Great value for money, hotel is great with the only downfall being its location. Room was lovely, perfect size for 2 people.

Location, quite awkwardly situated with it being a minimum 20 minute walk to the ferry that takes you to the central station/centre however the hotel is great and has everything you need so it is worth it

Die Lage ( man muss sehr viel zu Fuß gehen, um in die Stadt zu kommen und es sind sehr viele Baustellen )

Hotel moderno, cómodo y funcional. A las habitaciones no les falta detalle en servicios limpieza y comodidad. El personal muy profesional y atento en general pero quiero hacer una mención especial para Claudia por su gran profesionalidad y simpatí

Nice rooms nice atmosphere.

It is a long way out of the city and the location is very built up/industrial.

Staff were amazing. Was clean. Small rooms but has everything you need. Every room has iron and ironing Board, which was great. Also the Aria was very peaceful and quite, yet very close to city center.

Bed mattress I found to be little bit too rough, but that could be just my preference for softer mattress.

TV aucun poste en anglais ou français. Aucun restaurant proche de l'hôtel. Il ne fallait pas louper le bus tous les 20min. Chambre trop petite. Lit escamotable inutile !

O hotel tem uma decoração moderna, academia super equipada, café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto bem limpo. Fomos super bem atendidos. E uma zona bem tranquila para quem gosta de lugares mais calmos.

Quarto pequeno, mas para dormir estava perfeito. Tem que caminhar uns 15 minutos após pegar o ferry boat na estação central até o hotel.

Uma vibe muito legal! Decoração do lobby linda, super moderno, com um deck na beira do canal. Tem um pub/restaurante bem bom no hotel. É em uma área residencial/corporativa

Como gostamos de fazer tudo à pé, achei longe do centro. É do outro lado do canal e a balsa é gratuita e 24h, porém dá uns 20 minutos caminhando dali. O quarto que pegamos era bem pequeno, com duas malas grandes ficou bem apertado

rooms was clean! such a cosy little place and also had a loads of facilities (hairdryer, ironing board, mini fridge etc)

unfortunately this hotel is cashless and I only brought mostly cash so access to breakfast or self service was difficult. Windows that open in the room would be beneficial and the vents don’t really cool you down quick enough.

Si hay que ponerle pega al hotel es la Ubicacion . Hay que cruzar con el ferry y después está a unos 10/15 minutos andando que en temporada de frío y lluvia se hace un poco desagradable pero es verdad que el hotel es muy correcto , limpio y acogedor . Esto hace que lo negativo no sea un impedimento para estar alojados . Es más , repetiría

En mi segunda estadía encontré ferry a 10 minutos a pie del hotel

A 15 min à pied du bateau (qui dure 1 min pour rejoindre le centre), l'hôtel est situé au calme. Il est possible d'avoir des bons de réductions (pour café et autres) si nous ne voulons pas que le ménage passe une fois (jusqu'à 3 fois max)

Le personnel peut être autant accueillant que froid, mais sinon il n'y a pas grand chose à redire, bon rapport qualité prix !

Location to central Amsterdam was a lot further to travel than stated have to either walk 20minutes to ferry ferry across then walk into the centre or get taxis

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable beds and really nice vibe.

The carpet in our room was badly stained, particularly in one corner. Put me off walking without shoes on the carpet.

Very nice and high-tech hotel not far away from Amsterdam Center and Central Station. There is a ferry service near the hotel that operates 24/7, is free of a charge and connects the North Amsterdam, which the hotel located, with the central station. I recommend renting a bike, as it will be useful almost everywhere in Amsterdam and especially from the hotel to the ferry port and back. Parking slots are available all the time and one of the cheapest choices in Amsterdam. The bed was amazing and the breakfast was very basic, but good enough to help you start your day until you reach the Amsterdam center, which you'll have access to a huge variety of restaurants and cafes.

I didn't have the greatest check-in experience at first, but then until the end, everything went well.

Very small rooms,

Location is really bad. 15-20 mins to Ferry boat. Not suitable for solo traveller. Walking on the street alone with full of construction going on..and walking in the evening doesnt feel safe. I was not informed from the beginning that there is time to clean the room. After 12noon no one will clean your room. Atleast you should have a tag that we can just put in the door handle that I want my room cleaned like other hotels rather than calling the reception to advise. The lights, that you can change to different color seemed cool to other but it is not comfortable. You can't see normal color.. even in white lights your things turned different and doesnt help when you searching clothes with a particular color.. you cant find it becuase the color changed.. like maroon turned black. It is clean but no much space to move freely. Their food vendo is not available at 8pm. You cant even buy food and water.. so if you are hungry at night nothing to eat..and the place far from restaurants and dont even have mini groceries around. Seem you are in rural area.Staff is polite though

The location is great. Far enough from downtown to have a quiet area to stay at night but close enough to walk to most things.

The shower walls didn’t seal so every shower got water all over the floor.
