Disappointing by h10 standards

Good location, pool areas and lovnby were nice. Helpful, friendly staff

Beds were like slabs of concrete, which caused bruises to my hips, couldn't sleep with the noise of neighbours and the thinnest walls known to man. Breakfast food was rancid, cold and curdled

Fine, but I won’t return and I recommend that you eat outside.

The pool was very nice, and the rooms were nice aswell. the location of the hotel was also great. with a view of the ferrariland coaster

The buffer was very cheap and not very well prepared. some food was burned, stale or was just terrible quality to the point that it was almost inedible. My girlfriend got an allergic reaction to the pillows that made her face swell. she had to sleep the entire stay on a t-shirt as the sheets clearly gave her the reaction. She has never had it before and staff of the hotel weren’t very helpful either. They simply told us to go to the pharmacy. Most of the staff was kind, but some were quite unprofessional or seemed inexperienced. overall, we didn’t love our stay, the hotel is fine, but we felt that there were many corners cut that made the quality of our stay quite poor.

I liked the location and the room was nice. The breakfast has great options in the morning time.

Having irish guests stay there you'd expect they would have some good sausages in the morning time but they had these mini hot dog sausages. Absolutely awful. Bar closes at 11/12pm every single night does not matter if you are a resident of the hotel you will ne hunted out of the bar/ lounge. We even tried to stay on the sun longers in the night time after the bar closed just to relax but that was also not allowed. There was seats beside the pool but you also were not allowed there after the bar closed so your only option was to go to your room like a child. I asked for a glass and some ice one day, I was told not allowed a glass and ice unless im buying a drink so thats a complete rip off. Dont get me started on the lifts in the hotel- absolutely tiny! Could fit 3-4 people MAX!! The pool areas all look better in the photos, the rooftop pools water was green and murky... The pool areas with sun loungers is small too all cramped together, i was touching elbows with the stranger next to me

very pleasant, good excellent would return.

well situated, hotel layout good. good entertainment but could vary the acts mostly female singers. Clean. Outside pool area lovely.

being locked in till 9am to enter the pool area’s. would have been nice to sit outside to have a coffee as I’m an early riser. position of plugs in relation to the mirror to do your hair.

Have stayed there before so knew it would be in a situation we liked.

Tge beds and pillows were too hard for us. A choice of pillows would be good.

Sunny Salou break

Great location right in the center of Salou. Adults only, lovely rooftop plunge pool and solarium. Nicely decorated hotel.

Have stayed in H10 hotels many times and have always found the food to be exceptionally good- this hotel was without doubt the poorest quality of food I have had in this hotel chain.

Lovely hotel, relaxing break, will probably be back!

Beautiful room with a large balcony. Housekeeping came every day and replaced towels etc… There are three pools so there was always somewhere to sit out. We had booked B&B and there was loads of choice for breakfast. Hotel bar is reasonably priced for the area.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Loved the hotel. It exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is fab. Food is excellent! Loved it .

How busy it was outside the hotel in the evening. Also people buying alcohol at the supermarket and drinking it beside the pool.

Quality hotel at a reasonable rate, but beware of the parking issue and the potential noise.

Very comfortable room, well maintained, the food choice for breakfast and dinner was very good and the pool was impressive.

Car parking options were very limited, resulting in driving round to find space, which was some what irritating. some of the nightclubs were close by, which meant that with the windows & doors open you could easily hear music and partying through till dawn.

Pleasant

it was a perfect location for the centre of salou, the pool was big and the breakfast/lunch was pleasant with a nice view of the pool and always tables free. drinks were reasonably priced and reception area was beautiful. the room was nice with a clean bathroom. lovely reception area.

to be honest. if your younger i wouldn't bother going here. i booked this in attempt to avoid screaming kids etc and have a relaxing holiday but we couldn't, during our whole stay, get any sun beds round the pool until early evening about 6pm onwards when it was completely shaded and had emptied out. one of the days i shared a bed with my partner whilst i looked around to see multiple beds with towels only on them and no one in sight for hours. There is no reservation for sun bed signs yet we would watch people go down whilst we were eating breakfast, put towels down and leave again. didn't get a chance to sit by or swim in the rooftop pool because of this. also lots of noise both sides of our rooms... if u know what i mean... our tv didnt work and there's no irons and the ironing service is very expensive. staff not particularly friendly either. im not usually a fussy traveller ATALL but not overly pleased with this stay.

The location of the hotel was great, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The cleaned the room everyday but did not change the bed sheets. If you want a sun bed you have to wake up early as there is not a lot and everyone started putting their towels down from early. The check in process was long as there was only one person behind reception. There is not a wide range of variety for breakfast.

Rooms were much more basic for a 4 star hotel I was disappointed, not like the photos at all

Reception area and main pool area was lovely.

Rooftop pool area was lovely however the pool water was in need of a good clean therefore I didnt go in it

The two ladies on reception[ Yvonne and Judith] were both brilliant. And the cleaners were nice too.

Everything was just great. Apart from a couple noisy guests staying above us. But fortunately it was swiftly rectified. And the food lovely. So overall really good. In fact have booked for next year.
