hotel did not comply with acceptable rooms for almost3 days in each of the rooms, without hot water and, sincerely poor cleaning. of the rooms. Yes, the daily cleaning was 3rd class service. I am very upset and frustrated with this stay, my second in less of a year, that I may never stay Baviera in said hotel in the future and will recommends my friends , not to stay

it is really close to the main 2 malls of Poblado and there are restaurants in the same building of the hotel

customer service needs to improve more. they made us wait about 30mins to check in, seeing us with little kids and they even accepted 2 check outs that came after us. they charge for bottle of water and only the first day is free but they don’t tell you
