Cel mai placut hotel in care am stat in ultima vreme! Servicii excelente, mic dejun cu preparate de f buna calitate, curatenie si schimbare de prosoape si asternuturi zilnic, camere noi frumoase! Cel mai mult mi-a placut ca au una din piscinele exterioare incalzita la 34 grade ceea ce pt luna mai a fost perfecta! Copilul meu a fost incantat si fericit ca se poate balaci. Calatorim f mult si am vazuut cateva hoteluri, acesta a reusit sa ma impresioneze prin caldura locului, esti ca si acasa din prima clipa.locatia excelenta, aproape de playa del muro.

Faptul ca are o parcare extrem de mica -10 locuri max si esti nevoit sa parchezi masina in strada unde este gratuit in mod normal, dar apar evenimente sportive de la o zi la alta si iti iei amenda in fata hotelului( si nu mica 200 euro). Am luat si noi una din pacate
Ar putea cei din staff sa puna un afis pe usa de la receptie: dragi clenti nu parcati azi in zona este eveniment. Ar fi ceva minunat pt clienti, un semn de respect si de " ne pasa de voi"

La televisión era enorme con canales editados primeramente en español, el detalle de traer fruta y agua a la habitación, la gran variedad y calidad del buffet, el tener el club para picar con salados, dulces, bebida y café, la piscina de agua caliente, las instalaciones modernas, la ubicación, las vistas a la Albufera...En general, todo fue espectacular y nos sentimos muy mimados desde la entrada, hasta la salida.Volveremos sin duda, para nosotros el mejor hotel al que hemos ido nunca

Emplacement excellent - appartement avec séjour et chambre spacieux - Lits confortables - Terrasses privées avec vue piscine très agréables- Buffets du petit déjeuner et dîner excellents avec grande diversités et quantité /qualité des aliments - jardins et grandes piscines décor "exotiques" créant un environnement très agréables
Rien à signaler pour mon séjour en Avril . En période de vacances d'été cependant cela devrait être plus peuplé qu'en avril donc plus bruyant et peut être moins convivial autour des piscines et au restaurant ....

Room was clean, beds extremely comfy, facilities amazing, access great, food absolutely delicious, staff extremely friendly and reception very helpful.
there was pretty much anything I did not enjoy, everything was fantastic. Sometimes I could hear people talking at 11pm, but I guess that is normal in big resort like this. Spa was just above average, but for regular people it is great (sauna was with swimming suit and kind of cold 70C so sauna enthusiast won't enjoy too much)

We had the 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean but the furniture is dated
All the grounds and the restaurants area was very nice but the rooms need updating. There was also a funny smell in the room and occasionally in the evening cooking smells from the neighbouring rooms. Overall OK but not great value for money.

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal im Hotel. Es ist alles sehr sauber, das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das -Essen ist gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl und Themenabende. Die Animation ist da, aber nicht aufdringlich. Für die Kinder ist der Mini-Club und die Mini-Disco der Hammer. Jedem Kind wird individuell das Gefühl gegeben, etwas Besonderes zu sein.
Das WLAN könnte wirklich besser sein, aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Bij aankomst was het personeel al direct enorm vriendelijk en bleven dit gedurende ons verblijf. Het hotel ziet er uit als een net resort en de kamers waren mooi en schoon. Genoeg plaats bij het zwembad en dichtbij de zee (enkele minuten lopen). Zelfs tegen eind Oktober was het mooi weer en goed te vertoeven bij het zwembad. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie!

The food situation is pretty terrible. If you are vegetarian, avoid it (everything is meat, even to the point meat eaters in our group got sick of it). Food quality is questionable. Brown salad leaves, far too much oil and salt in everything. Nothing is labelled so there is no way to tell what 90% of the food is. We had to queue over 20 mins a few days to get into the restaurant.

Las instalaciones y el apartamento amplio precioso nuevo .Perchas que puedes descolgar, hacían la habitación muy rápido, balcón amplio, cama enorme ,sofá enorme, cocina pequeña pero equipada, muchas toallas , un 10!
La comida para ser un 4 estrellas superior no estaba mal pero no ha sido de los mejores buffets en los que hemos estado para esa categoría, eso sí, el café te lo hacen en cafetera en el desayuno y nos encantaron los zumos de frutos rojos

Готель ідеальний для сімейного відпочинку. Неймовірно гарна, чиста та облаштована територія. Багато зелених насаджень. Чудові басейни, як для дорослих так і для дітей. Багато цікавих дитячих розваг. Неймовірно смачна їжа. Щодня оновлене меню, багато видів страв з морепродуктами, мʼясних та овочевих. Чудові, різноманітні сніданки.
В готелі є все, щоб поїсти насолоджуватися відпочинком.
Обовʼязково відвідаю його ще раз і буду рекомендувати знайомим.
Інколи вода з душу потрапляла на підлогу і оскільки на підлозі немає стоку, вода залишалася і я її витирала папером)
Можливо, спеціальні силіконові утримувачі на дверцятах душу справились би з протіканням води.

-the garden is an absolute eye-candy highlight with plenty of beautifully manicured trees.
Beds are WAY too firm if you are below 100kg.
Ask for a soft topper before the first night.
Children's food selection is rather dull (pasta, fries, sausages).
On-premise restaurants are relatively expensive. Buy half board instead.

Despite The TV identifying UK channels there is never a signal. This has been the same for the past 5 years. 4star Superior and NO English channels?
Gym is reasonably well equipped but when I used or walked past there were young kids in there as young as probably 5 or 6. Apart from breaking the rules it is dangerous, especially the aerobic machines, which are too big for them. No supervision.
My room was not cleaned.
Note, this is a family based hotel so lots of kids.
Will not be returning.

The pools and restaurants are lovely. Food was great. Good selection for dinner. Staff were friendly. Lots of entertainment for kids and great kids pools.
The rooms big however are outdated and had a bit of a funny smell. Breakfast and dinner could get busy so you had to wait to sit down.

Der Garten der ganzen Anlage war wirklich sehr schön und geplegt. Es ist eine eher kleinere Anlage, was uns auch gefallen hat. Abendessen und die Themenabende waren wirklich supergut. Es war jeden Tag etwas dabei. Foodtruck eine tolle Idee. Die Cocktails in der Bar waren sehr lecker
Ich war sehr enttäuscht von unserem Zimmer. Sehr lieblos und sehr alt. Es war sauber aber das Bad zB. schon sehr schimmelig. Balkon sehr mini. Abendessen ab 18:30 ist schon sehr spät für manche Kinder. Draußen sitzen dürfen nur Clubmembers? Das konnte einem so aber niemand kommunizieren und ich weiß auch nicht wie man Clubmember wird? Im Speisesaal selbst war es chaotisch und einfach nur eiskalt. Allgemein war manches Personal nicht sehr freundlich. KEIN WLAN in den Zimmern-wir konnten deswegen auch unser WIFI Babyphone nicht nutzen - sehr Schade in der heutigen Zeit.

Quizá que la hora de la cena es demasiado temprano y luego no hay gran cosa que hacer, ya que la animación termina pronto y es más enfocada para no españoles.

This is a family hotel :(, Too many children without parents (also into SPA ) , and it is too much loud.

I liked the variety of breakfast and dinner because we paid for half board. The apartment was spacious:a living room with big terrace, a table for 4 persons to serve food, an extensible sofa. Someone from your staff helped us and opened the sofa every day for us. The living also had a dressing room, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker and a huge TV. The next room, the bedroom was also spacious with a 2 meter width bed and a TV. We had a dressing, iron, safe box. The pool facilities were nice. The staff were polite and ready to help the customers.
I didn't like that at breakfast I didn't find every day pancakes or crepes. Also, the bar schedule near the pool should be changed. The bar should be open until 7 p.m. so that customers stay at that bar. First time when I ordered a cocktail at the other bar, the interior bar, they told me that I should stay with the glass near the bar and I'm not allowed to go with the glass near the pool and then, in another day I ordered a plastic glass and I was allowed to go to the sunbed near the pool. You should tell your employees to ask the customers if the drink is to take away or to serve it at the table.

Hotel totaly oriented on families with kids. Kids and teens anymation from the morgen till late night. Evenieng show every day. Restaurant like in 5 stars hotel, each evening new menu for dinner and new evening style. Kids swimming pool with trampoline.

For the second time that we go to Prinsotel La Dorada, we spent some fantastic 11 nights this summer. My kids were always busy, they had plenty of activities day and night. The hotel has many swimming pools for all ages and the white sand beach (platja de Muro) is near by.
The room was confortable, nice and clean.
The animation team were funny, nice and admirable. We will never forget the niceness and professionnalisme of Marco at the restaurant, the manager Manuel was always around making sure that we are enjoying our holidays. So thank you guys.
The last day we were sad leaving the hotel, but we are willing to comeback

Good location and facilities especially when traveling with kids, lots of entertainment on a daily basis
The buffet was OK but could be improved a little. Instead of trying to offer such a broad variety of food a little less quantity (but more quality) would improve the overall food experience. There were quite many tasteless dishes resulting in an unnecessary amount of food waste. Also, the staff are a little too fast in removing the plates, even without having finished eating, also resulting in unnecessary food waste.
