Cudowne miejsce

Super atmosfera, bardzo duzo studentów, czyste pokoje, bardzo duży wybór na śniadaniu w formie bufetu.Lokaliacja kawałek od miasta . Sprzed budynku przepiękna panorama na całe Bergen. Na recepcji pracują Polki, dziękujemy Ewie za cenne wskazówki. Bardzo blisko na szlak na Urliken. Zaangażowani wolontariusze w organizację czasu wolnego dla gości.

Good price and views

Great price for Bergen with great views towards the city. Our room was quite small but it was comfortable enough. There is a direct bust to the city that runs every 10-20 min approx. It takes around 20 min and it cost about 40 nok. There is kitchen in the hostel so you can cook your own food. There is also a restaurant but it is slow and expensive (it´s Norway you know...).

Beautiful views of Bergen

The hostel is not at all close to the city centre, but it is easily reachable with a bus. The location is beautiful, nice views of Bergen and close to hiking spots. Hostel offers all facilities needed, everything was clean. Breakfast is amazing, with many options, including vegan and gluten free.

Room was too small and it could have more hangers and a mirror.

The hostel-organized activities were a lot of fun and a great way to meet other travelers.

I wish check-in times could've been earlier so we didn't have to wait around.

Excellent option for undemanding travellers

The hostel is situated at the Ulriken mountainside. The view of Bergen is remarkable during good weather. The hostel is very clean and has very well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The rooms are Small but comfortable and seems that they were recently renovated.

In the evenings the water in the shower might be lukewarm. Sometimes during breakfast rush hour you might need to wait for some utensils, bread or yoghurt etc.

Stay here, worth your time and money!

Very clean, toilet and shower in room, comfy beds with handy charging port near headrest, even on the top bunk. Great and friendly staff and solid breakfast considering it was free. Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in!

Sheets weren’t included, but they were pretty cheap to hire so it was fine.

Perfect public bus connection to city center.

Only one shared kitchen for so many guests. There were a queue for cooking and getting free table. Twin room is with bunk bed, not two beds.

It was incredible. First time trying hostel and doing solo traveling, and I am happy!

The fact that it is clean, breakfast is included, kitchen works perfectly, lobby staff is good and it is full of good facility. Love that it has locker!

The view from the hostel is really nice we had a view of Bergen. The parking was free for guest. There was a drying room that was really useful since it was raining. The breakfast was good !

The restaurant food wasn't great. The shower head was really bad. I couldn't adjust the jet, and it was not great.

The staff was very nice, kind and service-minded. Always met with a smile. The breakfast was beyond expectation considering the cheap price, lots of options.

We rented sheets and duvet covers though we didn’t had it with us. The second day the staff had taken it away and left a note saying “You need to rent sheets if you don’t have any with you” (which we already had..). so we went to the reception and asked what’s going on - they didn’t know, but we got new sheets and all was fine , very strange though.

I recommend Montana Hostel to everyone and it is the best hostel I have ever been.

I liked the room and the separate bathroom in each room. The location is very good and we had a gorgeous view of the mountains from our window. The breakfast was good and tasty like in hotels. It is a great option for students as the prices are affordable. You can also buy bed linen for an additional price.

There is nothing that I did not like. The only problem was low speed of the internet in our room and the shower room was colder than the room itself.

+ very helpful staff. helped us with tips about the city & surroundings; + we rented a car and we were able to use their parking for free + very good continental breakfast + they now have a restaurant (à la carte) with good food and friendly staff - many thanks to Simona + amazing view of the city from our room + very clean & quiet + easy to get to city center & back + supermarket 50m away

The ataff is very friendly, the kitchen is large and fully equipped . The breakfast was great.

I didn´t like the bathroom, there was no shelf to put things. The shower is not height adjustable so the water spash and your hair gets wet. There is no shower tray so the whole floor gets wet. The water was not hot enough.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and a big kitchen. Easily accessed from the central station by bus but quiet and great location for people who love nature and outside activities. Breakfast was awesome too!

Don’t miss the breakfast!!!

This is the place to be!! I had a great time and made like 10 new friends. Such a chill vibe and an amazing view (+sunset)

It’s quite a walk from downtown. I recommend getting a bus pass and taking the number 12 from Bergen busstasjon

i would recommend & I enjoyed my stay.

Room was very clean bed was nice comfortable. kitchen access to cook, location was great.

I wanted to see the look out point but it wasn’t very accessible. was afraid I’d twist an ankle. shame the electricity pylons were so close on a walk I took I could clearly here buzzing.
